If I could by one more skein of you, it would be royal blue and DK weight.
Hi ya, I have not tried yak so the yak / silk blend in blues green with a touch of pink ..
Thank you
If I could buy ONE more skein of yarn it would a worsted weight alpaca blend in a deep purple
I have a dk weight alexandrite from you that i would need just one more to make a top!
Ooo!! My colors! Where to start? Thank you for all the fun you offer us Chandi. You are a bright spot in my day!
This has to be the hardest question ever. To just pick one skein of yummy yarn. I love all the colors. But I am drawn more to the fall colors. As for the blend well I haven’t tried them all yet so I can’t pick that yet either be cause I could be missing out on something fabulous. But I do know I love cashsilk’sock blend. But would love to try camel, yak, alpaca, bamboo of any blend. Until I found you a few years ago I didn’t know there was such love yarn blends out there. All I have around me is a walmart. You have opened a whole new world for me.

If I had only one sein to buy, it would be a sagy green yak silk one : lightweight yet warm and soft on the skin, you can make anything with this yarn
It’s so hard to pick just one, as you know. I guess I would say something in the pink family or a nice bold yellow, like goldenrod. I think any superwash merino or superwash merino blend I would love as well as anything with a bamboo or bamboo blend. See… it’s hard to pick just one.
Picking just one is so hard! Definitely something cool, deep purple maybe. And for the fiber a merino cashmere blend – oh so soft and squishy
Purple silk
Forest shades in cotton/silk fingering
I would buy a skein of Alpaca wool in a gorgeous turquoise color.
If I could only get just one skein of yarn it would be yak silk fingering yarn in a beautiful green. I just love merino yarn and also silk yarn. I am crossing my fingers and toes…..lol in hopes of winning all that beautiful yarn in the March giveaway.
I always go for blues for me and yak silk fingering!
I would buy a skein of merino, cashmere, and silk blend in a pretty royal blue color.
It would have to be silk in a bright yellow, or lavender!
I have to agree with Susie, I would change the color to pale peach
That´s a great blend Susie.
I would like to try your yak/silk blend in dk weight.
My skein would definitely be blue! And probably merino fingering.
Hard to say. I’d definitely say mossy green for the color, but fiber… maybe superwash wool with elastic for versatility?
Oh no! Don’t make me make an impossible choice!
It would probably be Pearlescent Fingering, speckled with vibrant pinks.
Really! what a hard question. Only one skein!? There are so many gorgeous colors and yarns out there. I do love a good superwash merino, especially if making socks or something that is worn often. I love purples, pinks and green.
Such a hard decision but I would have to go with a cotton blend since I’ve moved to a warmer climate. Maybe a blue skein?
If I could by one more skein of you, it would be Pearlescent Fingering in Cognac or cherry Red.
A skein of quiviut yarn in a light brown.
Right now I’m in love with two – the sterling silver, in any base, and the as-yet-unreleased colorway you used in the Sit and Stitch.
Purple, cashmere.
Merino + silk + anything in fingering
Color…. Dark red
If I could buy one more skein, it would be a purple fingering weight.
Has to be.A variegated purple in a wool/silk blend.
I want them all…..in every fiber available!!
It would be a color between blue and green, probably variegated/hand-painted, either DK weight or fingering, and probably a blend of merino and silk with either cashmere or alpaca. I might be tempted to go with qiviut, though.
I love Oasis & would love to try the new DK weight. Color – blue/purple/blend of the two.
I’d buy dark red silky yarn!
Fingering or DK does
not matter much as long as it is that beautiful yellow. Like the sunflower of Vincent van Gogh

from those beautiful fields in France. Lovelovelove it
Have a great day
Willie
It’s tough to choose just one but a cool blue green like the ocean would probably be my choice. I live in a climate that is warm most of the year so a lightweight cotton or bamboo blend would be perfect.
I would buy a skein of your merino silk blend – so squishy! In a deep green or blue.
Only one? I would have to go with the colour teal and for the fibre yak silk would be delightful.
I would get a skein of purple qiviut yarn!
I think it would have to be in beautiful autumnal colours, in something luxurious like cashmere, silk or yak – I’d be super happy then!
Red velvet rose pearlescent worsted would be mine, and I’d make the Red Velvet shawl which I think is one of the most gorgeous patterns on your website
If I could only buy one, I think I would have a really hard time picking. I think I would have to go with one of the confetti fingering because I haven’t had the chance to try it yet and I’m desperately curious. I think I would want it in a purplish colorway for myself. However, I’m tempted to say pink for my daughter.
One? well….some shade of blue in lace-weight silk.
I would buy a yak silk blend in a merlot color but I am so glad I don’t have to choose just one forever.
Toutes ses couleurs appellent le printemps et m’inspirent.
I like Susie C’s fibre choice, so I’d choose that too: merino/cashmere/silk blend. I love pinks and greens together – like apple blossom colours.
Love knitting with an alpaca/silk blend, my colour is peacock blue.
What a question! My mind keeps getting stuck in the vicious circle of “I’d have to turn to a life of crime – I can’t live without yarn. But I can’t steal, especially from my wonderful friends at the LYS!” Although I’m not a fiber snob, for the last skein, I guess I ought to splurge for natural, undyed Vicuna @ $265 for 25gr. On a more realistic note, I keep dithering between a rich cobalt blue or a jewel tone rainbow colorway in light worsted weight. Again, I’m not a fiber snob, so anything that’s nice and lofty.
The June Pearl alpaca blend is what I would select for one more skein! Gets me excited to create something I can wear for my summer birthday
Fingering weight and blue, any color blue.
A happy yellow in a cashmere or bamboo blend!
If I could only buy 1 more skein it would have to be Oxblood red in a mirage sport or a nice silky yarn. But then there again it would be very hard to create something with just 1 skein would need a heap of yarn, lol!
Oh, I’d just pick that one skein of a cotton merino blend big enough to crochet an oversized cardigan in the colors of the view of Paris from a rooftop- cream, taupe, tan, Parisian blue…
I love earthy colors, so I would buy one of the skeins from the Copper Patina Resilient sock kit. Copper, chestnut, turquoise, oh my! Superwash merino is so easy to work with, and this colorway is fantastic. Sock weight is my absolute favorite.
