Have a watch! We have filmed a video tutorial for you showing you how lovely this shawl is in person as well as how to weave in your ends. We get asked this question quite a bit so here ya go!

For this lovely beginner knit shawl pattern, we used our limited Ephemeral Fingering yarn. 548 whopping yards per skein! A yardage-packed blend of pima cotton and lyocell (tencel), which comes from wood and has a subtle sheen. Colors are limited so if you click over and these are sold out, feel free to use any fingering weight yarn! We hope to release new colors in this Ephemeral line a few times a year.

This plant-based yarn is draping, supremely soft, gorgeously glowing and has a hint of a wavy texture. Also! The lyocell wraps around the cotton and since they are each a slightly different color you get a beautiful depth to your knitting!
