Without realizing it, I listed 2 new colorways this week that resemble animals! Aren’t they CUTE?! Up first is this gorgeous black and white superwash merino wool sock yarn, called CHINCHILLA:
Here is what it looks like knitted up into some garter stitch:
And up next, BETTA BELIEVE IT : Superwash Merino Wool Sock Yarn in a 3-ply …
It changes colors slowly as you can see:
So anyhoo… I hope you love the new colors! Â This is my all-time favorite thing!! I love listing new colors for you. It’s really too exciting.
Thank you for reading and let me know what you think of the new shades!

They’re both so beautiful. I love them!!! 🙂
That is great! I have two Chinchillas in my house and a betta fish that looks just like that! Coincidence!
Hi Chandi,
When you knit up these beautiful samples; are they knitted by hand or by machine? These colors are so vibrant and exciting. Merino wool is super soft and I love the breed and the wool it produces for us. I too am a spinner, knitter, crocheter and at one time weaver.
Thank you.
The first one was by hand, the second by machine. 😀
Love the new colors and I think the “animals” (are fish animals?) are very proud of what you have done.
You are an amazing lady – fancy being able to indulge in your ultimate fantasy, enjoy what you are doing and make a living out of it as well. Well done.
I love the Chinchilla one….. Truly something I would love to get my fingers on 🙂
Love your yarns and colours!

love the wool, they are both beautiful colors. I would love to knit something out of both of them. Great work as always Chandi.