Oh, that’s a challange. I would buy an Alpaca Silk yarn in the colour Candy Cane Lane.
For me, it would be a rich heathered raspberry colored skein of merino wool. I would make a hat to go along with my favorite fingerless mitts.
I would buy a fingering weight cotton in a seafoam beach like color for a summer tank top.
I would be a skein of silk, merino and yak blend in any blue-ish, deep marine or lavender colour. Love them all anyway
Merino in a sunset color (orange, pink, yellow)
Thanks for the opportunity to win such beautiful fibers! If I could only buy one yarn, it would be a soft wool. The color would be white so I could dye it in small bits to make an interesting hat.
I would live a bamboo or / lycel fingering weight in a soft cream or white as i have a baby shawl to create. Or maybe as always i wiuld fall in love with it and jerp it .
I would buy a bright pink fingering weight.
I would probably buy something blue or teal in a sport or worsted weight. But the texture is so much more important for me!
If I could only buy 1 skein it would be something luxurious like cashmere and/or silk. In a lovely shade of pink.
I would pick a merino/nylon *light* sock yarn, in an impossibly wild bird of paradise flower color (with speckles, of course). Bonus if it somehow replicated the flower growing up my foot. Have lighter-toned speckles been invented yet?
Either a gemstone color or a blue/purple shade most likely. So hard to choose!
One more skein would be Cirrocumulus ‘YAK SILK’ LACE, because of the fibre (soft!), the yardage (a lot!) and gorgeous color!!!
Just thinking about this makes me a little nervous, lol. But I’d probably go with a beautiful dark tonal color in pure merino wool that I could pair with many things in my stash.
I would buy a skein of fluffy white angora. When I was a child my cousin knit me a pair of wool mittens in turquoise wool. They were edged in white angora for two rows at the beginning of the ribbing. A little tie on hat was made of the angora.
I don’t know what fiber it would be but I love any teal colors.
I would buy a Marino wool silk blend in a beauitful shade of orange! Not a bright orange but a pale orange with some highs and lows.
Good morning, Chandi! If I could only buy one more skein, I would choose Amaryllis Pearlescent Fingering. Such a variety of luscious colors! Much love from chilly Michigan
Purple alpaca
If I can only pick one color for my last Skien it would have to be deep emerald green.
I would buy something in the purple family, but it’s so hard to choose. Either a light shade like lavender or something bright and pink/purple like fuchsia. And silky and soft.
So many to choose from. I love purple tones and yak silk fingering is a favorite. Thank you,
I would buy the variegated purple skein in superwash merino – so beautiful!
I would have to buy something purple that is squishy and buttery!
Definitely purple merino/nylon sock yarn. My favourite colour and basically the only thing I knit these days!
I would buy a cashmere/silk blend in lilac.
If I could only buy one more skein of yarn it would be yellow!! Love yellow yarn.
That’s a tough one!! I would go for a variegated green with beige and cream and brown in a merino wool, worsted weight!
Alpaca silk dk, clary sage, yum!
If I could I would purchase a skein of cashmere, silk, wool blend in bright variegated hues.
I think I would buy a royal purple silk if I could buy only one more skein of yarn. For sime reason, that just feels right to me.
I absolutely love the Allure 100% mulberry silk! So luxurious and soft! My favorite color is a purplish color. I don’t have the label on it anymore since I wound them up into a cake. Usually though I love anything red.
Considering that I am waiting excitedly for spring, I would love a cotton/bamboo/linen/silk (any mix of lightweight vegan fibers) in a natural color dyed with some pops of blue-ish gray, for the end of winter with pops of spring colors, specifically teals, magenta, red, deep yellow, green, and deep purple, like (with the exception of teal from robin’s eggs) bulb flowers popping out of the warmer earth into the warm sunshine and lovely shades of bird egg’s almost ready to open.
I’m imagining crocuses, tulips, anemones, daffodils, and hyacinths, and robin’s eggs, our early gifts of color from Mother Nature awaking.
It is so hard to pick just one colour and on base. Since all the colours that you have done are wonderful. I think I would do Bright Delights in Beacon DK, since this is so soft and scrummy
If I could buy one more it would be the lavender one of the sock yarns!! The last skein I bought I was able to make two pairs of sleeping socks for my daughters as the sizing wasn’t right for me even with changing needle sizing. So now I need a pair for me!
I’d certainly get the oopsy midnight galaxy alpaca silk.
I would buy merino wool in variegated colors of blue/green tones
I would buy a yummy dark pink skein of merino/silk blend.
I would buy a skein of merino/nylon blend of sock yarn in purple.
If I could only buy one more skein of yarn it would have to be a beautiful shade of purplish blue in a superwash merino cashmere silk blend.
I would buy purple merino wool
If I could only buy one more skein of yarn, I think it would have to be a baby alpaca fiber in Aran weight. These days I am gravitating toward soft, coastal hues, so I would choose a pale sea glass green.
Steel Blue with subtle accents of medium lavender or
Steel Blue with additional notes of grey and a touch of black (think turbulent waters)
DK or Fingering
I would buy washable black sock yarn to make my son some socks.
If I could only buy 1 color of a skein of yarn … that’s a tough!! I love so many of your yarn colors but I loved how beautiful bitter cold worked up. I lean toward blue or green colors.
I’m turning 60, oh my gosh how is this possible?!! So I guess Aquamarine would be my pick for my birth stone.
Your yarn id scrumptious and gorgeous any color would be wonderful
Too many wonderful choices, that would be a very difficult decision to make
I love so many bases and colorways of your yarns
I guess I’d have to say Alpaca Silk Lace, but I love Yack Silk Lace and Dewey DK along with Pearlescent Fingering. Colorway, hmmmm that’s just as hard, but something with shades of lavendar/purples, blues/auquas, and greens in it. Thank you so very much for being my “Go To” Yarn Shop
Rose Gold in Crema Worsted
I would buy a skein of silk in a dk weight in a seascape green/blue color.
