The project I am currently working on is a baby sweater for my friend’s daughter’s baptism
I just finished your crossover vest. Going to knit it again in some EFA yarn I got from you a while back. Love the pattern and it fits perfectly!!
I am working on an Ixchel sweater so I can wear it to Rhinebeck in October
I am currently working on a pair of socks. I have just the toe to finish and then the pair will be done!
I just completed the beautiful Arazzo shawl pattern, surprising my mum with it tomorrow for her birthday!
I can’t see where to add my own comments so I’ll just add it here as some others have also done. I just finished a wrap and now thinking about what my next project will be.
I am on holiday in Germany. And, of course, I never leave without several projects.
Every free moment I use to knit or to crochet.
I just finished knitting a baby cardigan for my neighbour’s daughter.
I am now working on a sweater with short sleeves for myself. Also a knitting project.
I am curious how that will turn out.
And I have a shawl with me, a crochet project for in the car.
Always doing something 😃😀
I can’t see a place either so hope you don’t mind. Last October I spiral fractured my humerus and am still dealing with some nerve damage. At Christmas I couldn’t even make my hand hold the hook. Since May, I have made 8 shawls, a shrug, a baby blanket, and am working on another baby blanket and a poncho. It is such a great dexterity exercise.
Curently working on a summer top in green and bleu. Also a long sleeve sweater for this fall
I’m working on a baby blanket for my husband’s sister who is due with her first baby in September.
I am currently working on a granny square bag , a granny square top , with granny square earrings for my YouTube channel.
These yarns are so beautiful that my heart skipped a beat. 😍
I’m working on my 4th Panopeia now and loving every stitch of it!
Also congrats to July winner – Jana Petru. I’m a little bit jealous, but in a good way.
I’m working on an Allison cardigan for my mom (by Hannah Fettig, found on ravelry). I’ve knitted this pattern twice before, and it’s a good one.
I am currently working on several projects – Sunset diamonds (last few rows, yea!), a test project for Janica (almost done also), a hat for donation, and just about to start a baby blanket for my best friend’s daughter who is due in September. Oh, can’t forget the MCAL too! Your yarn is so beautiful and I love it!
Iam working on dish clothes and baby blanket and Shetland scarf
I am making an angel pinafore dress, booties and hat for a new baby in the family. My uncle’s grandbaby!
Currently I’m crocheting a bouquet of flowers
Hi Jiya! I also want to crochet a bouquet of flower for my upcoming graduation. Kindly recommend videos to watch for this please.
Thank you.
Love, love, love your yarns! Enjoy the Live on Tuesday broadcasts! Just finished the Panopeia Sweater in Time for Tranquility Oasis fingering for my daughter and she loves it. It’s a great pattern and worked up so lovely. WIP of Proserpina in Au Lait Oasis fingering for my sister-in-law. Also several WIP hats for chemo patients using the Hug Your Head hat pattern. Did I say I’m in love with Expression Fiber Arts? Thanks to you, Chandi & Tim and all the staff.
Currently not knitting as all my energy and time is being spent chasing 2 active children around as I childminding them through the summer holidays. 😁 But would love to spend my Autumn knitting with theses yarns remembering the lovely colours of summer.
I’ve had a stubborn infection in my finger for several weeks now, and can’t work on anything. I have a fingering weight sweater waiting for the three needle shoulder bindoffs, which is just too fiddly for my finger right now; and another project in raffia yarn, which is just too stiff. I’ve tried tried casting another sweater in a soft, bulky yarn, hoping larger needles would be more comfy, but, so far I just can’t do it. So, for now, I just sit around petting my yarn and dreaming of all the future mischief we’ll get into together.
Wow! Another beautiful collection of yarns!
I’ve got several projects going right now! I’m working on the MKAL and I’ve got 3 pairs of socks on needles! I’ve been on a sock knitting kick lately! I love how quick they work up and they are a very portable project!
I also have a crochet temperature blanket that I’ve been working on but it’s been a “back burner” project because it’s getting pretty big and it’s been pretty hot here in Central Illinois!
Good attitude Andrew! Hope your finger heals soon. Send it love every change you get. (It really helps.) I can relate, I have a bad cut on my dominate index finger. No knitting for a while. It doesn’t hurt but the bandage may be an issue……….
I am currently working on crochet summer hat.
DD asked for a crochet crop top sort of thing, so that’s what is currently on my hook.
