The coolest feature of these is… they are slouchable! Scrunch them up or down and feel cozy as french toast. 
You don’t have to worry about knitting a thumb or anything. There is a slit for the thumb and that’s it. Easy!
Stripe them like shown (2 different colors were used) or knit them in one color.

Could you possibly do a video tutorial on how to knit back and forth for the thumb slip using the magic loop method? I’m still a newbie when it comes to this technique and I would like to make these gloves for my sister. Thank you so much!

Elaine, for the part where you work back and forth, you just work like it’s a flat panel. So no magic loop is needed.