Only one? Ever? How big can it be? LOL
I think I’d choose a dark color with beige flecks. A nice soft wool.
I’d buy a rich green in silk. Enough to make an amazing lace shawl!
It would probably be a blend of alpaca, silk and linen. Like the base for Signature Fingering. I just love the softness and the rustic look of the yarn.
I would buy a purple skein of a merino silk blend like Crema Sock or Opalescent!
The luster sport is a gorgeous yarn to see and to work. Any of the dried herb colors are favorites for me.
I would definitely pick a skein of pink breeze OASIS or a 100% cashmere skein just to hold and feel – but never actually use. lol
One skein that’s a difficult choice…….aqua/turquoise in yak/silk lace
If I could buy one more skein I think it would be a DK with light colors and bright speckles, and the base would be like the mirage sport, but a DK weight.
I would buy a skein of Living Coral ‘ALPACA SILK’ DK. I love the vibrant color.
One more skein….i guess i would pick one that is a very pale sky blue in buttery sport weight. S
This is a difficult question! Superwash merino and white, so that I can dye it any color I want.
I am obsessed with your pink breeze colorway,. If I could buy just one more skein it would be the Oasis DK Pink Breeze. The essence of spring!
One more skein…it would be CashSilk Sock or Yak Silk Fingering in an olive-y green
I would love a skein of the richest violets mixed with purples! Yummylicious!
Oh so many to choose from… If I could buy just one skein it would be yak silk fingering as I have never tried it. I would love a speckled or multi color way in soft spring shades.
I would buy anything I possibly could with blues, greens & purples in it in a natural fiber in dk or sport weight. I’m not super picky. My hoard…I mean…my collection is filled with so many kinds, colors & weights that I will be crocheting until I get too blind to see the stitches and even then, I’m sure I’ll find a way to keep at it!
I would buy a fingering weight yarn in a teal color.
That’s a tough question. I guess I’d pick a dark emerald green in extra fine merino.
If I could buy one more skein, I would get the awesome March color of the month! It’s sooooooo gorgeous!!
Just one? Impossible! I would go with a neutral beige so it can be paired with anything, in a sw merino.
I would buy yak silk fingering in a bright blue/purple/red/hot pink combo.
If I only could purchase one, it would be rose gold luster sport. Such a unique and beautiful, all season color
The question is far too difficult! I like the cashsilk sock as it’s lovely and soft in a dark green tone like evergreen.
Silk/yak/mohair, lace-fingering, white base with hand painted specklings of ocean colors (think soft sands, teal waters, sunrise)
I would order a variegated DK camel, cashmere and silk blend.
Hi, all,
I have never purchased yarn from here before as I already so much yarn and so many projects to work on. However, I have seen so many beautiful colors under the worsted crema yarn, the owl color is so so so beautiful.
Thank you!
Such a tough question!!! I would buy a skein of something very soft, in the colors of the sky right after the sun hits the horizon, so all the lovely shades of blue and purple you see.
If I could buy only one more skein it would be any merino super wash in greens. Thanks for the chance to win!!
There is no way I could buy just one skein of yarn. There are too many I love. In fact, I have too many skeins of yarn, but that doesn’t stop me from buying more!
Hello! It is hard to pick just one yarn-but since I have to; I’d pick a buttery sport yarn in a vivid pink to make my granddaughter a new cardigan. She’ll turn 6 in May and is into all things pink.
If it was the last skein of yarn I would ever buy it would have to be something indulgent – something I don’t buy regularly. Maybe some alpaca, or if I’m really able to splurge – Qiviut. It would definitely have to be some shard of purple – my favorite color!
Purple in a merino blend

I’d love to try a yarn with either bamboo or silk in it for a warm weather knit. Although, I do enjoy knitting with a good wooly wool for my cold weather knits! Choosing a specific color is difficult as I love them all. I do stay away from warm yellows & greens, they’re my least favorite.
I do love cashmere blends, so a DK weight cashmere merino silk would be great. And a fiery skein combIning my beloved purple and red would be perfect.
I’ve purchased a lot of EFA fingering weight yarn in different fibers and they are lovely. All EFA yarn is beautifully and evenly dyed.
However, if I chose one yarn, it would be EFA Dewey DK. The yarn is a dream to knit and the colors are so rich. I especially like Shadow Cat Dahlia and Fool’s Gold.
Hello Beautiful! I would buy DK in a warm pink/burgundy color. Thanks for being such a special person.
I would buy a medium blue superwash merino blend in a worsted or sport weight!
I would buy just about any yarn in purple!
If I could only buy ONE more skein, it would definitely be EFA, Fingering weight, enough for a shawl, in the colors of the Sea of Cortez, my happy place.
I would buy a woodsy green color in a merino or merino blend yarn. Maybe a DK weight, it’s pretty versatile for me.
I would buy a multicoloured sock yarn fingering weight with 75% superwash wool (because I don’t want to hand-wash socks) and 25% nylon (for stability)
I’m hard pressed to pick only one. I love all the fibers you make that I have tried, in particular Luster Sport and Pearlescent Fingering. I’d love to find the right project to try the Mysa Hues collection. And I’ve been eyeing the Blackberry Hues Luster Sport kit. Once I’ve finished a couple of other WIP. I’m totally addicted!
LOVE to all the EFA Team !!! Your yarns, patterns and miscellaneous items are gorgeous

. THANK YOU ALL !!
I honestly don’t think I could ever pick just one last skein of yarn. There are just to many gorgeous colours and types of yarn fibers to choose from. While I would normally choose something in blue, lately I’ve been drawn to shades of lavender and purple. Then there’s the bright summer colours of yellow, orange and red. I guess something in shades of rainbow in a pearlescent fingering yarn.
Thank you for all the beautiful luxurious yarns and the wonderful patterns. I wish I could do them all
It would be Alexandrite in buttery worsted. So absolutely beautiful!
Natural, undyed merino wool, and I hope it would be a huge skein!
If you could only buy one more skein of yarn, what color and fiber would it be?
I nice deep purple with multi colored speckles in a cashmere merino blend.