Happy August! I have been working on a sweater with yarn that I spun myself, so it is kind of exciting for me. I hope everyone has an amazing month! 😊
Those shades of red and purple are absolutely beautiful <3
I am currently knitting several socks. My first pair are the candy cane socks by Kay Litton and when I am not knitting those I am test knitting a new pattern from Amanda Stephens. Its called Watering the Trees and is just absolutely stunning.
I am working on several projects at the moment. The yearlong mkal and mcal, and the summer mkal and mcal. So far I am really enjoying working on all of these beautiful projects.
At the moment just socks for my mother. Have a few other projects on rest as I finish these.
An amazing collection, beautiful colours, I’m currently working on a knitting blouse for this hot summer ☺️
I’m making a baja hoodie inspired sweater using scrap yarn. It’s colorful and oversized and I already love it.
I am working on a winter beret and a small throw in chunky yarn and about to start a “Peacock Feather” scarf from Arne&Carlos! Seeing the beautiful yarns and colors in the September prize, I’m thinking I need to learn how to make socks!
Thanks for the fabulous giveaway – I hope I win! 🙂
What am I working on? A granny square summer dress made out of cotton bamboo yarn. I may not get to wear it this summer but definitely next season. I’m blocking my squares now and then have to sew them together. I’m also working on 2 blankets to be given for Christmas. One is a fair isle style, that I’m learning to do. Thanks for the giveaway Chandi!
So I’m the kind of person that has like four projects going at once (I get excited when I find a new pattern and want to start it immediately). So currently, I am crocheting two shawls (one triangle, one rectangle), and I’m knitting one shawl (using an EFA pattern) and two scarves.
I have several projects on the works…. Baby blankets (for gifting and for donations), and two cowls.
Crocheting a mushroom ami and some hot pads.
Currently I am working on granny squares tote made out of cream cotton. I ve recently bought a pack of yarn and a new crochet hook set … Have a nice summer.
I say it every time, but every time it has the same effect on me: I’m amazed by the splendour of the colors in your yarn. their intensity is breathtaking! At the moment, I’m finishing a mohair blanket with an easy but very pretty lace stitch. It will keep me warm when I telecommute this winter. 😀 And my next project will be your beautiful Faie pattern as soon as I receive the yarn (little letter carrier, hurry up and cross the Atlantic to my house !! <3 🙂 ).
A sweater to give away to whomever it fits, and a double-knitted potholder; both fun, but I’m ready to start another project. 🙂
I am currently working on the Fungus Cardigan by Refined Knitwear. I’m hoping to get it done before it gets cold and since I live in Texas I have till January to finish it 😂.
I’m working through my Christmas list. Sweaters, blankets, scarves & hats.
I have a couple of projects but mainly working on my first sweater!
I currently working on three baby blankets!
I’m currently working on finishing a grandmother’s flower garden quilt top that I set aside late last summer to work on a project for my friend. I also have three skeins of yarn ready to make the Adamas shawl.
My current project is a lacey type dress that I have no pattern for and am making up as I go!
Working on Curtsy with Sugar Fluff!
Currently I’m working on the World Tour wrap in color Soulful. It’s a treat to work with that yarn color. Also trying to learn crocheting – which I’ve never done before – because my next planned project will be Cricumfractal. So excited! 🙂
Have tendonitis in both wrists so unfortunately nothing on the hook at the moment.
Love the colours in this months giveaway!
Thank you Chandi 🦋
I’m crocheting a tote bag while I’m patiently waiting for my order of twisted tweed Cloudscape Hues to crochet Circumfractal. Such a beautiful pattern and yarn. Special thanks to you, your hubby and your staff for providing such beautiful yarn and patterns.
I’m working on a cable and lace cardigan, as well as a granny square blanket!
I love the purples and blues! I’m finishing up a test knit scarf and a cardigan, with several WIPs waiting in the wings…
I’m making a blanket for my baby girl due in October, with your Artistic sport yarn. I’ve never worked with such beautiful yarn in my lie!!!
I’m working on Clue #7 in the yearlong MCAL that’s being hosted on Ravelry, and I’m making (slow) progress on Tubucake! I’m working my way through some Math for Crocheters courses to better understand how to substitute yarns and adjust patterns, and also working on writing up lesson plans to teach crochet basics at a local skillshare!
Currently working on Crossaster, such a beautiful pattern and I love working with the Alpaca Silk Lace.
