I actually love Mary Janes, those peanut butter taffy candies in the black and orange paper wrappers. 😊 A few years ago, Brach’s put out candy corn that was coffee flavored and that was wonderful.
Hmm, the best Halloween candy…. this may seem like an easy question but it is very complex. It truly depends on my age. As a child it was bit-o-honey. As a teenager is was Special Dark. When I was a young mother it was whatever bits the kids wouldn’t eat, ha ha. Now, as an almost retired Nana, I would say FULL BARS OF CADBURY CHOCOLATE. When I look back on trick-or-treat as a child I remember only 2 households in my neighborhood who gave away full bars; and they were older couples. I like to think I’m paying it forward now. 🎃

My favorite Halloween Candy is the little orange Mellow pumpkins and the peanut butter chews that come in the black and orange wrappings. Candy corn would be my next favorite. Weird, I know! Moat people hate these goodies. Lol! They are what I remember most about Halloween at my house growing up.

Almost anything with sugar!!! If I had to pick…my favourite candy was Rockets, although in the US, you call them Smarties. Our Smarties in Canada are candy-coated chocolate dibs – also a favourite. Chocolate, candy coat….how can you go wrong??

As others have said, I love your yarn! The colors are exquisite. I was always reluctant to order yarn online, but yours spoke to me. I’ve ordered a lot since that first time and have never been disappointed. The pairing of yarns and patterns anyways inspires me. I really appreciate your aesthetic.
As for favorite Halloween candy, I have to go with the pumpkin mellow creams, followed by tiger pops.
As a kid, I had an order in which I ate my Halloween candy. My favorite chocolates were usually the last to go, along with he peanut butter kisses and smarties. Those 3 were among my favorites and I always saved the best for last!

Do Reese cups count? Lol. I dont mind candy corn sometimes. My favorite thing though isn’t a candy, but those doughnuts direct from the apple orchards. Complete with apple cider…yum!

Best Halloween candy. . . I would say anything chocolate, but Clark Bars would rate high up on the list for me because it is something I remember from my childhood that I rarely see except for at Halloween time.

I know that Halloween becomes more important every year here in Germany, but I’m not into the sweets thing… My favourite sweets in autumn and winter however is marzipan and I am glad that it is in the shops by now.

I don’t enter every give away because I have an aversion to using certain colors especially Pink! So I skip those. And well it’s been an unusually weird and busy year here. I’ve just missed some altogether! Love this group of colors! Wow you’ve done yourself proud!
We had realtors come and do a virtual tour of our house on Tuesday, they posted it late on Wednesday, Thursday we had two showings set up one on Friday and one on Sunday and the first one made an offer!! So we are busily house hunting! If I could stand the heat I’d suggest we look near you so I could work for you! But we will be staying in Maine.

Anything with milk chocolate and/or caramel. Candied apples, popcorn balls, and other traditional fall treats are a favorite, too. And I like candy corn (the pumpkins are the best) bc I like the texture.

Peanut Butter Blossoms are my favorite Halloween Candy. My grandma loved them and my mom does too. So whenever I see one, which is not too often anymore, I think of my grandma, who passed about 6 years ago now, and I also try to remember to get some for my mom, if I am shopping. I have a chronic illness so i am not allowed to drive right now, and since i do not get out much except for Dr appts, it is rare that I can get her anything like that. So I crochet for her instead.

Best Halloween candy, all of it! I grew up on Hershey’s and M&M Mars candies, but I also like the sweet version of European and US high end chocolates. SEES, Lindt, Toblerone, you name it, I love it.
Ooooh… I remember one of my childhood neighbours would put out a bowl full of Freezies! Just the white, orange and purple ones. Our parents would be bundled up in their parkas and mitts, while all the kids darted around the neighbourhood working up a sweat. Those frozen treats were perfection, at least for us kids!