I’d pick a blend with yak! I’ve fallen in love with that fiber. Color is much more difficult…
I’ve done a lot of blue lately and I still love it. But I’m also being more and more drawn to vivids…
I could never choose just one more skein of yarn! I feel like this ship has just sailed for exploring new fiber territory and I will never go back to Red Heart Acrylic Island. I can’t choose one more skein because I still have to try all the different fibers. If only my budget would blow harder in the sails of my hobbies and the tide of the time-clock that I punch would smooth the way for my crafting raft.
I am so new to your site. I have tried some of your patterns but so unsure of what type of your yarns are for me. I like light weight and no wool content due to allergies. I love your coastal hues colours.
It is hard to choose one but I would buy DK Alpaca silk in February stillness. It is such a beautiful yarn.
I think I would get either Stillwaters or Soulshine mirage sport. I’m generally a “blue” person, but Soulshine is such an uplifting color. I love merino and merino blend of any kind. Thank you for the monthly giveaways.
If I would love the faded rose yak silk fingering yarn. That base is just heavenly.
If I could have one more skein it would be a deep pine green fingering weight yak, silk and merino blend.
If I could buy one more skein it would be something similar to the Pearlescent Worsted kit Come to light hue. That whole kit has my heart
One more lets see…. I think I would purchase Yak I haven’t tried that fiber yet. as for a color they’re all so pretty maybe a blue or a green.
I would pick a vintage, pinky, rose color in DK weight!
If I could only but 1 more skein of yarn I think it would be a darker cobalt blue in cashmere. If i couldn’t get cashmere then I’d have to do your crema sock yarn
If I could buy one more skein? Really too many to choose, but here we go…
It’d have to be orange. I’m having a hard time finding a particular orange to match some beads I want to use. Fiber? I don’t know. I’m thinking a lace project, but I want it to maybe have a halo. Not used to yarn like that so I have no idea which fibers do that.
I would like to buy a skein of merino and cashmere DK weight in copper color.
That’s a really tough question because I usually buy yarn that “speaks” to me depending on the mood I’m in or the project I want to do. So based on that, the yarn would either be multi coloured or neutral and probably a wool blend (alpaca or silk) for durability and softness.
I love Merino and Silk blends. My skin is really sensitive and I’ve found this combo works best for me. I love greens and turquoise type colors so something in a turquoise color would probably be the color I would pick if it was going to be my one and only last skein but hopefully it wouldn’t have to be the last.
Superwash merino in a lovely emerald green!
Sparkle DK. I love the blue hyacinth . It is so beautiful
I would buy a really bright blue in your buttery sport…
I am still learning about fibers, so very unsure about that. My colors are in the jewel tones. I’s like to try a yellow, but again unsure of the kind of yellow.
I’d get one more skein of your pearlescent fingering. Colorway Oberon.
This site is a gem for retro lovers! Hypacal
It’s hard to choose but I saw the pre-order colors in the Alpaca Silk DK and loved all of those colors.
If I could buy one more skein, it would be the gorgeous lavender variegated fingering yarn pictured in Silky Yak base. It is a beautiful yarn that reminds me of spring.
Any of your silk blends…all are to die for! And any shade of turquoise, dark, light, shade or pure color…love them all
Moongleam fingering (or another no-animal-fibers silk blend) dark purple — something like Oratorio, or the darkest skein in the Sillhouette Hues kit.
Anything with Pink, Purple and/or Blue!
I would have to go with a deep red in some blend of cotton and nylon.
A silk or silk-blend lace-weight yarn, in some striking color (white or gold or something), so I can make an intricate beaded lace shawl as the last thing I knit.
Fingering weight merino in some sort of shaded blues.
Purple or dark green or royal blue or… it’s hard to choose…
Yak Silk fingering, in that incredible yellow!
It’s so hard to choose a yarn, but since I’m looking at the Pearlescent Worsted, that’s my current favorite. The color is not so hard to choose. I would get that Pearlescent yarn in Red Velvet Rose (although the Whipped Cream and Abyss both come in close second).
This month’s Paradise Blooms in the Yak Silk fingering…it is beautiful!
There are so many fabulous options!!!
Your Raven colour in a mulberry silk or yak/silk base would be AWESOME!!!
just one skein: Alpaca Silk DK, black (yes i already bought it!) all the other colors pop out against its background, which is why jewelers use black velvet to show their gems!!!
It would have to be a deep dark blue or rusty red, in a merino-silk blend
Ahh, so much yarn, so little time!
If I could only buy one more skein of yarn it would have to be Buttery Worsted in anything from the teal blue to cobalt family. I love this yarn!♥️
Oh, I forget to say, Yak silk fingering in Mocha Mousse. Delicious!
Only one skein? It would have to be the Cashsilk blend in the colorway Milkshake.
I would purchase Living Coral in a DK weight
If I could only buy one more skein of yarn, it would be a merino silk blend in any shade of purple.
Hmmmm…. If I could only buy ONE more skein? I suppose it would have to be a merino and silk blend. I just love working with any yarn in this combination. It is beautifully soft, and the colors are just spectacular!
I just love a classic DK merino wool. I’d probably want a poppy color-reddish orange.
Being able to buy only one more skein would be tragic! But if I had to, I would buy something purple/blue with silk in it.
I love knitting with your fingering yarns; shawls and scarves. Color wise, I’m a Monet enthusist. I love the cool blues, greens, and purples, but also drawn to medium pinks.
That is an incredibly tough question! It would definitely be cotton. Color would be something along the lines of emerald green or sage green.
I would want a purple & green variegated, in a high-percentage silk w/ animal fiber blend.

I wold pick a gradient, maybe light pink to a deep purple, in fingering weight in any fiber EXCEPT nylon/nylon mix.
Oh, my! I would by a skein of (what’s it called?) quivot/quiviot… I think it is from some type of musk oxen? It’s supposed to be absolutely fabulous and fabulously warm. And I would get any one of their natural colors. I would not spend the money unless it was the absolutely last skein I could ever buy!!!!! But just having it in my hands would make me feel like the richest woman in the world!!!!
I would buy, from you, a silk fingering yarn. A bright blue strikes me today as we deal with freezing temps but spring almost here!!