Hi Chandi,
I am still working on my baby temperature blanket, it’s growing steadily and looking oh so cute in pastel rainbow colours!
Just finished socks and debating the next pair.
Beautiful Chandi,
Thank you so much for your generosity. I have just completed ENTANGLE just now thanks to you and your lifelines and your videos along with your encouragement. Once you told me what a lifeline was, I used 4 of them throughout my work and never looked back. I learned from that how to recognize the stitches I was doing, and I learned continental stitching and can knit faster. I worked it and it just came naturally. You are a gentle soul and I look forward to seeing what is new each week.
Thank you thank you thank you!
Ever Grateful,
Della (yes, I bought Della too)

I am currently working on a blanket. There are so many things I want to make, but feel like there’s not a lot of time in the day.
I have so many things going right now it isn’t funny, and yet, I am still starting more, lol. I have 2 crocheted baby blankets on hook, 2 shawls, 1 full sized blanket I am testing, 1 twin size blanket I am finishing up, and a bag I am making for a raffle donation…. and then I am starting another test for a knit stitch marker holder, a test for a table runner, a test for a crocheted baby blanket, lol, AND I want to cast-on my first pair of socks, soooooo yeah… not that many things going on??? Any good ideas of patterns??? lmbo Have a Wonderful month and wish me luck, it’s my birthday this month and that yarn is just gorgeous, I have been having a harsh couple of weeks and that would really make my Birthday!! lol But really, Good Luck to Everyone!
I am currently in between projects. I finished a sweater i have been working on for a year and a half (on an off) just two days ago. I am currently chosing my next project and it’s soooo difficult to choose the next one 🙂
I’m working on my summer tee and a couple of shawls – in parallel, which I know is sub-optimal, but sometimes I need some variety. All of them are knitting projects.
I’m currently knitting a pair of socks. I have one done and have barely started the second one.
I love this color palette! Right now I’m primarily working on the Sunset Diamonds CAL and also the 2023 yearlong MCAL which I am enjoying immensely 🤓
I have several WIPs, but I’m currently working on a crocheted “scrapghan” – a blanket made from 12in swatches of different stitches. It’s so relaxing!
I’m currently working on two baby blankets as I have friends due within a couple of weeks of each other…and asxa palate cleanser frommacres of white, I’m making a lace back Pioni sweater in coral just for ne!

Thank you
Along with crocheting, I am a quilter. I have several projects in the works. I am crocheting a shawl for my sister, and I have 2 quilt tops up on the design wall. This week I made quilted Halloween totes for my grandchildren. I love to create beautiful things.
I love your yarns sooo much, and your tutorials are perfect! Thank you over and over for them.
Love these 😍
Such pretty colours! I’ve just finished Sunset Diamonds yesterday 💎, and I’m working on a little dinosaur amigurumi test pattern.

I’m knitting fingerless gloves for one of my kiddos
Thank you for the opportunity to win!
Lots of WIPs but testing a new pattern and might need some new yarn if the pattern works up right. Wonder where I will buy the yarn? haha I kid. Thank you for all of the delightful choices. Take care.
I just finished the knitting on a baby sweater for a friends first Great Granddaughter. As soon as I put the buttons on it I will begin a baby Afghan for my second Great Grandchild that is due to arrive just after Christmas!
I am working on a baby blanket and a carry all bag!!!!!
Still working on the embers shawl.
It’s summer, so I haven’t been knitting much (too much going on outside in the long hours of sunlight here). Gorgeous yarns, and it would be fun to win for my birthday month!
Okay, I keep few work-in-progress bags here and there at any one time. Sunset Diamonds is in the “commute” bag. Multivalence is getting bulkier so it’s now in the “home” bag. There’s also a blanket in the “office” bag which I’m rushing to complete as it is a birthday gift for my aunt.
Hi I’m currently knitting an Elton Cardigan in neon pink 4ply and soft pink mohair.
I’m working on things for Random Acts of Crochet Kindness.
Absolutely beautiful!!
I’m knitting my first ever top – a halter tank for the hot summer weather here in Madrid, Spain!
I’m making my first real wearable – a cardigan – for our trip to Yellowstone.
I’m currently working on Arden scarf with beads. It’s so fun to knit!
