Hello, my sweet ray of sunshine! I have a lovely pattern to share with you today. Our pattern this week is a beautiful pullover called Aelinn. I do hope you’ll read on to learn more about it!
Aelinn was designed by Michelle Ferguson. When asked about her pattern, Michelle said, “The Aelinn (EE-LIN) sweater is a wonderful addition to your wardrobe! This casual pullover can be dressed up or down. Aelinn means ‘beautiful’ in Gaelic. The herringbone stitch is fun and interesting. It provides texture and makes this a fun and relaxing project. I hope that when you crochet this sweater you are filled with warmth and joy!”
Aelinn is made with our Dewy DK yarn. This squishy, plump, and beloved yarn is a blend of 70% Superwash Merino Wool, 20% Nylon, and 10% Silk. It is the perfect yarn for making pullovers!
Aelinn is offered in sizes XS to 5X, and you will need 6 (7, 8, 8, 9) (10, 10, 11, 12) skeins based on your bust circumference measurement. The finished pullover has 2” – 4” of positive ease.
The sample shown here was made in the size Small with our Copper Dewy DK and used 1600 yards/1463 m total. It is shown on a 34″ bust and has 2″ of positive ease.
This Intermediate pattern is for those who feel comfortable with crocheting and have made a few projects, using various skills and techniques. Skills/concepts include garment sizing and construction. This pattern contains written instructions only.In the video below, you can watch as I demonstrate how to work the ribbing and the body stitch. Take a look!

Good Morning – My Mom taught me how to crochet when I was nine. The first items I made were shawls for my Barbie dolls.
Oh my gosh Chandi, I am 68 and not even sure what age I started to crochet. I was young, maybe 8 or so. My Aunt Doris that I love so much taught me and also how to spool knit.
I love your tutorials and everyone and everything about EFA’s Business. I knit, crochet and am a very good seamstress as well.
No one would need Prevagen or any memory enhancer if they would just continue to learn new things!
Thank you and everyone in your business for all you do and all your creativity and hard work!

I taught myself to crochet when I was 9 from a book my grandmother left when she passed. Its been many years, but I still have her hooks and can feel her when I use them to create.