I love purple and merino/cashmere blend fibers. You have a lovely assortment of yarns, and your colors are gorgeous!
Golden yellow would be the color I would choose. This winter has been very grey here in Alaska, NO SNOW this year, just grey. I’m ready for a bright change. A soft silk blend would be lovey.
If I could only buy one more skein of yarn, it would probably be a silk base in either a ruby red or an emerald green. I love jewel tones.
I would also choose a superwash merino blend in a variegated purple. The sparkle DK is also beautiful
YELLOW FOR SPRING
Soooo hard to choose! I would probably go with a silk blend (cotton, merino, linen, alpaca) in a bright cheery color – perhaps a variegated with pinks and oranges in it.
I would buy a mulberry silk blend in all the blues of the ocean. And then I’d never use it, because the magic of a skein like that can be hard to translate into a project, and just having the skein as an art piece would bring me joy.
Ok, I am in love with the speckledblue purple white which is nestled between fushia and yellow, purple and bright pink and brown (cosmic confetti?). I would love to buy some!
Hello Chandi, Thank you for the chance to win such a wonderful package! You know, it’s impossible to pick just one of your beautiful skeins, but I really fell in love with your new Dragon Lore Oasis Fingering. I usually tend to go towards the pale mixed (Vintage Rose, etc,) or bold mixed (Dragon, etc). Any kind of superwash merino or bamboo would be my fiber picks. I just wish shipping wasn’t so expensive for Canadian customers. I keep wanting to put orders in but end up cancelling. Maybe I’ll treat myself for my birthday this month! Good Luck to All!
A skein of Qiviut in ruby red! Then probably put it in a frame on the wall because it’s so expensive!!
The darkside of the moon sincere sock yarn

I’d get that beautiful new dragon
colorway in whatever base you’re making it on!!
Hands down brilliant light beacon DK. The yarn was a dream to work with and my knitted top is so soft and shimmery. It drapes beautifully and the color is prettier than I imagined. .
Definitely purple, all hues of purple, a rainbow of purple from the red purple to blue purple.
If I could buy just one skein, it would be allure fingering in purple.
I guess I’d love something soft and slightly shimmering, like a superwash blend of merino,, cashmere and silk. And it should be in a colour that could make us dive in that dream land where the deep green of a conifer forest and a rich dark blue connect … well, one can dream
I would grab a skein of Alpaca Silk Lace in Mulling Spices. I’ve always wanted to try using Lace weight yarn for a project, I’ve never used Alpaca before and I am a January baby, so anything close to Garnet (or Burgundy, Wine, etc) always looks good on me! (Abyss would also look good since I’m almost always wearing black in some way or another.)
Thanks again Chandi for your AMAZING generosity! What a GIVEAWAY!!! –Hugs from Mid-Missouri
I go through color phases. At this point in time I think I’d go for a nice warm “English rose” or “seashell” pink in a non-wool fiber blend. I’m still exploring fibers, so I’m open to anything that’s soft, durable, and non-itchy.
Pretty and springlike colors!
OMG to name any one/single yarn is al.ost impossible..love them all
I rarely start with a pattern..odd I know…lol
But will pick up a skein..get a feel for it and like/love the colour and imagine all that I could/would make.
Reverse to many ..but my way…it is a rare privilege to have multiple skeins to start with ..
Fingers/toes X’D for the win..this bunch of squishing has me dreaming of the projects to come
If I could add I may like a merino mix in 4 or 8 ply and could aubergine to make a luxurious wrap for myself..I have made so many to onsell its time to spoil myself a little xx
I’m a sucker for silk/silk blends and all shades of purple!
I just finished the marine sweater in luster worsted. It was such a lovely yarn to work with. It just glided through my fingers as I crocheted. Think I’m feeling a green variant.
If i could only buy one more skein of yarn, i would love the dragon lore oasis camel & mulberry silk.
All of your yarns look so scrumptious. If I could only buy 1 skein, I would pick yak, fingering in a purple blend. Thank you for all of the inspiration, positivity and free patterns. You’ve helped me learn to crochet & now I’m hooked!
Whoa! So hard to pick just one…but right now I’d pick Vintage Whispers Mirage Sport, just because it’s a beautiful arrangement of neutrals. I am drawn to bright colors and jewel tones so I forget to occasionally buy neutrals.
My next purchase will definitely be Hoarfrost in Yak Silk Lace weight.
Ahhh,, I would select a peachy-melon colored skein of superwash merino blended with Lyocell or silk (for sheen and even more softness!) Wait a minute!!! I believe I HAVE a skein that fits that description in my stash; one of the Melody Dora Hues Pearlescent Fingering kit skeins, whoop whoop!
If I could only buy one ever again, I’d make it a big one. There are these gorgeous variegated skeins I have seen – forgot who makes them :(, but they are DK or worsted weight and an entire sweaters worth. I’d make sure it was one of those.
If I could buy one more skein of yarn, it would be a beautiful silk blend (not sure blended with what). The color is harder to choose. I have always loved a rich blue, but I find I’m starting to like a variety of purples more. I’m thinking probably a rich purple. Similar to the DSCF6271, but a darker shade… a rich purple.
I would choose the new color of the month for march, paradise blooms. It is absolutely gorgeous!!!
Wow! That’s a tough question since there are so many beautiful yarn colors. I’ve always been partial to blues, but with hand dyed yarns, I like all of them.
I would buy a skein of neon pink, lace weight, some wool and silk blend.
Just one?? I’ve been inspired lately by the super soft merino / silk blends and would probably buy a lace or fingerling weight in a jewel-toned color gradient.
Only one skein??? Right now it’s a tie between But First, Tea ‘PEARLESCENT’ FINGERING, Goddess ‘PEARLESCENT’ FINGERING, Cider House ‘YAK SILK’ FINGERING, and Beluga in any of the yak fiber yarns. I tend to prefer muted magenta hues, but I’m flexible. Yak and bamboo are my current faves.
Silk/merino in a fabulous hand-dyed deep green (with hints of purple of course!)
Deep Rich Emerald Green Cashmere/silk
I’d pick a green wool/silk blend, and then practice my spinning!
