I made a sequence-knit shawl using Pearlescent Worsted for a KAL; I bound off when time was running out, then decided that it needed to be bigger. I’m going to undo the bindoff and use up the yarn … someday. The yarn was marvelous to use; the project may have to come on vacation with me next month as a bonus project!
Yes! A friend and I used some of your fingering yarn to make gradient shawls and we always get compliments on them.
I haven’t had the chance yet to make anything from ExpressionFibers. I would love to make a shawl and I hope to do that one day soon.
I’ve not had the pleasure of knitting with your beautiful yarns. So much goodness here.
I have not had the pleasure of working with your wonderful fibre, but Have always admired the rich color saturation.
I just downloaded Aravis, and would live to try your beautiful tarn for this project.
I have made sweaters for both my brother and my son and I am currently working on 4 mystery crochet alongside, 2 in birthstone remained, 1 in leftover yarn, and 1 in yarn that I bought without any idea of what I would use it for.
Never used this yarn before but I would be so happy if I could!!!
Your yarn is my favorite and the best yarn I’ve ever used. Your cashsilk sock is my favorite.
Yes I’ve made a few sweater, and tops. Your cashsilk sock
Is the only one I’ve used so far
Plan on trying them all 😁
Love your yarn base❤️
I unfortunately haven’t made anything YET with your yarn. I’ve only recently got into knitting and crocheting. I started in January of this year. But I have already made 4 toques, a blanket and a shirt. Hoping to get a couple of beach wraps, a pair of shorts and a crop top done before end of July beginning of August.
I am presently looking for a pattern for three skeins of your alpaca silk, the lights are turned way down low. I love the baby alpaca and mulberry silk!
Hi Sharen, thank you for reaching out. I assume you are referring to the Alpaca Silk Lace yarn base since “The Lights Are Turned Way Down Low” was only available on the Lace weight base.
Here are all of our Alpaca Silk Lace patterns that we currently offer: https://www.expressionfiberarts.com/categories/patterns.html?_bc_fsnf=1&Yarn+Base=Alpaca+Silk+Lace&sort=newest&limit=100&mode=1
I hope you can find something there that you like. Have a nice day! – Johanna 💕
Hi Chandi. I have not made a project using your yarn. I do have two skeins waiting to be made into something beautiful!
I knitted a beautiful shawl with the yak/merino base in lavender tea.
So far I haven’t used expression fiber yarn for my projects. A few other yarns need to be used up or destashed first…
But I’m very curious to try it!
I have made so many projects using your yarn. It’s what takes up about 85% of my total stash. 😅
Samikdavis if you want to check out my Ravelry page. 😁
I’ve made the Edison jumper in an ombre of grey, grey/yellow and blue sincere sock yarn. It was my first successful garment, as so easy with no traditional construction. I’ve also made the Ciccolo (sexy grandpa cardigan lol), in sport tweed. Both were beautiful yarns to work with.
No, I haven’t use EFA yarn, but hopefully one day.
I’ve never been able to afford any of the amazingly beautiful yarns you have due to not being able to work at the moment because of my health issues. It’s been really difficult time for me but I love to crochet, it had helped me get through all that I have thus far. I love your colorways and patterns. They are super gorgeous 😍
I am currently making my first project with Expression Fiber Arts yarn and I’m so excited! I chose a lovely EFA cardigan to make with it 🙂 I’m so excited to see how it turns out.
Not yet! But I have some fabulous yarns from you calling my name!
Every month you generously pull together an assortment of yarns guaranteed to get me drooling. But this month tops them all! That super vibrant bulky, the moody blues and pensive greys that I love so much, the sumptuous gold and tender green, and the mesmerizing violet/black that swallows light like a black hole. But most exciting of all is the gorgeous minis. I always feel like if I won, I’d have to share – but how? With these, I could see making several little sets for friends, but still having such a lot for myself.
I haven’t used EFA yarn yet. Just recently found you via Crystal of bag o day on you tube. I hope to someday very soon use your gorgeous yarns!
This yarn assortment is exquisite❣️
I Love your yarns, and have made several things with them, scarves, hats, shawls, love the Crossaster pattern a lot, have projects I need to start & finish & your yarns waiting to be crochet up with the patterns from you as well😊
I thoroughly enjoy working with your yarns, each stitch is fun to watch the colors, even the solids are amazing, very high quality❣️ your yarns have fast become my favorite and my go to.
These contests are fun to enter and read the comments. I have to be honest, it would be very nice to win this month, I turn 60 on the 15th 😊
Keep bringing us great yarns, please and I enjoy reading your emails too, have a wonderful sunny day, even if it’s raining outside😉🌞
I made a cowl awhile back. Can’t remember the name of the pattern but it came with the yarn I used.
I’m working on my first EFA project now!
I made a scarf with Dewy DK. And I am getting ready to make something with my Restore Chunky.
It’s my dream to use your yarns one day ….
The import costs are so high here that I would have to pay double the price. Who knows, maby one day 🤞
So I keep myself happy and by your patters, they are gorgous.
I’ve never tried your yarns, but I do drool over trying them some day! Never used hand-dyed before. Best wishes 🙂
Hi Chandi. I have not made a project using your yarn, but I really like your yarn colors. I hope to use your yarn for my crochet projects in the future.
I knit a lovely shawl in Dewy DK and brioche in Luster Worsted. Swatching right now in Luster Sport.
It’s beautiful
I have not used your yarn but am planning to soon!
I’ve made several, and the yarn is delightful to work with! There’s Duha, Succulent Garden, Gdansk, Sunset Diamonds, Quietude, Renata, Free Spirit, and I’m currently working on Multivalence.
I have used EFA yarns to make shawls and sweaters (both cardigans and pullovers). I’ve used Dewy Dk, luster sport, Twisted Tweed sport, Beacon DK, alpaca silk lace, and Nublado.
Unfortunately I have yet to try it! I’ve followed you for a fair amount of years on Instagram and love the looks of your yarn. But I haven’t gotten around to buy it yet.
I have! I actually have several in-process at the moment: last year’s Advertence MKAL, the Euclidias shawl, some socks, a few others that I can’t think of at the moment…my absolute favorite EFA yarn to work with so far is the oasis fingering, although the buttery bulky is also lovely!
Another beautiful giveaway! I have not used EFA yarn yet.
I have made several items with EFA yarn. I love it and also love your inspirational emails❤️
Love your yarn and colors. I am currently using your yarn in the Brilliance MKAL.
I have made some projects with EFA yarn, and I have many more lined up! Can’t wait to get to all the patterns and all the different yarns.
I haven’t done a project yet with your yarn but my two next projects are the Tadaima cardigan in dewy dk and the moissanite shawl in oasis. Colors are so delightful and yarn so soft, I can’t wait to start!
Oh my I have made so many projects with your gorgeous EFA yarn. It has ruined me for other yarns! I only use the best!! If my time is valuable enough to crochet it only makes sense to make the investment worthwhile by using top quality material!’
I have made many projects with Expression Fiber Arts yarn and highly recommend it! My favorite bases are your Pearlescents, but I love your Cashsilk and Buttery bases, too.
I haven’t had the chance yet to make anything from ExpressionFibers. I would love to make a shawl and I hope to do that one day soon. Such beautiful colors!
I’ve made a few pairs of socks, a shawl, and a scarf using your beautiful yarns, and I look forward to trying other varieties and colors.
I haven’t had the pleasure to knit with expression fiber yarn yet. But it’s always fun to read the mail.
I’ve not had the privilege to to crochet or knit with this yarn. Have many of your gorgeous patterns. Would be a dream come true to win. Fingers crossed.

I just absolutely love your yarn and patterns. Great for the soul. Thank you so much for your inspiration and generosity.
Alas I have never made a project with your yarn (can’t afford to buy yarn these days) but I have made many a beautiful project from your patterns.
I just entered the giveaway! I have not had the opportunity to work with your hand dyed yarn yet. I love the color-ways that you have and hope to be able to make something soon.