Those yarns are so beautiful and colourful. At the moment i am working on quite a few projects. I am doing the world tour in amal fingering and meringue lace for my daughters birthday. I am also doing the arazzo shawl using luster sport and the little owls hues kit. Such a lovely mosiac pattern. I am also doing the proserpina in artistic sport, my first top down done on circular needles. Also i am doing the MKAL and have just finished the sunset diamonds shawl and the alpenglow one. Which i enjoyed both. I am also crochet a blanket which my dad requested called down by the sea. In which each section represents a band stand, ice creams, beach, waves, deckchairs, lifeguard flags and a pier. So keeping me busy.
I’m working on a zickzack scarf.
Currently I am crocheting an ombre blanket for my 4-year-old son, Rutka shawl (deeigned by Kaleo), and a cardigan Franek by Farbenka on an ongoing CAL. So much on progress, and plans for Christmas sweaters for my entire family 🙂
Currently I am working on your designs; Giselle , Daisy, Acalypha 🥰 and would love to win all the lovely yarns!
I’m working on the smaller size Lily which will be a Christmas present for my daughter. Pattern so easy to follow and looks amazing already. Can’t wait to finish it.
I’m currently working on a colour work sweater and a colour work cardigan. Such a beautiful selection of yarns yet again!😍🧶
Working on a zip crochet sweatshirt, and an unrelated knit tank top. Trying really hard not to cast on another project that’s tickling my brain! These yarns are stunning, and give me soooo many ideas!
Too many projects (my preference for WIPs is 1)… A sweater that seems to never finish, a few CAL and KAL
I just finished a fisherman’s rib cardigan. Getting ready to knit some mittens before I dive into another sweater!
I’m currently making a scrap blanket from yarn my grandmother gave to me. I’m hoping to give her the blanket for her birthday next year
wooooow
I’m working on the Secret Garden Top by Nomad Stitches.
Currently working on Embrassier using warm, spicy hues. These yarns are scrumptious! All the best to everyone entered!
I’m currently working on the crochet Montastraea top. It’s coming along nicely!
Gorgeous yarns Chandi! I’m working on a baby blanket for a little sweetie! ♥️
I’m working on Multivalence (behind by 2 clues, but trying to get there). I’m also working on a Tunisian shared, and one other pattern, alternating time between them.
After I complete my move, I am allowing myself to pick up my yarn again! Let’s get moving!! I want to make something for my new home. I am leaning toward a cool throw for the living space! I’m excited to start up again!!
Currently planning to make Querencia for my brother, but am working on a quick scarf with some Mad.Tosh yarn from about 7 years ago.
I am currently making two gorgeous blankets: the MCAL Multivalence blanket and a throw blanket based on your Unending Love baby blanket. Your yarns are absolutely beautiful! Thank you. 💕
Whoever would have thought that after an extreme reduction in income after a divorce, I would fall back of the skills my grandmother taught me(almost 70 years ago) and begin selling my hand-knits. I’m working through my stash, but I long for something new and pretty to work with. I drool over your weekly patterns and the pictures of your beautiful yarns. Thanks for the opportunity to win such a beautiful selection!
thank you for the opportunity to win this month as always. What is on my needles? I am planning on starting a shawl (just finished one and it’s blocking upstairs haha) but always ALWAYS on my needles – socks – right now two pairs. I love the portability and since I knit them at the same time, gifts roll of my needles!
Hello,
I’m currently working on a baby sweater—but I just purchased my first two skeins of yarn from you (Dewy DK, for a pair of socks) and I can’t wait to knit with this absolutely gorgeous yarn! I don’t think I have ever been so happy with a yarn purchase in my whole life. You have many gifts and I truly love the beautiful yarn you create.
Finishing up my Maple Leaf Shawl, which is looking great in Mystical Forest! Have a pair of Circle Socks I am 3/4 of the way through. Must finish them before I start my Lovestruck sweater. Very excited to start the sweater, socks might have to wait.
I’m currently working on:
knitting a brioche beanie (to learn brioche, definitely won’t be good enough to gift!), a sweater for my cousin’s greyhound/whippety style dog (he gets cold on winter walks), fun slipper socks for same cousin and her husband who’ve immigrated and aren’t quite used to our cold weather;
crocheting tote bags so I can learn/practise before I make really cute slippers for various nephews, nieces, god children and my brother in time for Christmas. It’s… not going as well as the knitting 😂😅
If I can managed to whittle down my list I’ll be adding some convertible mittens to the list too!
At the moment my hands are are still, just waiting for the next project. Your yarns are so lovely, this winter when I visit my daughter will be when I pick up my next batch of yarn.