As always, beautiful colors and great yarn. Always cross my fingers and hope to win, perhaps one day I will. Just keep dying this gorgeous yarn and colors.
One more skein? Green superwash wool.
It would be SO hard to buy just one skein, most of my projects need 3!! But, maybe I’d get a hank of tussa silk in a rich chestnutty or whiskey colored brown.
Hi Chandi! I have never tried yak or silk so if I could buy only one skein, it would be your intriguing yak-silk fimgering in rising lotus color!
I would buy that beautiful Pink Cosmic Confetti Fingering pictured in this giveaway. But my favorite fiber is alpaca and bamboo.
I would buy a skein of baby alpaca wool in dark purple.
Looking at the pale variegated skeins as Winter turns to Spring. There are two possibilities shown
Blue goldstone, enduring worsted
So far, my favorites are your Moongleam and Ephemeral yarns. (I am pretty new to EFA and still learning.)
If only one hank of yarn, it would likely be cotton/silk — and maybe a turquoise shade.
A yarn I have never tried in a colour that I didn’t think I would like
I would buy Oasis Fingering in a burgundy color
I would buy a skein or quiviuk or (quiviut) in a natural colour, a dark brown if possible. If I can’t get any quiviuk, I’d choose a skein of cashmere in a gorgeous shade of blue.
1 skein! I will go with my first thought; Mother of Pearl in Pearlescent Worsted! The pattern shows the most delicate cream, blue, and darker blue. It was 1 of the first patterns and colors that followed to find EFA.
I’d probably go with a vibrant green merino and silk sock yarn.
I would buy something in the purple color family and DK weight
It would be dark red or green in an alpaca blend.
I would pick a bright green merino silk skein.
That’s a hard question! I’d buy one skein with alpaca and cashmere in teal.
I love alpaca, and any jeweltone!
It seems quite impossible to just buy one more Skein. Actually I bannd myself form buying more yarn for now. But I’m not sure how steadfast I’ll be on that…
But if I really could get just one more skein I’m thinking of a big gradient yarn skein with different shades of pink and grey with Alpaca, Yak and/or Cashmere fiber.
That’s not a fair question, but if I had to pick my last yarn probably Cashsilk sock in a pink or blue.
If I can buy only one skein, I’d prefer yak silk fingering in blue.
i would be happy with any type/color of your yarn. All are so beautiful
I love soft, autumnal colors and lately I’ve been drawn to yellows. Such a happy color! Superwash merino is my go-to, in finger weight or DK, though I do love exploring other fibers and blends.
If I could buy one more skein of yarn, it will be the cherry red sparkle DK yarn
I would get one of your beautiful blue tones like The Water Bearer. They are all so pretty, it’s hard to decide!
My color hands down is purple & it would be a fingering weight silk & merino wool blend.
I would buy a skein of alpaca yarn in midnight blue!
I would love a bright yellow in Fingering weight!
The largest (most yardage) softest wool possible in a brown heather.
If I could buy one more skein of yarn it would be 100% wool DK in a vibrant red!
If I had to choose it would be be a silk, cashmere combination and the color would be the blues like a sea green or teal.
I would buy a skein of purple alpaca yarn. Purple is my favorite color and alpaca wool is so soft!
It would be some kind of bright pink color and would have silk in it. Not sure what weight though.
Color:Turquoise Fiber:Alpaca
I would buy Alpaca Silk Dk Wood Duck. Just because I been admiring it just today and I love browns and blues.
I would probably buy a silk wool blend in burgandy
phew, hard question! I think I would buy your Malibu Cash Silk Sock! It feels amazing and soft on the skin and the colors are just my absolute favourite! ♥
I could pick the color, the fibre i don’t know how i would choose. But some kind of seafoam or petrol would really make my day anyday
I would buy Alpaca Silk DK in WOOD DUCK. I have been admiring that skein today and I love browns and blues.
That’s a hard question! If I only had one more I think it would be a beautiful rose pink merino, silk and cashmere blend.
If I could only get one more skein, it would be a silk blend in a shade of rose.
One more skein and it would be the Oasis Camel Silk Fingering in the gorgeous “Possibility.” It has all the colors that make me happy in one skein and the fiber itself looks so luscious!
I am so in love with the flowing water colors of Aquarius Mist. Any watery blues in the Wool Silk blends.
I always love my latest project best so I would choose whatever yarn that might be.
Hmm mossy green and a silk/merino blend maybe
Mirage Sport in Cacti would be my choice if I were buying more than one skein.
I would buy a skein of turquoise Alpaca Silk Lace
Only one?! Then it would have to be the yak silk fingering in cider house I’ve been eyeing for so long and haven’t dared try.
Any shade of gray or purple in merino wool.
I would get a skein of clear deep blue if I could only get one more skein of yarn.
Oh this is so very pretty………drool worthy, to say the least. I love all of your yarn and would be too very hard to pick just one color or type. Than you so much for your generosity. I look forward to all that you have to offer from patterns to yarn to embellishments. Thank you for what you do.
I don’t know what I would choose, because I’ve only recently bought any of your yarn. It’s all beautiful and soft. I would either try a worsted weight or a sock yarn.
A soft but sturdy wool with excellent, buttery stitch definition. It would be variegated jewel-tones, with maybe splashes of a rich goldenrod if the primary color in the variegation were blue. And it would, of course, have to have significant yardage, since it’s only one skein.
I would probably get a wool lyocl blend in a forest green.
I would want your lovely North DK cotton/wool in the Valdez colorway. It’s just so lovely!

I have such a limited knowledge of yarn but it would probably be some earthy color worsted weight yarn.
Blue cotton!
Definitely a shade of pink, and probably something fancy I normally wouldn’t try, like silk
My last skein would most definitely be blue in a MCN blend or something like it

That is a really hard question but I do love your creama sock yarn ani would love it in a purple colour.
I would go for a bright vivid blue in a silk merino blend. I just love the shine and the way it flowes.
Just one?!?! Impossible to choose! Depends on the season, my mood, and whatever your juiciest current color is! I do like the ones with silk in them. Shimmery, silky, softness and I love the variegated color schemes. Your yarn is so scrumptious!