I haven’t made anything yet, but I’m planning on making your carbon copy shawl soon 🥰
I’ve made several with EFA yarn and am working on two right now. I love the way each different base that I’ve tried feels and how luxurious it all is. I can’t go back to acrylic yarn anymore. I’m trying to finish up old WIPs this year but mostly just ending them wherever they are or changing the plan so I can get back to EFA loveliness!
Yes! I’ve made Undulation, Pluie Calme, Muisca, Quietude, and lots more. Dreaming of all I can make with this.
I lost count how many items I made with EFA yarn. Sweaters, cardigans, shawls, hats. I’m on my 10th Panopeia!
Not yet! But hopefully soon!
Hi Chandi. I made the Lily shawl using Pearlescent fingering yarn, one of the smoothest yarn I’ve ever used. Next in line is Pluie Calm. Can’t wait…..
I have made a few projects using EFA yarns, 3 sweaters and 4 shawls. And I’d like to make many more! Oh, the possibilities…. 😍
I have never used your yarn but I drool over it. I hope I get to soon. I have several of your patterns tucked away just waiting.
I’ve crocheted with her patterns, but not the yarn. Yet.
I have yet to use your yarn but I am dying to. Just recently becoming employed again this is on my list of things I must spoil myself with!!! After years of crochet I’ve recently got back into knitting inspired by my gran and I adore making sweaters mostly with fish patterns 😍
What a generous giveaway! I have not had the opportunity to create something beautiful with EFA yarn… yet! I will someday 🙂
I’ve made several things. Two cardigans, one in dewy dk, and the other in pearlescent worsted. Two hats both in dewy dk. I made several pairs of socks and some fingerless mitts. I made two of the Adeline shawl, one in sock yarn and the other in the first yarn I ever bought from you Stardust pearlescent fingering. I made the Florescence shawl in Aquamarine pearlescent fingering with lovely coloured beads. Then I finished recently the Adamas shawl. There is one more shawl I made but can’t remember which but it was using the leftover yarn from previous projects. I still have to block a few of the items and take pictures of the finished product.
I have made several shawls, hats, scarfs, have an MCAL in the works all with your yarns, love the colors, amazing quality! Love Dewey DK, Alpaca Silk Lace, Pearlescent Fingering & Worsted and all the yarns you have 😊😁😁
Have made the Anuket shawl using Sincere Sock, and am currently doing the Shukrani shawl using Affirmation Fingering. I have other EFA wool waiting to be used for shawls and jumpers.
I love your yarn. I have made sock, baby sweaters, shawls and the list goes on.
I love your yarn. I have made sock, baby sweaters, shawls and the list goes on.
Yes!!! Shawls, cowls, 2 sweaters, cowls… alot of cowls, and beanies!! I am currently making s beaded shawl.
I’ve made several – a few squishy scarves, and a pair of socks! The brioche scarf in Pearlescent Worsted is the softest thing I own, and so warm!
I haven’t had the extra money to purchase yarn from expression fiber arts yet but I’ve had my eye on a couple of different skeins for a while!! When i do get the chance to buy something I hope to make a mandala shawl or a mesh cardigan!
Made a small blanket to or my granddaughter from a cashmere blended wool
Hopefully i can win this lot and make beautiful things as well!
I’ve made a number of Expression Fiber Arts crochet projects.
I’ve never tried Expression Fiber Arts yarn but I would love to!
Yes, I have used EFA yarn. Knitting and crochet projects are very dear to me and they take a lot of my time, so EFA is the only yarn I will use for all my keepsakes.
I have not knit with your yarns yet
I made your Sea Gradient Shawl with your blue/grey/beige yarn. So so lovely. Thank you.
EFA yarn is by far my favorite! It has truly made me a yarn snob! I have made many projects using EFA yarn from socks and shawls to summer tops and blankets!
Hard to say which yarn base is my favorite because they are all so soft and squishy!
Oh Man! This is a wonderful selection of yarn bases and colours! I have made several items using your yarns, shawls and cardigans and the year longs! I have a huge stash of your yarns waiting for the correct pattern to make but those will be a new chapter!
Thanks for your chirpy emails and beautiful yarns! Have a great day to you and your team!
I have not made a project with your yarn.
Postal fees are too much for me to order directly from US.
I love your yarns and everything I’ve made from your yarns have turned out gorgeous! I love also that you have patterns that use your yarns. When you showcase a pattern with a specific yarn, it really helps inspire me!
I made my Dad a Ciottolo in mirage sport, twisted tweed, and Dewy DK for all the squishiest ribbing.
I made my hot-flashing Mama a gorgeous all Mauve Embers Shawl with Amal fingering.
I made my son a CounterCurrent cap with his choice of Enduring Worsted.
My oldest daughter has the softest Juicy cowl in pearlescent worsted. I used bamboo alpaca to make my girls an anisoptera and Segue shawls.
And this does not include all the projects in process that I was so excited to catalogue after I figured out how to use Ravelry 😂. I currently have a Point Horizon of Seacoast fingering on my hook for my middle sister 🥰
I’ve crocheted multiple items with your yummy yarn, and love the patterns on your page as well
I haven’t used your yarn yet. I just taught myself how to knit and am using cheap yarn until I get better!
I haven’t had a chance to use your yarn, but love your patterns!
I haven’t had the pleasure, yet! I hope to win the giveaway one of these months to rectify that.
Your yarns are so beautiful and the colors are stunning. I also really appreciate your approach to the newsletters.
Unfortunately, not yet. There are so many gorgeous colors, it’s just a matter of finding the perfect colorway for the perfect pattern. In the meantime, I’ll settle for drooling over all the lovely pictures! 🙂
Not yet, but I’ve got my hands on the sample yarn and I’m taking my time picking which yarn I’ll start out with.
I have a number of skeins from EFA but haven’t used them to make something. Actually, I just love to look and touch them. So pretty and soft!
I haven’t made a project with your yarn yet but I have made several projects from the patterns you offer and they are so beautiful and I love making them. Right now I’m making a mother of pearl shawl and the adorn shawl.
I’ve made several projects with EFA! Crochet before I learned to knit, and also lots of knit! Some of the most squishy beautiful yarns. Thank you!
Yes I started the Shlanket in 2023. I am hoping to finish it soon
I have used many of your different yarns to knit numerous projects for many years.
Not yet. I have 2 knitting projects lined up. I got side tracked learning to crochet because I’ve seen some of your crochet patterns I’d love to make. I can now make granny squares! SO…
Thank you for the opportunity Chandi! Gorgeous colours xx the most recent project is a pair of fingerless gloves for one of my daughters ❤️
I have not tried EFA yet, though I drool over every post. Your yarn is first on my to buy list when I have enough pennies saved 💗
My 1st completed cowl – Whirlwind. Next was the Writers Wrist using Dewy DK.

Yes! EFA yarns work up into soft shawls and cowls.
Lately I have seen your yarn all over my insta feed. I have not tried it yet but it looks gorgeous 🙂
I have purchased yarn, but haven’t made anything yet. It’s “special” yarn so I have to find the right thing. The colors are so amazing I just want to collect them and pet them. 🤣
I am starting several projects this month. I made “West King” for my daughter-in-law.
I’ve made a few shawls, 2 baby blankets, and a sweater. No matter what yarn I use it always feels wonderful to work with and wear and has amazing drape. Love all of EVA’S yarns
I’m knitting a shawl using “Oasis Fingerling” yarn.
I’m actually working on a few different projects with Expression Fiber Arts yarn. Right now, the big one is a shawl (hopefully, if I don’t run out of yarn) in a double-sided Fisherman’s Rib. It’s actually turning out pretty well. I’m very happy with it.
Not yet, but I hope to try it for crochet projects in the future.😍
Yes, I’ve made 3 shawls and 2 cowls using EFA yarn. I’m also adding EFA yarn to my stash. I love this yarn, and Chandi too! ❤️
Yes, hats and cowls and socks!
I’ve made a few cowls with Resilient Sock. They are wonderfully soft and squishy. I’d love to receive this months’ variety in these beautiful colorways!
