Hello, sweet soul! Today, I have a lovely, floral crochet blanket pattern to share with you. This gorgeous design will wrap you in a snuggly embrace, even on the coldest winter days! Keep reading to learn all about this week’s pattern, as well as our newest Limited Edition yarn base North Fingering!
Fleurelle was designed by Donielle Oliver Showvay. When asked about this pattern, Donielle said, “Fleurelle was inspired by another blanket I’m currently working on for my niece’s wedding. That blanket is made entirely of puff flowers, and I lovingly named it ‘the never-ending flower blanket.’ For Fleurelle, I wanted something that still included these adorable puff flowers, but that also incorporated other simple crochet stitches so that the blanket could display a beautiful gradient from radiant red in the middle to deep blue on the outside.”
This Intermediate level pattern is perfect for crocheters who feel comfortable with crocheting and have made a few projects, using various skills and techniques. Skills/concepts include single crochet, half double crochet, and double crochet, as well as simple increases and cluster stitches.
