Thank you for this lucid, detailed video. I am a Very visual learner, so when I *read* the pattern with its “kfbf” detail, I was completely flummoxed. Knit front back was familiar; knit front back front was not.
Your video showed me precisely how to execute this move.
I’m also impressed by your cable technique, which eliminates the need for a cable needle. Brilliant!
Thank you for your effervescent, positive, informed and lively presentations.
This looks Amazing and your tutorial looks easy enough even for those of us who are all thumbs at times ♥️🤦♀️♥️
Hi!
I have to say that I love all your patterns, I want to try this one but I don´t understand how to make the border =(. Do I have to take the stitches from the body of the shawl? Should I have to do it whit the body. Maybe my English is not so good and I didn’t understand but, can you explain me a little bit more?
I think I understand. Yes, you do the border with the body of the shawl. If you need any more help, feel free to write us here: https://www.expressionfiberarts.com/contact-us/ Thanks!
Thank You Alba for asking that question: do we knit the broader with the body?
Please more explanation! Like after Garter Tab then boarder pattern then Shawl Pattern then Border Pattern?
Thank you.
You can find the complete pattern at https://www.expressionfiberarts.com/products/rudaba.html
Our video tutorials generally show just a portion of the pattern, not the entire design. To make sure you never miss out on a free pattern, be sure to sign up for our email newsletter at https://www.expressionfiberarts.com/
I’m confused about the border–when is the border added? After the body of the shawl is complete and you pick up the stitches?
Hi Joan, thank you for your comment. I’m happy to help.
Have you downloaded the written instructions of the pattern yet? If not, you can find them here: https://www.expressionfiberarts.com/products/rudaba.html
For the border you will just continue to work the live stitches after finishing the body of the shawl. Meaning you will not bind off but start the border and then bind it off once you reach your desired border length.
I hope this makes sense. Have nice day! 💕