Made a gorgeous sweater from luster sport!
Just finished the This Way and That shawl with Luster Worsted. Lovely and shiny! Worked up quickly and will be gifted to my neighbor.
I haven’t yet, but I have some that I hope to cast on soon.
Love your yarn. I’m currently making Hadi pattern with July ruby pearlescent fingering weight yarn.
What a lovely giveaway you have done this month. The colours are divine and out of this world.
I have made many projects using EFA yarn and they have always turned out so lovely. I use the yarn for special items and keepsakes. So far I have completed last year’s MKAL, I have done shawls, hats, blankets, and quite a few tops. I am doing another top using the restore fingering. I am also doing the MCAL and the MKAL this year using your wonderful yarn.
Just keep doing what you do best and making wonderful patterns and yarns
I’ve made so many! I’m a long time lover of EFA. I’ve made multiple blankets out of pearlescent worsted and buttery bulky, sweaters out of dewy dk, and SO MANY socks out of sincere!
Yes, my first project with EFA yarn was a crocheted shawl – Renata. Absolutely wonderful yarn to work with. Thank you Chandi & team!
I love your Pearlescent yarns! They’re my favorite. I have knitted the Swirling Sea Cowl using a gorgeous skein of Pearlescent worsted. It is wonderful to work with, feels great in hand, and is so very soft next to skin!
Not yet.
I haven’t yet made anything from expression fiber arts yarns. So far, I just drool over the colors and ideas. 🙂
i think over the past six or so years 8 out of 10 projects are made with EFA yarns. These yarns always result in beautiful & elegant shawls or tops. The presentations of the yarns is also extremely well done. Always keep coming back … Thank you Chandi and team.
I have not as i have only just found you! This is a beautiful selection! What a joy it would be to knit!
No, I’m sorry to say that I never tried it. But I’ll love to try it
Sure have! I love the yarn you create and the patterns you share!
I couldn’t buy one as of today.
I have lots of your patterns and yarn but not used not used it yet, I need to find time to spin it into cakes and am excited to knit myself something gorgeous. This is my birthday month so crossing my fingers for the giveaway and thank you for these xxx
Dear EFA,
Unfortunately I have not yet had the chance/pleasure to work with EFA yarns.🧶 But it would certainly be a special treat to knit with it🌈
I haven’t made anything with your yarn as of yet! I’m so looking forward to it though!
Almost all my yarn is EFA. I really love your yarn.
I haven’t used any of your yarn yet but I’ve managed to narrow down a couple of patterns I want to try first from your amazing selections. I was so inspired I’m even going to learn to crochet to do one- as your videos are super helpful for the stitches.
I haven’t made anything from EAF yarns, but I have used your pattern and hope that some day I get yarns too.
I can only dream as I have never had any EFA yarn, someday , someday… dreaming.
I am dreaming of making a shawl with your yarn, I love your yarns so much! To ship them to here, in the Netherlands, on the ither side of the big pond, will double the costs and that has been beyond my means so far. I know by experience that dreams do come true, so for now I will just keep on doing just that. In the meantime I enjoy watching the beautiful colours and imagining the feel of the textures. Thank you for bringing such beauty into our world.
Unfortunately I haven’t yet
I haven’t yet; the import costs would make the yarn too expensive for my budget. But I’d absolutely love to!
Hi Chandy! I have not used Expression Fiber yarns yet but am always admiring and dreaming about them!
I have made so many projects using your yarn. It’s what takes up about 85% of my total stash. 😅
Samikdavis if you want to check out my Ravelry page. 😁
I have not yet used your yarn.
Still a beginner
Not feeling quite worthy yet
Love it! I have also used many pattern of yours and they are always so clear and accurate.
Thanks!
Absolutely! I made my aunt fingerless gloves, a scarf and a hat for Christmas and I bought HoHoHo for my mom so I could do the same for next Christmas. Love your yarns.
I’m only using Expressions yarns for all my projects since 2022 & I love them 😍
Yes, Chandi, I have made several shawl with your yarns and I have skeins ready to make one of your patterns for a sleeveless top.
I have made many socks for myself and my husband with EFA sock yarn, my favorite is the sincere sock! And I made the Reveil Shawl in EFA yarn. So beautiful
Yes! ❤️ I’ve knit several sweaters with EFA yarns and they always turn out beautifully!
I had a skein of the most cheerful aqua. I knit a pair of socks for a friend, and completely forgot to take a photo. The yarn was beautiful. Your color sense is spot on.
I am halfway through crocheting the Gulf Breeze poncho with Luster Sport yarn – love the shine and feel of it! 🤩 And I have a small collection of gorgeous EFA skeins waiting to be made into shawls, shirts etc. 🧶
I have 4 WIP using EFA yarn! Only yarn I have used for the past couple of years! Love it!
Hello Chandi! I have made a couple of cowls and have used a couple of your wrap patterns to make baby blankets. Your worsted is my favorite and I see there is more worsted in this months selection. Wonderful!
I have used your yarn in combination with other yarns to crochet your patterns, shawls and a sweater. I have just ordered 5 skeins of your luster worsted to make one of your sweaters. This was a big splurge cost wise for me. So far I’ve just been collecting g a few skeins at a time but that doesn’t give me enough yarn to make a project. Love all of your Friday patterns! Thx for the great supply.
I haven’t yet had the pleasure of using any but I hope to soon!
I’ve made several projects using EFA yarn. I’m knitting with a beautiful skein of pearlescent fingering (tea plantation) now.
Wow, that is some gorgeous bundle of yarn! ❤ Yes, your yarn is without doubt the best quality yarn I have ever worked with. I’m currently making the Mysa shawl (my first time using beads), and it’s working up a dream.
I have crocheted a sweater using Dewy DO yarn. She loves it.
I have not used your yarn yet, but have my eye on several projects that would look beautiful with your yarn.
I love your yarns! I’ve made shawls, hats, scarves, cowls, and a blanket with EFA yarn. Naming a favorite is impossible for me, because I have enjoyed working with all I’ve tried.
I made CURTSY for my daughter as a Christmas gift. Using the Sugar Fluff Fingering yarn. It is so soft and beautiful. It was easy to work with.
I have not made anything with your yarn yet, but I have 3 skeins of the Crema Sock just waiting for the perfect project! Your yarn is SO beatiful!
Yes, I have made the beautiful pebbled sweater in the colorway that you showcased in your video. The result is a soft and warm sweater with shimmer and lasting shine. I am now working on Capullo, and I am amazed at the quality of the yarn. The fibers are unlike any yarn I have ever had on my crochet hook. I hope I win, I will make something spectacular.
I have bought more yarn than I’ve made projects for of course, but my favorite have been Galene shawl and Ondinea shawl. Beautiful pieces and beautiful yarn!
I have completed 3 projects with EFA yarn. All crochet. I have a hat and scarf made with twisted tweed sport, a lovely sweater jacket also made with twisted tweed sport (I just love how squishy and soft that yarn is!) And I did the Beleu sweater in oasis camel silk which is just so scrumptious and soft. I have more EFA yarns collected for 3 other sweater projects that I haven’t started, some crema sock, yak silk lace, and more oasis camel silk.
Yes I have made many projects with your lovely yarns. I have made several baby blankets, toddler mittens, adult and child headbands. I am working on an adult blanket and a cardigan too. My favorites are pearlescent worsted and crema worsted.
Unfortunately I have not tried your yarn yet. I got some over Christmas but I am still trying to decide what to make with it. They were mystery bags and I got darker colors and I prefer brighter colors, but they feel so wonderful and squishy.
I have made a shawl with EFA yarn and it is wonderful.
Hello! I have made lots of projects with your yarn! Last month alone I used resilient sock yarn in the Wine not colorway to make the Polyrhythm cowl, and then made a pair of socks with the leftovers. This base and the pearlescent fingering have my heart!
One of my favorite projects is the Keziah top made with EFA Resilient Sock. I’ve only worked with the Resilient Sock (and I have a few more skeins waiting to be made into something beautiful), but I hope to work with some of your other yarn bases in the future.