How to pick a color! Anything blue/green/purple will suck me in each time. Especially if it is Buttery Worsted!
Ooooh my goodness these are beautiful!!!
If I could only buy one skein it would be a gold color in the Alpaca silk fingering weight yarn. My favorite yarn is your alpaca silk line
My favorite color is purple. So anything in that family. Lavender, Violet, Periwinkle and on and on.
Thank you for this opportunity with this drawing. I have enjoyed everything I have purchased from you so far.
I adore resilient sock! But there’s no way I could pick just ONE favorite color!
I’m currently really loving the Oasis fingering…so I would probably buy that in a rich garnet or ruby.
Definitely Yak fiber! I’ve been eyeing it for a while
And for the color, I’d love the teal of Blackened Laguna together with the Mocha Mousse. That would be a lovely combination
Alpaca silk DK! In any shade of blue
Alpaca! Teal alpaca, worsted or chunky weight!
I would love to buy dewy dk in the cabanet
I would love to buy dewy dk in the cabernet
Ooh, good question! It would definitely be a mix of baby alpaca and cashmere. I think I’d have to choose turquoise as my goto color!
Just One more row, just one more row, just one more row… and only one more skein of yarn? Please make a fine yarn in a predominantly cobalt blues blend in something like wool and silk or alpaca and silk. and then just one more… Thank you for the mental exercise, and the giveaway. I’d like it all.
The March color of the month, Paradise blooms in Yak silk fingering would be one of my picks. I love almost all of them so it would be hard to chose just one.
Something in 4 or 5ply, in a dark red.
This would be a nightmare scenario to be honest, getting anxious just thinking about it
But it probably would be a Crema Sock yarn base in one of the kit colorways. Or Persephone..
Hi Chandi, I would buy a skein with silk in a dk weight in the blue/green/gray colours of the sea.
Just one?! Well, it would have to be a wool/nylong blend in a deep red so I could make one last pair of socks!
If I could choose only one more skein I’d like to try something luxurious like a cashmere in a fingering weight to draw out the fun and it would have to be a variegated yarn in my favorite color of a moody blue /slate grey .

Only one! I’d like to try the yak silk in red!
That’s a tough one. Maybe a fingering weight in green
I’d choose ‘Elixir’ a deep but vibrant mix of purple made of Alpaca Silk DK. (So one skein, two fibers and a lot of purples. Is that cheating? LoL)
I would choose pearlescent worsted in red or yellow. My favorite yarn and my favorite colors.
A DK or sport weight in a turquoise color.
Right now I’m looking for a lightly variegated copper yarn in fingering weight, non-superwash merino!
It would have to be merino for me, maybe a merino/silk blend? And pink, for sure.
Purple merino, definitely
Purple. And probably an alpaca, although a bernat blanket plush is nice too.
The peach or Lavender
I’d definitely choose a skein of Caledonia Blue! I used my 3 skeins to crochet the Cauley cardigan, and it’s beautiful! I don’t remember the yarn base, though.
Much too hard a question
if I had to choose it would probably a super wash merino wool blend in vibrant shades of blues and magentas
im just starting out so i dont entirely understand the differences between working with other yarns and such, given the fact that ive only ever worked with acrylic yarn (i’m a broke college student lol). but if i had to choose a color, id say maybe a light-ish blue or a darker green.
Something with silk on n the color of a spring crocus.
OhMyGosh that would be so difficult to choose! If I could choose only one color it would be something speckled or tonal in vibrant blue!
As for fiber, I’m not sure since my experience is pretty much in acrylic thus far.
I will choose a vibrant vilolet-purpleish color made of cashmere for a luxury shawl.
I would choose a cashmere, maybe blended with bamboo, DK weight skein of yarn!
I think I’d go for a cashmere blend and, as I’m lately addicted to purple, I’d choose a purple shade
Oh, I would love to get my hands on the Yak Silk Lace in Cozy Book Nook!
Tough question! I would choose a lemon yellow plant-based DK weight. Plant-based because I already eat vegan, and it feels so good to be contributing to a more cruelty-free world.
I would choose something pink in Oasis Camel Silk DK
Much to hard to choose, but I do love anything with yellow hues. Alpaca silk would have to be my favourite in a fingering weight.
I would choose a cashmere purple – fingering or sport weight!
How could I even choose? It would definitely be blue, fingering or dk weight, maybe an alpaca blend since I haven’t used that yet. Those colors are so gorgeous! I’m so ready for spring and sunshine!
I would love to try a yak/ silk mix in blue green colors.
I would definitely go for a camel/cashmere/sulk blend in your cornstalk colour. I’ve still some from a hank I bought from you and I aore it!
I want to try ALL of your yarns so this is hard but if I had to pick one…
I’d say Allure Fingering 100% silk in ‘Dove’ because it’s just so Heavenly looking!
Blue, in a merino/silk mix.
So many options to choose from! If I had to pick one more skein, it would be a skein of Possibility Oasis Camel Silk Fingering…beautiful!
Hmm, a yak/silk blend in blue/greens and probably a dk weight. Makes me think of summer seas.
pastel pink silk
I would buy purple silk
I’d probably buy something like your Mirage Sport yarn, as I love cashmere silk fiber yarn. And it would be a variegated jewel toned in blues, teals and or purples. Grateful though that I wouldn’t actually have to choose!
Something luxurious in a rich, dark shade of purple!
I would go for your crema sock in a green.
Something silky in a beautiful Spring shade!
I have always wanted to try Alpaca yarn. in the colors of a sunset would be beautiful.
It would have to be a silk yarn in a variegated purple.
It would definitely be a teal silk, no questions asked
red DK wool. which i already have a lot of. but i’ll simply never get tired of it!
Fingering weight non-superwash yarn in merino, alpaca, or silk blend in a white or off-white background and subtle speckles of color similar to the Morning Glory colorway.
Yak silk fingering -raspberry/silver
This would be an amazing birthday gift!
Happy Birthday!
If I could choose only one, something crimson. And something silk.