Your yarns are nothing short of incredible!! I’m currently working on several projects. A baby blanket, a SpiderMan “graphghan”, an heirloom afghan, and I’m teaching my niece crochet, so we’re doing a bunch of fun little projects to get her skills up. 🧶🥰
I am about to start a Malay (after I do flu 8 of Multivalence). Such beautiful yarn – wish you had a distributor in South Africa.
The colors are so pretty. I’m working on a hat to donate right now.
I’m working on a crochet shawl, three crochet mandalas, a knitted hat, and knitted knockers for https://www.knittedknockers.org/.
I’m currently working on the MCAL and MKAL from you all. It’s been so much fun!
I’m making a hybrid crochet/knit top!
Just finished a lovely shawl with your cotton/,silk fingering yarn, and everyone in my Fiber Arts group is green with envy. So soft! Can’t wait to start my next one!
I am currently making two pairs of socks, but they are going slowly. I am about to start crocheting a blanket, which will probably go faster.
I’m currently working on a summer sweater using my Moonglow Fingering Mystery Pack….it is lovely! Thank you Chandi!
I am halfway finished with a “Duga”, for myself! I also have a small mitts project WIP, for when I need to take along a smaller, more portable project.
So beautiful!
I currently have a bunch of projects I’m working between… three sweaters still in the needles, one with buttery sport, one with vellum fingering, one with yarn I got from Scotland. A cardigan with twisted tweed as well. A colorwork sweater with mirage sport that I still need to block, and almost done with the plongée shawl!
I am working on three different Mcal’s – one is a granny square mcal, the the expression fiber arts mcal and another bigger granny square mcal. Loving how the mcals are turning into
Currently, I am gathering the courage to disassemble the right arm of this lovely sweater I recently “finished”. I actually was measuring it often to make sure one sleeve and the other were matching. However, when I got it done I noticed some of the loops around where the sleeve attaches to the shoulder were sticking up and had not been sewn in nicely like the left side. That has never happened to me, as I have been a knitter since my first project in 1964 August, when I had been yearning for a mohair sweater like the ones the cool girls wore to school. I was entering 9th grade in the city we had recently moved to. Longstoryshort, I and my mother made my sweaters every year after that (she taught me how to knit) and I made all my sweaters for college. I made sweaters (actually the whole layette set) for my babies and for friends’ babies, I made our first four kids’ sweaters for school, and I years later taught a knitting class at the senior center to elderly ladies for a few years. I am just sick about how this sweater turned out. I had made two sweaters from the booklet this pattern is in years ago for my mom and my husband’s mom with no problems. The color is a beautiful bluish purple, good angora yarn that seems to shed in a weird way I have never seen. As it is, I will never make another sweater doing one sleeve at a time again. Your yarn and patterns are beautiful. This drawing for the immense amount of beautiful yarn is a wonderful dream come true for whoever wins.
I am currently working on 2 Stephen West’s pattern. They are the AmsterBam Shawl and the Contrast Blast Socks.
I am halfway finished with a “Duga” shawl for myself! I also have a small mitts project on needles for when I need a more portable project to take along while I am out and about.
What gorgeous yarn – I’m looking forward to possibly winning some! I’m still working on a mosaic crochet blanket for my grandson (single-bed size, so it’s going to take me a while). Also embroidering a set of panels for a wall hanging and really enjoying the work.
Currently working on SUMMER LOVE WRAP.
Hoping to finish it by end of month (slow going).
It will be a wedding gift for DIL to be. She met and fell in love with my son during their college summer internship.
The wedding is at the end of the summer.
I hope it’s done on time. It’s her something blue
What a beautiful collection! 😍
I am currently working on a vest, 2 shawls, and a head bandana. Loving my projects!! 🥰🥰
I am working on a shawl, a pair of socks, a hat, and a dishcloth. I like to work on a variety of projects.
I’m currently working on a crocheted skull shawl.
Currently I’m working on this MCAL, Lily, Tubucake and on the last row (but having count issues) of Sunset Diamonds. Lily is nearly done, and if I can figure out the count issue on SD, I’ll be done with that this week. Tubucake is a “take-along” project for when I find a few extra moments to whip up a hexagon here or there when out and about. Lily only has about 24 more rows to go as well.
Absolutely beautiful giveaway!! I’m working on a Callad Shirt using Restore yarn. It’s the perfect yarn for this look!