Not yet but definitely on my list.. so many fabulous choices.
Not yet! I need to finish my WIPs to begin an EFA’s project.
Not yet! But I’m planning on making the Luna Fade (a Tunisian crochet shawl by Detroit Knots) using all the colors from your golden earth collection!
Not yet, but I will!
I have several items of clothing made with your beautiful yarns.
I made the Balance Point pullover long ago, and I bought the copper patine kit (amazing colors!) for the Wilbraham shawl. I believe I am 80% finished the large shawl and need to pick it up again as it is wonderful. Many years ago you had a photo contest, and I won with my photo of hydrangeas. You dyed yarn in those colors, and I made a beautiful cowl out of my fingering weight skein of blues and lavenders.. I have been a fan of your yarns since the beginning and love your yarn and your style. Thank you!
YES! Many projects, most with your lovely free patterns and quite a few tests for your designers. Lots of gifts and a few goodies for myself. Love your yarn and have shared that love with the crafting groups I am in.
Hello, I’ve recently taken up crochet again, I’m working through your tutorials and trying some stitches from some of your lovely free patterns. I haven’t used your yarn yet, I live in Australia and the currency conversion isn’t very kind at the moment, many thanks
I made a pair of fingerless gloves with your garnet yarn from January. Beautiful color and the weight was perfect for the gloves.
Yes! I’ve made shawls, hats, scarves, mandalas, socks, and mittens from EFA yarn. I love the amazing colors and fantastic feel of your yarn!
Hi Chandi, no, I haven’t made any projects with EFA yarn yet, but I have several projects in the que to make! I can’t wait! The yarn looks yummy and I know it’ll knit up nicely.
Oh yes! I love working with your yarn and enjoy the crochet and knit-alongs very much.
Yes! All the time! EFA ís my favorite brand
I have not had the opportunity to purchase your beautiful yarn! (finances) but am looking forward to a purchase as soon as I can afford it. It all looks squshy and buttery soft!
Love that I was able to buy your yarn on sale since I have many of your beautiful patterns that I am saving up to knit.
I’ve purchased some beautiful skeins, but they are soooo special that I haven’t found the right pattern for them yet. ❤️❤️❤️
I finished the Copland shawl, and have the Sonder shawl and a Darcy shawl on my needles.
I admit that I absolutely love EFA yarn. I just looked through my stash, and found enough of your luscious skeins to make 16, yes, SIXTEEN, additional shawls, PLUS one scarf.
I’m going to be busy…
I made last year’s CAL, Multivalence. I am debating what the remaining yarn from the project will be used for. I have other patterns, and other yarn, waiting semi-patiently for their turn not he hook.
Yes! I knit Fennmont, with Twisted Tweed Sport. I love the beautiful, subtle gradient, I wear it often and get many positive comments.
Yes, I have made several projects with your yarn. In fact I am using Oasis Camel Silk Fingering right now for the Abloom MKAL. I think Oasis is my favorite of your yarns but I also knit a lot with Yak Silk, CashSilk, and Resilient yarn. I mostly knit with fingering weight yarn but have also knit a Stephen West project using Dewy DK. I have a huge stash of your yarn and it is always my go-to yarn when I am looking for just the right yarn for a new project.
I haven’t made anything yet with your yarn. I want to someday though.
I have loved this yard store since its opening and won’t by camel yak or pearlescent yards from anyone else- EVER. Chandi inspires me to keep expressing myself – mixing and creating with colors and textures that make people just want to reach for whatever is made with her yarns. Expression Fiber Arts means comfort quality and style, it’s a timeless necessity. I’ve made sweaters, shawls, socks, hats, scarves, and gloves with exclusively Chandi yarns -weaving, knitting and crocheting. Yarn is hope, inspiration and love. ( and so is Chandi’s – EFA )
I’ve made several shawls using oopsie skeins and I’ve used several patterns right now making the azorella sweater
I am currently in a quilting UFO (UnFinished Object) phase right now, but am watching my daughter work on your lovely yarn. I’m saving ideas from your site, yarns that I love and colors that I might buy, so when the UFO’s are done…and I’m figuring that will end by fall, I can buy some yarn AND finish a project from it this winter. At 82, I can no longer afford to start a project and put it aside…I have seen too many friends pass this past year with dozens of UFO’s and how it affects their children to deal with them and their stash of yarns and fabric. I thought I’d never get back into knitting and crocheting until my daughter bought some of your yarn…now I pet it every time I see it. Lovely to touch and I’ve never seen a yarn I didn’t like that she bought.
Yes! I’m currently making a shawl using a CashSilk Sock yarn kit called “Bryna Hues.” The colours in the kit are my absolute favourite – the blues, greens, and golds are exquisite! Thank you for the opportunity to enter the giveaway; Expression Fiber Arts’ yarn is luxurious and special indeed! ^-^
Like many others who have posted here I have purchased a few beautiful skeins of EFA yarn and have put them aside for something special….
I haven’t made anything with your yarn – it’s beautiful, but living on a fixed income makes it difficult – I would love the opportunity
Hey, Chandi. I so look forward to your texts and emails. They inspire me to no end! I just finished making Blanket for You using the exact yarn colors you suggested, the Restore DK. It came out so soft and perfectly squishy! I love it and so do my family when they’re on the couch watching TV. I’m also currently working on the Brilliance 2024 MKAL using your Twisted Tweed sport. I’m making the blanket so it’s taking me a little bit to get through each clue, but I love the process of watching it come to life! Looking forward to clue number 5!!
I just finished a sweater that I wore while I was in Iceland. The color was like lava, so I thought it was appropriate. I used your bulky, SWM yarn that I held onto for a couple of years before using because I just didn’t know what to do with it. I didn’t want to use it on a project for someone that didn’t really love the colors like I did. 😀
I just finished the 24 Birds MKAL by Helen Stuart using the Emerging Hue ‘Resilient’ sock set and it turned out beautifully.
I made the Boho shawl recently, and have a few kits waiting to made into something amazing!! 😊
I have made tons of things with your yarn and currently working on a sweater project with your luster worsted. By far my favorite yarn!
I’ve made several projects using EFA yarn but since I’m horrible at keeping track of what I’ve made I can’t tell you what they were. They’ve all turned out lovely thanks to the yarn!
I took your Creery sweater class. Knit that with stash yarns. Always hoping to be a winner of a fabulous giveaway.
the yarn and gorgeous colors made a stunning shawl
A couple of years ago I made a shawl using one of your patterns. I gave it to a friend for her birthday and she was delighted.
Yes, I’ve made a few things with EFA yarns, mostly fingering weight as it is my favorite for work with. I don’t think I’ve used EFA patterns, though, as I don’t always keep track. AND I really want to win this month’s collection because May is my birthday month. Many thanks for all the beautiful yarns and patterns.
So many projects. And they are all lovely. Current wip is Kola Street.
I have made multiple beautiful scarves with Expression Fiber Arts yarns.
Hi, Chandi,
I’m an avid knitter, sometimes crocheter and weaver, but haven’t yet used Expression Fiber Arts yarns, preferring brands I know. I’ve been producing more worsted weight projects for winter, but it’s time to get back into lighter knitting for a change. Lately though, EFA yarns caught my interest, primarily for the inspiring photos with the yarn colors, with your beautiful self modeling the patterns. A free pattern put me on your mailing list and I’m glad! Please enter my name in you’re generous drawing. Maybe I’ll get a chance to finally squish a lot of those dear, beautiful colors!
I have just started the 4 color version of the Carbon Copy Shawl – the Ephemeral Fingering yarn is a DREAM!
Another beautiful round of colors and fibers. Got my fingers crossed again in hopes….you never know if you name will pop up. I have loved knitting with your yarns and colors
I just discovered you and your gorgeous yarn! I cannot wait to make my first purchase and create something worthy. ❤️❤️
Although I’ve purchased several skeins of expression fiber arts yarn, I’ve yet to use them, haha. I have multiple patterns picked out but I have a couple works in progress that need to be completed first.