I have never seen a Yak blend where I’m from. My go to is usually marino/mohair/silk/alpaca.
Wouldn’t it be wonderful to work with some of these colourways and yarns…
Only one more?! The horror! If it could really only be just one more, I’d love to try 100% cashmere in a really gorgeous heathered or variegated mauve color, just to be able to try it.
Hi!
I would buy depending on the yardage, 3/4 additional skeins of buttery sport asI have a new grandbaby coming in the fall!! A silk alpaca blend would be perfect… lofty with weight!
I would pick a blue or teal in Buttery Sport so that I could make another Man Approved cable hat for myself. I gave the one I originally made to my sister in Flagstaff, AZ when I visited in November 2024. This winter I wished I still had one because we had a lot more freezing days than normal.
What a horrible thought! I know it would be Alpaca Silk Lace or DK but the color hmmm I guess a tonal or extremely light verigated in berries or a mauve
Oh I am in love with the Yak Silk fingering in the color yellow warbler! Thanks for all your inspiration!
Only one more skein? I would probably choose 100% silk, since I’ve never worked with that fibre before. As for a colour, probably firey red, earthy green, or watery blue – something elemental.
Hmm probably a deep evergreen or emerald color and something similar to your buttery sport yarn, but I also want to give the yak silk a try. I guess it would come to down to how I felt at the time and whether I would want to buy a reliable staple that I know I love and would use, or if I would want to try something new with my last ever yarn purchase.
I would buy a merino cashmere blend yarn or baby alpaca yarn in a purple color. My favorite!
Just one more skein is hard to pick. I like green/teal colors so something in that range with no brown/yellow/orange added – just pure color. Something that has lots of yardage would be nice, too, since we only get one! I’m not particular about what the yarn is made of as long as it’s one of your bases. They’ve all been great.
As ironicalky I am allergic to wool I’d have to go for other options. But luckily you have loads of those too!. So beacon for example or anything silk or linen. Or I just keep making things for others also very gratifying
And purple teal or fuchsia ofcourse
I have 4 colours from you I brought in pass, I love try Jak or silk, In teal, pinks, purples, etc, I love your yarns, Trying save up to buy more, Love your patterns, such style, Take care send love Aust.xxxxxxx
I`d go for a warm color, perhaps a blend of yellow, orange and some pink.
As for the fiber maybe a soft cotton, or maybe some sheep wool.
I would love to get my hands on an alpaca boucle yarn (of any weight)! I’ve never tried working with boucle before but think it would make the coziest sweater.
Oh my goodness, so many to choose from!!! I will say your ‘Twisted Tweed Sport’ in the Hermosa hues. It’s just so yummy!!
I would probably go with a merino fingering weight yarn in a variegated earthy tone!
I guess if I could have only one last skein of yarn, I would want the most expensive, luxurious yarn, vicuna. I’d love to have the opportunity to feel it once in my life! it doesn’t matter the color, I like all colors.
Merino sock yarn in pastel rainbow tones
Oooh, just the one skein? OK, so it would definitely have purple in it, but I would also like some sage and tan in there. Although unasked, it would definitely be fingering weight, and it would have to have some silk in it.
I love the yak silk lace, and for color, moss green
Love alpaca/silk so a fingering deep red skein would be my choice
Oh it would have to be Red Velvet Butter worsted!
I’m new at this Giveaway thing. But I LOVE your yarn and patterns. You YouTube videos are perfect for learning new things. In reading about the Giveaways……how many skeins are included in the Giveaway?
Hi Joan,
thanks for your question. I’m happy to help. The giveaway includes all these skeins: (18) Resilient Sock, (9) Yak Silk Fingering, (9) Sincere Sock, (6) Buttery Sport, (5) Yak Silk Lace, (3) Crema Sock, and (3) Cosmic Confetti Fingering. So 53 skeins total.
Have a great day! – Johanna
I’d love any shade of blue, in alpaca fingering yarn.
If I could only buy one skein from you, it would be that yummy hot pink tweedy one in the giveaway. Is that the Cosmic Confetti? I love it!
Yes, it is
I haven’t bought any of these beautiful yarns yet but it is in my to do list soon. I would love to try any of the silky colors. I think it will make anything beautiful.
Such a difficult question as everything is so lovely. Right now, as where I am, the fierce heat of summer has finally let Autumn peak through, a skein of either the Autumn Lake ‘Buttery Worsted (Superwash Merino Wool) or the Scarlet Pearlescent Worsted (Superwash Merino Wool Silk Pearlescent Worsted) sounds nice.
You offer so many beautiful colors, I would choose an alpaca silk skein with ocean inspired colors or the feather blue alpace silk lace.
Alpaca Silk DK. It’s hard to choose a color when so many are beautiful. But I gravitate to the fall colors, and blues.
Hm, I hate to say but I am still drawn to a gray shade. I love all of your colors but I usually see the patterns in a gray in my mind.
Thank you for the spot light on something I need to broaden – sincerely!
If I could buy only one more skein…. What a tough question!
Probably a soft lilac cashmere!
My favorite of your bases is the Pearlescent Fingering, and I’d buy the June Alexandrite or the Moss Agate colorway. The PF is so so so nice to knit with!
Being allowed to only choose one, I would pick Pearlescent Fingering in a dark/forest green color.
Rooted Oasis Fingering would be the one……
I would like to purchase a cashmere, deep blue color skein. Someone once gave me a cashmere scarf and it is the warmest, softest light weight scarf I have. I just love it. I would like to try my hand at knitting a scarf like that.
I think it’d be light blue? no clue about fiber though
I think I would purchase a wool/nylon skein in a pastel blue/pink colorway and I’d probably make a cowl. I’m a pretty practical person at heart and if I could only buy one more skein of yarn I would want it to be more than one color since I like that and something that I could make something I’d get practical use out of and I do use cowls a lot during winter and I find the wool/nylon blend to be stretchy, strong, and super warm.
I’d have a skein of that buttery sport all day!
If I could only have one more skein of yarn it would have to be a multi-colored or variegated color with reds and purples, or even a luscious jewel-toned rainbow, and I’d have to go with either the buttery sport or enduring worsted!
