Hi, my beautiful and amazing friend! This week we have a real treat for you. It’s a new beginner level knitted shawl pattern called Coriandoli, and I hope you’ll love it!
Coriandoli is a beautiful beginner level knitted pattern designed by Alexis Burrows. Make it with our Pearlescent Fingering yarn, for a light and summery treat! It’s meant to transport you back to fun, happy childhood days! Think: confetti, kaleidoscopes, cupcakes with sprinkles, carousels and more!
We have filmed a video tutorial for you showing you how to work all 4 sections of this shawl. It’s easier than you think and you can adjust the width if you like to knit a scarf instead, or a wider shawl or even a blanket. Up to you!
Have a look:
The sample shown features our Romantic Morning Hues Kit which is a gorgeous 4-color set.Â
However, you can make this shawl out of any 4 skeins of our shimmering, hand-dyed Pearlescent Fingering yarn. The sample used 1,375 yards of yarn total.
We sincerely hope you love knitting this easy beginner shawl pattern in whatever colors you choose. Wrap it around your neck and shoulders to help keep you warm on those breezy summer nights. You’re gonna love it, dahling!! I can’t wait to see your version.
I appreciate you reading and if you’d love to get brand new, premium knit and crochet patterns weekly, just hop onto our email list there on the site. We list new patterns most Fridays and many are free for a limited time. I hope to see you there.
Talk to ya soon.
XOXOXOÂ Chandi
Question please.
How do you get your color rows blocked so perfectly when the yarn changes colors randomly?
A great tool to use to make sure all of your rows and edges are perfectly straight is to use a gridded blocking mat. I will link to the ones that we use. 🙂 https://www.amazon.com/shop/expressionfiberarts
Do you have a pattern download for Coriandoli that can be printed? I knit better from a printed pattern, than video. Thank you.
Yes I have a question. How do I knit left-handed as I am left-handed
Hi Alana, when knitting left-handed all movements are mirrored compared to knitting right-handed. Unfortunately, we don’t have a tutorial on this but I found a Youtube video where they show how it’s done. I hope this helps: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OhiKp9Y7cgM&t=287s
Have a wonderful day! 💕