I have made sweaters for both my brother and my son and I am currently working on 4 mystery crochet alongside, 2 in birthstone remained, 1 in leftover yarn, and 1 in yarn that I bought without any idea of what I would use it for.
Oh my gosh, i have made blankets, cowls, scarfs, and shawls with EFA yarn. My local charity holds an annual event and raffles and auctions off hand made yarn projects. The monies collected are donated to local hospitals where the funds go to help women who are recovering from female cancers. I am a 10 year survivor, and this charity is near and dear to my heart. I know the host, and she’s always excited about what I donate because of the quality of the yarn. So thank you Chandi, Tim and team for all you do. Winning will mean I can continue to make projects out of your gorgeous yarn to donate.
I love your yarn! I’ve used Buttery Bulky, Enduring Worsted and Pearlescent Worsted for hats, Yak Silk Lace for a Baptism shawl for my daughter, a variety of fingering weight for socks and shawls, and some DK weight for thicker socks.
I have never used your yarn yet but your emails are intriguing and I am looking forward to ordering soon.
Yes I have made a few now! But you’ve spoiled me for other yarns, your yarns are so much fun to work with. 🧡
I have made two hats (so far) ..one with Enduring worsted, and one with Pearlescent worsted. Both turned out great, with beautiful stitch definition. I have a few more skeins to try..first time using and I am very pleased with the results. Thank you!
Yes! I’ve made several beautiful hats, one each for my mom, son, and daughter. I’m in the process of making a throw out of crocheted squares. I can’t wait to see how it turns out!
Not entering the contest (most of it just isn’t my colours) I’ve made two projects with EFA yarn, Seinesation and Wilona. I’ve also got the yarn from you to make the Rhoswen pattern, though I haven’t started yet.
I have crocheted a couple of projects using EFA yarn and I have a few more projects in my q to make. I love these yarns …… so soft and squishy …….. and the colors are gorgeous! 😁
Yes! My favorite so far is the shawl I made with The Lights Are Turned Way Down Low in Sparkle Fingering!
Any. Among my favorites are Leander with CashSilk Sock, Free Your Fade with three of the Moon series Pearlescent Fingering yarns and a couple Anuket shawls.
Many. I recently finished Stephen West’s Glittering Snowscapes using.a Parisian Hues kit.
I haven’t been lucky enough to use your yarn yet. But it is gorgeous!
I have made socks using your yarns and also used the Sea Coast Fingering yarn for the Riptide top. Your yarns are so nice and fun to work with.
I made a hat a mitten set using dewy dk in the alexandrite (my birthstone) color and they are beautiful!
What a great giveaway! Good luck everyone! I have several skeins of expression fiber arts yarn. I have made a pair of mittens with twisted tweed sport. Love it! All your yarn is so soft. Placed an order of your oopsy mystery yarn. Can’t wait to get it! Thank you for all you do!
I have made socks with Pearlescent fingering and I have the Cherry sweater kit but haven’t started it yet!
The May Kit of the Month is gorgeous! It just shouts, “SPRING IS HERE”! I have a lot of your fabulous yarn and am soon going to dive into it. We’ve had our hands full with some renovations, but can’t wait to get my hands full of Chandi’s delicious yarn. I’m afraid I’m just going to HAVE TO order that yummy satin May kit!
Hi Chandi, no I have not made a project with your yarn yet but, I have a project in the wings. Love these beautiful colors!
Not yet…I’ve just put in my first order…the Joy in my Soul kit, and am already dreaming of the projects I could make with it…
I’ve made many projects with your yarn, used several of your patterns, and benefitted greatly from your tutorials as well! It was your knitting and purling videos that I used when I was first learning to knit
I haven’t used Expression Fiber Arts yarn yet but I really hope to someday!! They look so gorgeous!! I love the colors and the inspiration stories behind them. I like reading those and looking at all the yarns online – it gives such a serene feeling. Thank you for the chance of a giveaway! I have patterns from the Free Pattern Fridays ready to go, and it’d so tough choosing which one to do because they’re always so gorgeous!
I’m working right now on the Aurora shawl with Luster Sport yarn. I’m excited to finish, but I’m vey much enjoying the process. The yarn is a delight!
I worked and finished the MCAL and the Summer CAL for 2022, started but not finished all of the 2023 CALs, including the MCAL, and am currently playing catch up on this year’s MCAL. I LOVE working with EFA yarns!
I LOVE CROCHETING. I LOVE EFA’S YARN. SO ENJOYABLE TO WORK WITH.
THANK YOU CHANDI
I love crocheting. I have made just a very of your patterns so far right now I’m working on Adaila shawl. Your yarn is very nice feels good to work with.
THANK YOU CHANDI AND TEAM
Yes, I have used Seacoast fingering for the Love and Lace Shawl; what a wonderfully soft, squishy and bouncy yarn! That pattern is perfectly adapts as a lap blanket or oversize scarf as well! I have also used Luster sport for the Find your Path shawl (just finishing that one). It is beautiful and the explanation or narrative you give about the pattern is so amazing. I have been ordering other different weights and colors of your yarn and patterns for several years (thank you for your discounts and sales!) to use in the next year when I retire and have more time to knit but less money to spend.
I’m using Dewey DK with some other dyers’ yarns in a Comfort Fade Cardi , which is coming along slowly. The yarn is lovely and easy to knit with, I’m just a very slow knitter!
I’m a little less than halfway through the Pampered Pajamas pattern I got from Interweave. I’m using Oasis fingering to make it in a blue multi. I finished the top some time ago and have been wearing it. It won’t match by the time I finish them…too slow, too slow…
I have only recently purchased your yarn, but I have two projects planned. I have received the yarn for one project and it is wonderful. I love the colors and it feels so soft.
Yes I have used EFA yarn in projects and have more in stash waiting for the perfect project.
Finished the Arrazzo shawl last week . That was quite a winter project I must say. Such a pleasure to work with your yarn and I learned so much. Now to block it and send you some photos .
Not yet! I’m brand new to crafting with yarn, so I’m trying to learn and practice on cheap or discounted yarns. I would love to experience this yarn and I’ve already got patterns picked for that ‘some day’ purchase!
I haven’t. I love in Europe and the postage is too expensive…
I have some of your yarn I want to use for a project for me, but I always end up with projects and deadlines for other people I have to do first 😭 maybe I need to prioritize myself for a project or two so I can enjoy the fruits of my labor…and your lovely yarn!
I have not used your yarn yet but I drool over the colours and the blends every time you send out an email, they are sooooo beautiful. And your ability to dye to match a photo inspiration is incredible. Your yarn is on my “saving-money-to-splurge-on-yarn” list as the exchange rate to Canadian kills me, so I’m saving up for it!
Yes!! I have made a couple of projects with EFA yarn and I’m addicted to it 😁 I’m working through them to see if I have a favorite. So far its hard to choose.
I’ve made multiple projects at this point with EFA yarn, and it really makes the projects more special. I’m currently working on a top with Resilient Sock in Merryweather and I am obsessed with the color. I can’t seem to knit fast enough 🙂
Yes, I’m currently making a two-tone Musselburgh hat for my daughter with your amazing Resilient Sock yarn in Angel Whisper and Sincere Sock in Rose Gold. My daughter picked out the colors and I can hardly knit it fast enough for her! haha! It’s going to be beautiful!!!
i have some of your yarn in my stash just waiting for the right project. it needs a special project.
I have a kit of EFA yarn waiting its turn in the queue!
Sorry to say that I haven’t used your lovely yarn. While I am drooling over the natural fibers and gorgeous colors, my projects tend to fall into practical and easy care categories, and my budget is easily strained even with my modest yarn investments. That said, I love your Friday patterns and would love to win the giveaway! Figuring out how to use that yarn would be one of the nicest problems I could imagine.☺️
I have yet to complete a project with your yarn, just ripped out 3 starts to a scarf for my husband using oasis and your mireno/silk blend. I think ive settled on weaving it instead when i get my rigid heddle this summer since neither crochet nor knitting has felt right for this project.
