Hey, lovely! I have a beautiful and easy shawl pattern for you today! I am sooo excited! Muscadine is a gorgeous wrap that repeats! In fact, it’s just a two-row repeat. You really can’t run out of yarn because you can stop knitting at any time! Bind off, and you’re finished! WOOP!

Muscadine was designed by me, Chandi Agee. I’m a HUGE fan of easy-to-memorize patterns that look complex and superbly stunning. This shawl is a two-row repeat! Yes! That’s it! It grows and grows, and you can stop knitting whenever you prefer. It’s a wonderful shawl for walking around a vineyard, tasting the Muscadine wine, and feeling the crisp autumn air!

This Beginner level pattern is perfect for those who are just beginning or have knit a project or two. Stitches include knit, yarn over, and knit 2 together. This pattern includes written instructions only.

Muscadine is knitted with our luxurious Oasis Camel Silk Fingering yarn, which is a true indulgence with 500 yds/457 m per skein. It’s a luxurious blend of 50% camel and 50% mulberry silk, and it feels every bit as special as it sounds. Camel fiber has that cashmere-like softness with a whisper-light touch, while the silk adds luminous drape and a smooth, gliding feel on your needles. The colors soak in richly and glow with depth, and the finished fabric feels elegant, fluid, and timeless!

The updated sample shown here was made with two skeins of Peaceful Peony Oasis Fingering and one skein of Cypress Oasis Fingering, and the original version was made with one skein of Teal Appeal Oasis Fingering and two skeins of Violet Ink Oasis Fingering. Both versions used about 871 yds/796 m total.

We filmed a video tutorial demonstrating how to knit this shawl. Grab your needles and some yarn, and crochet along with me!