I am currently working on the sleeve caps to the most complicated cables sweater I have ever made. I am excited to wear it, but also excited to finally finish it and cast on something new! Thank you for the opportunity, your yarns are absolutely stunning.
I am currently working on the sleeve caps to the most complicated cabled sweater I have ever made. I am excited to wear it, but also excited to finally finish it and cast on something new! Thank you for the opportunity, your yarns are absolutely stunning.
I am working on the Cirrus top and was almost finished with the back panel when I noticed that around row 8 I had accidentally decreased so I had to frog over 12 inches! But I’ve started again, from row 7, and this time I’m checking my edges regularly. It’s worth it!
I have a lot of projects currently in progress! LOL. I have the EFA MCAL and MKAL, a pair of socks, scrappy granny squares for a blanket, and a knitted prayer shawl. I can’t do the same thing for too long, so I switch back and forth.
What beauties you have chosen, as always! I am working on a few things… A new sock design, at least 4 other pair of socks, a cowl, a scarf, and the yarn for a vest is looking at me funny so that will be added to the list soon.
Currently , I am knitting a blanket for my granddaughter. I’m such a fan of your yarns and the picture of the August yarns made me gasp and smile.
The yarns you carry so beautiful. The colors dance in front of our eyes. Thank you for the lovely yarns, they are so much fun to create .
Working on an alpaca scarf currently. Love the colors in this giveaway! Versatile for so many projects!
Working on an oversized sweater!
Love those yummy colors!
I am making a lavender lacy winter sweater for my great niece. I just finished making one in white with subtle splashes of color for her sister.
I’ve just finished the Sunset Diamonds Shawl and am now looking through some patterns for my Alpaca Silk DK yarn.
Beautiful again as usual. Congrats to the previous winner! I’m currently working on several wips because I can’t just work on 1 thing at a time lol. I have the EFA MCAL going, the Belladonna top, a bavarian stitch blanket started with some of your twisted tweed, luster sport, and butterfly sport, another top, a cardigan, a star stitch blanket, and a sweater for my hubby. The cardigan, sweater and star stitch blanket are on hold cuz its summer and I have no motivation to work on winter items lol. The Bavarian stitch blanket is lighter and its turning out beautifully! I have to say, EFA has become one of my top favorites as a yarn dyer/supplier. Its really hard to resist ordering from you!!
LOVE! I have so many projects, but I’m always pleased to have more yarn in my stash, especially EFA fiber! Thanks, Chandi
I’m currently making a baby blanket for a coworker.
Currently, I’m just finishing up a knitted throw for a male family friend who has Leukemia. I’m also working on a baby blanket for my 3rd Great-Grandchild. Then on to the handmade starts for Christmas. whew!
Thank you, Chandi, for the chance at winning your beautiful hand-dyed yarn. The colors are heavenly!!
I love the feel of your yarns and all those yummy colors. At this time I am working on a comfy shawl for winter and at the same time looking at another crochet project to start.
I love your yarns! I am working on 8 different projects… I know… I have one for the bus and metro, one for in front of the tv, one that needs my full attention, another I just had to cast on! And the others all have their stories. I will finish all of them but sometimes I cast on one more when I fall in love with a project I happened to see on social media. It’s a real addiction! Thanks for the Giveaways!
I’m working on a shawl. I would love to make a shawl with one of your yarn! They are beautiful~
Beautiful assortment!
Thank you for such amazing yarn, & a wonderful opportunity ❤️
I absolutely love your yarn blends! 😃
I’m currently working (not working) on a blanket. It’s stranded colourwork and the mind is too busy to focus on it right now, so the project is rather languishing sadly.
I’m just at the tail end of a knitted skirt, but it’s out of worsted weight and it’s been too hot out to finish it right now. Thankfully I also have a cardigan/sweater with drop stitches in fingering weight to keep me occupied until it cools off enough to finish my skirt.
I’m working on two – one shawl with beads with very springy colors, and one pair of socks with very autumnal colors.
The shawl will probably be a present for a friend (if she likes it), the socks are for me.
Good morning! Two blankets (one knit and one crochet) for grand-niece and grand-nephew. I wasn’t able to join the summer CAL but am planning to prep the yarn this weekend to start after I watch Chandi’s video. The colors of the EFA yarn for Sunset Diamonds are gorgeous and I’m looking forward to starting.
I am currently finishing a silk-merino crochet top and contemplating if the next project should be another, different one or an autumn cardigan…. weather changes rapidly here in the balearic islands….