Yes! I have ordered a few of the sock yarn and LOVE it. I also purchased a mystery sock yarn pack that I haven’t worked up yet but already know it will be beautiful.
You do such beautiful work. I haven’t made my first purchase yet, I but I hope to soon!
Working with EFA yarns is a dream for the future. Until I’m in position to acquire any amount of your scrumptious loveliness, I will have to just drool over it! Thanks for offering such lovely giveaway collections.
I have made a number of projects using EFA yarn. Love, love , love all of them. Would dearly love to make some more.
I have some gorgeous camel-silk skeins that I am planning to crochet into a shawl – as soon as I can decide on the pattern!
Thank you for the generous giveaways!
I have not had the opportunity to use EFA yarns yet, but look forward to doing so in future!
I haven’t had the opportunity yet, because I live in europe and can’t afford the shipping fees 😭
I love the look of your yarns and enjoy your newsletters but sadly as I live outside the US the exchange rates + postal fees make the cost too high for me to purchase any. Just window shopping for me!
I made the Shawl of Secrets using a really soft and delicious yarn from EFA. It’s in my favorite colors, pale pinks, blues, and purples.
Not yet. I have some but haven’t been able to start working on that project yet.
Unfortunately, I have yet to try some of your beautiful yarn. It looks wonderful and soft, and I wish I could give it a squeeze.
Yes, I’ve made many projects using EFA yarn!
I have made so many projects with EFA yarn! I made the MCAL and MKAL for 2022 and I have made a few sweaters with your beautiful yarn
I have three fingering weight skeins just waiting for the right project … probably socks as I make each of my kids and their partners socks for Christmas!
Absolutely, Expression Fiber Arts 🧶💕yarn is all I use for my projects. My first project ever, several years ago) was a beautiful silk scarf. The color is still strong and so is the scarf and I wear it often.
I am in the middle of working on 2 sweaters, 1 cardigan, a shawl and a vest.
I have made a pearlescent tiny doggie sweater.
Made several scarves for me and my aunt – she loved the gem colors in a pearlescent scarf. Made her a cowl as well.
Oasis fingerless mitts with a scarf + hoodie – with all the wind we have been getting in Santa Fe NM – something soft and warm was needed 😉
Made 2 pairs of socks and working on a third.
Still designing the mosaic for an amazing long tweed poncho.
I also use the wonderful patterns provided with little adjustments to customize.
🤩
I have made a small scarf with EFA yarn! I love it, but I wish I had made it longer. It is so soft! I have some in my stash also, awaiting the perfect project/pattern!
I used EFA Artistic Sport to make the Alchemy crocheted shawl. I love the springiness!
I have not tried any of your yarn as I am currently a student and unable to afford such luxurious yarn. I hope that someday soon (I graduate this month!) I can get some lovely yarn to work with. Everything I have seen looks so good!
I have not used this, but it looks wonderful!
I have purchased your yarn, but have yet to make a project. I am waiting for the perfect pattern to suit the color and type of yarn.
Oh my, several! Love your yarns & patterns. This year I am on a yarn purchasing diet as I work through my EFA stash (though the new colors & bases keep tempting me- I have been good so far)
My very first project with EFA Oasis yarn was Vayda- though i need to add a bit of lace maybe to lengthen it a bit more.
Duha was my first mcal with EFA.
I made Adalia as a wedding gift in greys & purples.
I made both color versions of Hearthside MCAL…
Lato I made in my wedding colors…
Glacadh I made as a shrug in my hogwarts house colors…
I love how Sunset Diamonds turned out- a little added beading on the last row made this stunning!!!
The Charlotte cowl was a fun skill builder!
I think I have done a few other hats, cowls, scarves as well. Socks are on my “to try” list
Crossaster will be done soon- just 3 rounds left!
I have several EFA skeins waiting for the right project, love to just look at them for now!
I’ve made multiple accessories with EFA yarns, they’re wonderful! Shawls, cowls, hats and mitts.
I’ve made many things with EFA yarns. Some for myself and some were test knit or crocheted for you! The yarn is a sheer joy to work with.
I have a few WIP with EFA yarn🤣 really need to find time to finish them!!!!!
I’ve watched almost all of your videos. Been learning a lot & using some of your techniques, but I have not made anything with EFA yarn yet.
Been trying to finish up some WIPs like a good
girl. I’ve been waiting patiently to purchase something beautiful from you.
I’ve purchased yarn before and I am casting on my first project with it now. To be honest I’ve been hoarding it because it’s so beautiful I love just looking at it all. 🤣🤣🤣
I love your yarn! My first pattern of yours was Palette, I knitted the Creery sweater (my first sweater!), Duga (I hope I remember that name correctly) and currently working on Love and Lace for my mother! I am still working on the Perseverance Blanket from the 2022 KAL.
Yes, I have made all of my projects and design with Expression Fiber Arts yarn. It’s my favorite. ❤️
I am currently working on my first two projects with Expression Fiber Arts yarn. One with Pearlescent Worsted and one with Luster Sport.
I’ve made quite a few items with your yarns and they are my go to for most of my projects. I currently have 3 projects going with EFA yarns: this years’s MKAL, the Rainier shawl and a national park hat. Thank you for such beautiful yarns and colors!
I’ve made a hat and scarf set for a friend
I work with EFA yarn exclusively because the colors are so rich. I have made three sweaters and am currently working on Storyteller in luster sport. I adjusted too much for the weight so I had to frog it and start over., but i am making great progress with the correct needle size this time. I also made two shawls, two hats, a blanket and booties. I tried lace wing but it was too complex for me. I cherish the time Chandi spends with her fans and am grateful for the website and podcasts.
I have not used your yarn yet, but I have made several of your free Friday patterns over the years! Love all your merchandise!
Kathy Thompson
I’ve made scarves for everyone in my family with your yarn and have several other projects planned.
I made a Perfect Blend shawl from EFA Seacoast, it’s one of my favorite warm weather shawls 🙂
I have not had the pleasure of using your yarn yet. Your yarn is beautiful.
No, I haven’t made any projects with EFA yarn yet!! I’m going to have to plan my next project and get some of these beautiful yarns!
I’ve made so many projects with EFA yarns!! Both with your patterns and others. I love all the different fibers!!
I have never made anything using EFA yarn. I’ve also never made anything with hand dyed yarn. The colors of the yarn in this giveaway and all that I’ve seen on the website are so unique and very pretty.
I have not made anything with your yarn but I drool over it! Crystal at Bag O Day Crochet on YouTube talks about how amazingly soft it is and how nice it is to work with. One day I will get some when I figure out the perfect pattern for it 😊 Thank you for the beautiful patterns you share with us!
I haven’t yet sadly. I’m budgeting to make an order for my birthday as a special treat to myself!
I have made a few, recently finished the Circumfractal, Glacadh, wonder and 2X undulation which I am going to try and turn into a version of lacewing as I have still need to learn how to knit. Have many more projects waiting, just love the yarn, community and patterns.
I have not but would LOVE to. The CashSilk, Buttery Sport, and Swell sound so wonderful. I use your patterns, but have not been able to
Yes!! I absolutely love it and wish I had more money to throw at you. I simply adore the colors and get so inspired by all the patterns and colors. Makes me want to win the lottery just to be able to splurge on your yarn. 💕
No,I haven’t use any off EFA yarn, but hopefully I will used it. So I can knit your beautiful pattern.
I have made several projects with EFA yarn and love working with it!
Not yet…looking forward to making an item soon!
I am currently doing the crochet along and using the crema worsted and I do have more yarn but I haven’t made anything with it just yet, it’s just so pretty and soft that I’m having a hard time picking the perfect project for it.
I made a Copeland shawl using two shades of grey and a purple/blue/grey (I don’t remember the names). I am currently working on a sweater pattern I found on Ravelry called Come to the Point using Abyss and Abalone Hues of Dewy DK.
I have not yet used your beautiful yarn in a project. I received a sample skein of your Luster Superwash Merino Sport in the retreat colorway at the 2022 Leading Men Fiber Arts Knitting at the Estate retreat; it’s 175 yards, so I’m thinking to pair it with something that needs a little pop of color.
