Hi, I'm Chandi! I'm a self-professed lover of all things yarn. I'm an avid knitter, crocheter, wool dyer, fleece and roving spinner and occasional felter! I offer beautiful, inspiring, hand-painted
yarns and deliver the best of all yarn-related tutorials I can on my
blog.
I’d call it Summer Fades and it would have the colors of dusk, mainly grayish purples and blues but a streak of brilliant gold and that reddish pink from a summer sunset, but only a small bit of it.
Hi Chandi. I think I see an eggplant 🍆 color way in this giveaway. Am I dreaming?
If it is will you please tell me what the color name is so I can find it on your site? Thank you!
I would call September “time to remember”. As end of summer and beginning of fall is a time to reflect on the bright time of the first half of the year and now taking time to be grateful for all our many blessings, and to see the blessings even in the hard and lean times.
With colors of fall fruits and veggies like crisp red and green apples, the inside of a butternut squash and zucchini green, yellow (summer) squash, pumpkins in all their varieties and colors, grapes, all kinds of tree barks, and the gentle changing color of the beautiful leaves of fall. Including the bushes and amazing flowers… Like dinner plate hibiscus and dahlias. Simply gorgeous! End of summer and beginning of fall is a magical time and color ways would reflect beautifully this time of year when the air is a bit cooler and more crisp. Signaling the joyous seasons to come with all it’s anticipation. Intensified colors whether a light, medium, or dark shade.
PS; can’t wait to order a stunning eggplant yarn please. I’ve been dreaming up and sketching a cardigan for the season.
Sending warmest pumpkin wishes.