My goal is to wear only handmade clothing (apart from underwear and socks of course). 🙂
Since 2020 my self made clothing count has gone up quite a bit…
I am currently practicing my knitting on Gradient Sea in Amal fingering in 3 shades of purple. I’m getting in lots of good practice & can see my tension improving immensely!!
Two projects going…a poncho in EFA’s Artistic Sport (love this yarn!) And the Andante shawl in EFA’s Signature Fingering (luscious!)… using 2 colors rather than four as shown in the pattern. Both projects are turning out really well….can’t lose with EFA yarns!
Hi Chandi, I’m currently working on a super crop spiders web pullover for my sister, a pair of lace socks for my sister in law and a babyblanket for my niece. I also wanna start a cardigan for myself but not sure yet what I want it to look like. Love, Anja

I am doing a temperature blanket this year (one row a day, with the color chosen based on the previous day’s high temperature), changing stitch patterns each month (which means I do swatches each month to make sure the gauge of whatever pattern I use next does not vary too much from the set gauge. I also just finished a large cowl. I am debating between starting on a project for myself next, or one for my oldest daughter.

Currently working on the MCAL and the Date Night Wrap. I’m so spoiled by EFA yarns now… I was at Michaels the other day and my hand brushed some Red Heart yarn and I jerked it back… sooo scratchy and coarse. Didn’t feel natural or inspiring at all! Thank you Chandi for all that you do to make beautiful yarns and provide lots of fun patterns. My “covid skill” is now a life long passion.

In the mean time I’ve so enjoyed all your newsletters and so loved all your words of encouragement. I love all things ” expression fiber arts “. Your yarns are to dye for, I love many of your patterns and really I can’t think of anything right now that I don’t like. Thank you so very much from all of us that are involved with your brand.

Was trying to take a few stitches out since I realised I’d started knitting the pattern row on the wrong side, and pulled out a mess of stitches. Oopsie. Taking it by the yarn store to have it fixed this week. In the meantime, in allllll the times I’ve had to take it in to have it fixed, I just finished my Andy shawl (Laura Dobratz) and started the Slip Slidin’ Away one by Melissa Kemmerer. I am making a shawl… hopefully will finish in time for fall!
I’m working on a shawl, I guess you could say a prayer shawl, for a friend who is going through A LOT right now. The shawl is a bit different looking than a standard shawl as it uses short rows and will be sewn together. The overall effect is butterfly wings. I picked the pattern for its symbolism. My friend is taking flight from her current situation AND she is going through a metamorphosis much like a butterfly does at this time of year. I should be gifting it to her next week and am so excited for her to receive it. She has no idea but I am hoping it cheers her upon receiving and wearing. The yarn I chose is also bright, colourful and sparkly.
I am currently knitting a feather and fan blanket using up lots of little bits of stash yarn, and crocheting a blanket in a log cabin design (you start in the center with a block and continue adding blocks around the edges-much like a quilt. )
These colors look like summer slowly fading into fall…so beautiful! I’m working on several things, getting ready for a craft show I have at the end of the month. Enjoying making some fun spooky amigurumi!
Hi Chandi. Still working on my knit cowl and crochet scarf, lol. We’ve had a very rough year with illness and loss so my time has been limited. Beautiful yarn as always! Good luck everyone!

Well, at the moment I’m working on a little bag for the grandie to stash her treasures in when out and about.
2moro I’ll be starting a wee romper for my soon to be grandson for what will be his first xmas.
As soon as that’s finished, I’ll be trying to zoom through a baby blanket for the other soon to be grandie. then it will be zoom through a romper set for this one’s first xmas as well and then a pair of ‘sandals’ each for xmas and that should round out their first xmas nicely.
I can see I’m going to save the last half of every year purely for making grandie prezzies. 😅😅😅
Gorgeous colors! I’m focusing on WIPs – a sweater for me, for my son and a cardy for me. Also some socks and hats.

What am I not working on is the real question!😆 I’m working on getting my long-term WIPs off the needles. I’m about to bind off a wrap that I started making for my sister to wear on my wedding day, 10 years ago. 😆 I took on too much, I made *everything* and ran out of time. I almost didn’t get my own wrap finished. 😆 I thought it would be funny to give it to her on my anniversary. She’s probably forgotten all about it. 😆
Please pick me, I totally dig these colors. ☺️