Yes, I made Florescence using the Reverie color Fingering Pearlescent yarn, and I made the Wonder Cardigan using Polar Morn, etc. Florescence was a gift for my sister for her 70th birthday, and the Wonder Cardigan was for me. : )
I’ve made so many projects with EFA yarn – and EFA patterns! It’s just my absolute favorite – so gorgeous.
I have made only 2 or 3 efa patterns since I began following all the efa news about 2 years ago. But I adore every skein and have a list of patterns I would love to get to!
Yes, I used the Alexandrite birthstone fingering yarn to make a cowl. It was a joy to work with. I have 4 more birthstone colors that are my family’s birthstones that I am going to use to make a shawl. I just have not had the time to start it. Your yarns are amazing!
Not yet, but I’m working through my second EFA pattern (Frisson) right now!
I have not ordered any of your yarn yet but I always drool over it. Especially the shiny stuff! I am going now to order myself a Mothers Day gift of the joyful soul! It made me think of a vendor in Punta Cana who commented when I was shopping that I had a very joyful spirit because of the colourful items I was selecting so this seems to fit me well! I missed the live session while working but saw it on FB as soon as my work day ended. That yarn is calling to me! What lucky peeps to win it on fb and insta!
Yes! Two in progress right now–My Little Lace Scarf by Lisa Hannes in Moongleam fingering and the very beginning of a blanket in Luster Sport!
I’m in the process of making mother of Pearl with larkspur.🥰
I’ve made a hat and scarf set as well as a pair of socks. The yarn is great, I love both the bases and the colors.
I knitted a shawl out of the merino and yak sport weight yarn.
I’ve made quite a few projects with EFA yarn (I’m obsessed)! I’m actually knittine a bralette/cropped tank top in Sparkle dk “Morning Glory” right now!
Yes, I’ve made several projects using EFA yarns. My favorite bases are the Sincere Sock and Luster Sport yarns.
I haven’t used any EFA yarn yet.
I love the feel of the EFA yarn! So far, I have completed the Montastraea in Oasis fingering and I have other projects on both my hooks and needles.
Joy is all I feel when I am using any of your yarn bases. Thank you for sharing your love of fiber and color with all of us!
Working on my second Textured Laguna wrap. This one in Oxblood with beads. Absolutely love EFA yarn❣️❣️❣️
Hi Chandi. I have not made a project using your yarn. Not yet.
I have not yet been blessed to knit with your yarn, I am currently unable to afford quality yarns.
I haven’t made anything with your yarn yet, but I hope to!
It has been a few years since I’ve treated myself to some more of your lovely yarn. The last skeins I got were I think… Gargoyle and a gorgeous green shade. It’s been so long, I can’t recall the name, but they were both a dream to work with
I have been waiting for my skills to be worthy of your beautiful yarn. I think I am finally there. I just caked up some yesterday to use in my next project :). I am looking forward to it!
I have a large collection (and growing) of the EFA yarns. The yarn being used for the mystery crochet project for 2024 feels absolutely magnificent!
Sock it to me! I’m sure I’ll get into sock-making too, one of these years….
Hi Chandi, I would love to use the beautiful EFA yarns, but I’m living in The Netherlands in Europe and sending the yarns oversea is quite expensive. So I’ve never ordered EFA yarns yet, also because I’m using up my old yarns first, but when I’m done I think I surely will order EFA yarns in the future.
I’ve never made a project with this yarn before. Very pretty!
I haven’t used your yarn, but I really would love to! I’m on a fixed income so the price is a little beyond my means.
No, I have never made a project using Expression Fiber Arts yarn.
I am an Expression Fibre Arts virgin and would love to fix that! Thank you what looks like an incredible opportunity to try what look like amazing yarns!
I haven’t made a project yet but I look forward to it!
Hi! I haven’t made anything yet. I was finally able to order some. Very excited to use it
No. I have not but it would be fun to try it!
I’ve made lots of projects with your yarn! It’s so soft and lovely to work with. I buy more of your yarn than anyone elses!
I use your yarn all the time. I’m currently knitting a jumper with it. It’s lovely to work with as it’s so soft. It would be a dream come true to win this once….!
I have made a hat from the website and jus recently wore it on vacation. I definitely plan on making another. 🙂
I’ve never made a project with this yarn before. Someday, if I will be lucky enough.
I have not used EFA yarn yet But I like to look for an inspiration on your website.
I have not had the pleasure of using your yarn yet. I dream about it after seeing Crystal at Bag O Day using it ❤️
Chandi, your yarn company has soooo many beautiful yarns, patterns, and many other items. I have ordered so many times from you and have been thrilled beyond belief. Everything is just amazing. Also if I have a problem, Pam has been so very helpful. Your company is the best!!! Thank you for always being there!!!!!!!!!!🌺🌺🌺
I have only made one project with Expression Fiber Arts yarn.
I am a pretty new subscriber, but I have started a tee by Isabell Kramer with Restore Fingering! I love the texture and have another one planned (with more Restore yarn!)
I have a skein of the June birthstone yarn just begging to be made into a cowl!
EFA’s sport yarns are among my favorite yarns to knit with. I’m currently using Neptune Luster Sport as the MC for a top I’m knitting (Yellow Brick Rodeo in Ravelry). So far so good!
I am a beginner in fibre art an shave not yet used Expression Fibre Arts Yarn. Even though I am new to the fun, I know quality when I see it!
Beautiful colors that will be perfect for Fall, too! Yes, EFA yarns are wonderful for my projects which are usually shawls! I am the word’s worst at putting my projects up on Ravelry, thouugh!
I sadly have never had chance to work with expression fiber arts yarn. It always looks so soft, squishy, shiny and just plan scrumptious. I hope I get to work with it one day! All the FO always look so stunning.
I have not tried made a project using Expression Fiber Arts yarn, but I am hoping I’d win so I can try it for the first time! 🙂
I have not ever used your yarns. I hope to one day. O absolutely love your work. Thank you for everything you do. ❤️
I have some of your yarn but I gained a bunch of weight and not I don’t habe enough for the sweater I had planned lol.
It’s on the list though
Yes I have used EFA yarns for my MKAL. If it wasn’t so expensive I would use it all the time! I would love to make a shawl with it.
I’ve knit hats from your North DK ☺️ which I hope to see come back someday…
Unfortunately I have not yet used Expression Fiber Arts yarn. At this moment it is something I can’t afford. Untill then I’m keeping my fingers crossed I will win the giveaway 😉
Yes, I have made one shawl with fingering weight yarn and waiting to make the mysa shawl.
I have been making most of the KALs since they started. and I have several patterns and yarn set up when I have time to start them….so many patterns, so little time! I can’t remember all the makes, but I’m just getting ready to start Terebinthia for my nieces wedding this fall!
Currently working on Marine with Luster worsted. I might actually finish it! Sizing is on point and the sheen and softness of the yarn is amazing. It’s like I can feel the energy from Chandi and her team.
Oh yes! I’ve made so many beautiful projects with your gorgeous yarn! My favorite so far is the yak silk lace, and my soon to try is the mirage and oasis. I’ve never had a camel fiber yarn. Thank you for all that you do!!
I would be over moon just to win the “Studio” crema worsted from this giveaway 😁
Not yet but I’m saving up for some!
Unfortunately I haven’t got hold of any of your beautiful yarns yet, but I got some patterns in my mind that I would love to knit with it.
I have several skeins of EFA yarn but have not created with it yet. Trying to find the right pattern for such a beautiful and luxurious yarn. I have “collected” yarn for most of my life and find it hard to keep projects for myself. Lately, I’ve been uninspired and I would like to ignite the creativity within me again. Wish me luck 🍀
YES! At present I’m making the Adamas shawl using an Oopsy kit I got in the Mirage Sport!
I have one of your skeins of yarn which is a beautiful mysterious kind of blue. I’ve still not knitted it up because it’s a very fancy yarn and I need to make something special.
Yes! I just finished Adorn using Aplaca Silk Lace!! Now I’m addicted to your amazing yarn!!
