Ooh I love wool yarn! I would make some nice mittens from the wool and from the silk, some baby booties. I cut out little soles from the scrap leather at my father’s shop, punch holes in them and make baby shoes ranging from newborn sizes to 12-18 mos. 🙂

I’d make a beautiful lace shawl with the blue-brown silk, a lace top with the other silk.. And my first ever knit bag with two of the merino yarns! 🙂 I’d come up with some cool geometric fair isle pattern and create a comfy bag for my knittings and all other stuff. And then I’d use the more greenish merino to knit something for my fiance, maybe socks for winter. 🙂

Alright – I’ve done it again…entered, that is. If I win, I would probably get started on some Christmas gifts – cowls, mitts, maybe a hat or two.

I would take the lovely pile of yarn and I would take my ENORMOUS pile of patterns, and find just the right pattern for just the right yarn and have fun, fun.

Entered. I absolutely adore the yarns for September!!! They are the colors that I wear, so if I won, I would probably end up making something for myself instead of others, lol! Which would be a change, I knit and crochet for my friends and family than I do for myself normally. I’d probably knit up a shawl or maybe a really cute newsboy hat and matching fingergless gloves, I have a fingerless gloves obsession! The ideas are endless! Or I might even use the yarn in combination with my stash yarn and make Color Affection shawl or a vest even. Ideas, ideas. 😀

I see a beautiful combination sweater on the first three, done on a yolk style interfaces in detail around the neck and cuffs, and then on the silks beautiful shawls done in ectorican with beads added in, tat the silk yarn into a really cool shawl. I see so many possibilities My mind is racing..

I’ve been on your list for a few months already. I enjoy combining and alternating different color skeins in the same project and would probably do something like that with these skeins. The colors are compatible with one another.

I think I’d make a shawl. I was making my first scarf to ME this year, but my little sister found it on my needles and gave me the “puppy” eyes so it will be her Christmas gift. Now I’m looking for a “for me” project and this yarn is just yummy!