Yes, I’ve made several projects with EFA yarns. I finished my Sweetgum cardigan a few weeks ago and absolutely love it! Now I need to save up some money to make another one at some point. I’m now back to working the Arazzo shawl with non-EFA yarn, which I took a break from to make Sweetgum, and am currently on the 2nd to last section. Once I finish Arazzo I have lots of other projects with EFA patterns and/or yarn to pick from, I’ll just need to make up my mind on which one it will be. Wishing my budget let me use EFA yarns exclusively, but it’s definitely my go to when I’m able.
Hi Chandi. Unfortunately I haven’t make a project with your yarn yet. I do have 3 skeins and looking for the perfect one for it. I don’t want to make a shawl with it but don’t have enough yardage for a top so I’ll have to purchase a little more…
Thank you and have a wonderful weekend.
I consider myself a new knitter, so I am still learning about yarn weight, structure, composition, etc.. I also have a wool sensitivity & have slowly been purchasing wool blends & other alternatives, alpaca, cashmere, etc, to try. I look frequently at your website, but haven’t yet taken the plunge.
I haven’t used your yarn yet but I have looked MANY times! It looks so exquisite but I don’t have the money for it yet. Here’s hoping for a giveaway 😊🤞
Yes I am in the process of making the Laguna Wrap with your Aplaca and Mulberry Silk DK yarn. I made a mistake and had to frog quite a bit of it. Now I’m trying to figure out what row I’m on. My teacher will help me, thankfully. I also just cast on to make the shrug by Candy Key! I forget off the top of my head the name of the yarn but I’m using the EFA yarn that the pattern calls for. Beautiful yarn!
Hi!
This is the first time ever that I visit your website and I really love your stunning yarn and your yarn colors!!
So, my answer at the question is: No, I have never worked with your yarns before, but I would love to try them out and maybe use them in a new design.
Thanks a lot for this opportunity to win.
Have a great day and enjoy the little things in life.
I haven’t used any yarn from EFA yet, but it’s absolutely gorgeous! Maybe I’ll get the chance to use some soon! I do have a special project in mind…
Yes! I really like your yarn! I am working on a shawl with your oasis camel silk yarn. It’s so soft! and I have also used your resilient sock yarn for a pair of socks. They are very cushy 🙂
I am currently making two projects with your yarn…Golden Hour shawl and Brilliance. I am a little slow and have been working on a few other projects also. I just love your yarn and your generosity with patterns. Your fb and instagram messages give me the courage to try new things. Thank you.
I have lost count of how many items I’ve made using EFA yarn. Currently working on Anuket. Love your yarns, and your business!
If I had all the money, I would make all the things. Well, actually I’d share all the money with everyone, then we’d all have what we need to not only live, but live well. I have made, let’s see…seven or eight items so far with EFA yarn, mostly fingering weight.
I have not used any of the beautiful yarn, but I am getting ready to order for a beautiful Shawl.
I have not yet made a project using Expression Fiber Arts yarn, but it looks stunning.
I’ve never made anything with your yarn but would love to!
I love the free patterns that you offer and have bought yarn for many of these projects. I’ve made a couple of shawls, a few of your spring tops, and have several more projects lined up. I love the colors and feel of your yarn!
I haven’t yet made a project using Expression Fiber Arts yarn.
Hi Chandi!! Sadly, I have not yet created anything with your yarn. I just can’t afford it. But I tune in to your life facebook posts, hoard patterns on free Fridays, and love your crochet tutorials. I crochet, and once upon a time I knew how to knit but have forgotten. I’ll get back to it someday! Love your patterns, and love learning about the different kinda of yarn out there. Thanks for creating such a happy and fun space and for all the free content. It really helps people like me 💕
This month giveaway yarns are beautiful. I haven’t use EFA yarn before but sometimes in the future I will.
Thank you for being an amazing inspiration to creating all things beautiful! I would love to try knitting one of your shawls. So happy to share in the excitement of yarn and endless creativity of projects!
I love your yarns, and your patterns, but I really love getting your uplifting and inspiring email newsletters. So many times your lovely words cheered me up! You spread loving SS with everyth8ng you do. Thank you!
I am making the Mother of Pearl shawl and absolutely love the pearlescent yarn! It is so easy to use and knits up so beautifully. After that, I will be making
the Textured Laguna wrap and of course using EFA recommended yarn. Before the summer ends, I will start two cowls-both EFA yarn and EFA patterns.
So excited for theses projects!
While I have a few orders of yarn from Expression Fiber Arts, I haven’t yet turned any of them into a finished project. My hope this year is to make the Succulent Garden shawl from your selection of patterns!
Since I discovered EFA, most of my projects have been EFA yarn and patterns! The exceptions are things I make for my 4 year old and my husband because they both prefer or need less precious yarn 😂
Your bases are amazing, your colors divine! I just got the Typewriter colorway of your Luster Sport to combine with your Fiery Hues set to knit my first Stephen West shawl! So excited!! And I want to start k. the Papilio shawl with the Dried Herbs set.
Not yet. I have 4+ allergies to wool and break out in hives. I have wanted to try the yarn without wool but not sure how I will react. If I ever win the give away I have many people that would like to try this yarn the would be delighted to be gifted the yarns that include wool.
Happy May! I have made many projects using EFA yarn! It’s hard to use anything else — it’s all so soft and wonderful to work with. I crochet, in part, as a pain management strategy for a chronic illness, and using soft, silky EFA yarn adds a soothing element to it. It’s my go to when I need that extra kick of comfort.
Hi Chandi, I love this colors ❤ thank you for creating these beautiful colors that bring joy to the soul , I want to win the contest to make shawls for my coworkers.
Thanks.
I have not tried these yarns yet, the blends sound amazing. I also just got the Aravis pattern and cannot wait to try out some lace work!
Hi Chandi! I am just getting into knitting but just bought 10 skeins of the buttery worsted yarn and the how to knit a sweater tutorial! My dad’s grandmother use to knit him a sweater every year when he was small and is one of his favorite childhood memories. He hasn’t had a sweater made for him since. I want to knit him one for Christmas this year. <3
Hello Beautiful People! Hi Chandi. Your greetings need to be turned into daily affirmations or morning wake up calls. They make me feel so good. Yes, I have used your yarn before to make a scarf pattern called Champagne Cowl. It is in my projects on Ravelry kbjane08. Then, my daughter loved it so much, she picked back up on knitting/crochet, and now we enjoy sharing what projects we are working on. Currently I am making a granny square cardigan. It seems I always switch to crochet in the summer. I will say, one of the hardest things to find is DK weight in bright 80’s colors – solids, variegated and glitter. Have a beautiful day!
I have made two of the Red Rose shawl’s, in the worsted Pearlesents and two of the Azorella cardigans. I’m working on Papililo right now, usning the boda hues yarn kit. I adore your yarns and all the colors in this giveaway are just beautiful. I’ve also made a small shrug with your chunky yarns, and my daughter stole that from me.
What a beautiful selection! This would make a great opportunity to try out different yarn weights! I have made a couple of items with EFA yarn. I recently finished the Anuket shawl which is a lovely EFA pattern and am now working on Panopeia with Oasis fingering which is a gorgeous yarn! 🧶
Not yet, but I am going to. I have a gorgeous Expression Fiber Arts skein and looking for a good project for it!
Hello, Chandi! Unfortunately I haven’t have a chance to work with your amazing yarn. I’ve seen projects made from EFA yarn and they look absolutely gorgeous.
I made my dear hubby a hooded pullover (montrealer) and my then baby a onesie that still fits him as a toddler! Love your yarn and it definitely holds up through a crazy toddler. We call it his blues haha. My husband gets so many compliments on his sweater! Also made myself a bralette 😁😁
I have not knit anything with your yarn- I think I’ve only bought it for gifts before, but I’d love to try it myself someday lol!
New to your page and everything is so lovely! 😍 I’m going to take some time to look around at all the pretty things!
I have not had the opportunity to use your beautiful yarn.
