This year I’m looking forward to less stress.
Hello Chandi,
many greetings from Germany.
We all think about health and well-being.
But I am also looking for small goals. For example, I want to learn to knit according to English instructions.
I am looking forward to knitting with the four EFA kits I received for Christmas! I have patterns chosen for Mysa, Japanese Maple and Dried Herbs, but can’t find the perfect piece to show off my Iridescent Hues kit, any suggestions?
I live in Costa Rica and is not easy or cheap to find good yarn. And to be honest you’re is stunning.
Thanks for letting about the yarn.
Greeting
Hi! My resolution is to create my own designs and knit them. I am looking forward to combine colors and textures from all my learning the past years.
Thanks!
First of all, Happy New Year!
OMG, Chandi, all my favorite colors this month, pinks, purples, lavender, and rose, love it 🧶❤️💜!
In 2021, I’m mostly looking forward to seeing my family again. Since all of them live in Europe it’s been infrequently already before the pandemic hit but as you can imagine with the year we had it was just impossible. I’m really having my 🤞 for October 2021 so that my mom and brother can come to visit 😍
What are you most looking forward to?
I am looking forward to seeing my family as well! ❤️
I’m looking forward to the world being normal again. I want to go out and live like i used to. Not stay at home and live in fear. That’s not living.
Happy new year!
I hope to realise all my projects in knitting and crocheting. There are hundreds of things I want to do 😁
Happy New Year to all from a cold and misty lockdowned London (UK!). I’m looking forward to spending as much time as possible with my family, especially my new granddaughter born on 18 December and so far only seen through glass! Thank you Chandi for the beautiful patterns you have shown us. I’m hoping to get good enough to make some of them this year.
First of all.. Happy New Year to you all!! I really love the colors, the shades of pink remind me of spring. I love spring, that’s THE season to wear shawls and wraps. So I’m looking forward to making lots of shawls and wraps this year, also because I am not working at the moment (lost my job end of 2020) I can crochet all day, every day. And maybe learn to knit 😁
Happy New Year!
I love this stunning collection of yarn. The colors are soooooo beautiful.
I am looking forward to end of this pandemic. I am looking forward to meeting my family and my mom specially.
I am looking forward to read more books this year. Also, knit or crochet shawls from expression fiber arts collection.
Good luck everyone!
Happy New Year, Chandi! In 2021, I’m looking forward to having my new knitting & crochet space completed and organized!
Happy New year Chandi! I am looking forward to when I can hug people again.
Ooh! I am looking forward to hopefully traveling to someplace warm, with a beach!
Had to cancel all of 2020s attempts ☹️
But it’s a new year~
Came to say the same thing! & watching my littles grow.
Hi,
Your colours of yarn is amazing.
I am looking forward to learn more and more from you.
Planning to crochet new stuff for babies in my family, nephew and nieces.
Happy New Year! I’m looking forward to spending time creating beautiful crochet xox My family is mostly in the UK so I don’t see them often anyway, but my children are all close still xox
I’m looking forward to eating out!
I can’t wait to be able to go to fiber festivals again and feel all the luscious yarns!
Hi Chandi! I’m looking forward to knitting more sweater patterns and maybe hugging some friends<3
I’m looking forward to seeing my Grandkids and spending quality time with Famoly and Friends
I am looking forward to being able to travel again to see my family.
I don’t really know if there is anything special I’m looking forward to. I do have some tournaments scheduled to play in, there isn’t much else I do besides go to work and craft.
What would I make with the purple?
I think I would make myself a shirt. I haven’t crafted for myself in a while and purple looks good on me.
Thank you for the chance to win!
I am looking forward to learning new knitting and crocheting techniques and making hats and scarves as gifts and for charity.
If pandemic conditions improve, I’m looking forward to a trip to the beach.
Hello Chandi ❤
Happy new year!! I am looking forward to moving this year! My husband I have lived in new england the majority of our lives and we are over the cold! We have made plans to move to NV in march/april and I’m soooo EXCITED! I feel like this is a good year to make a change.
I’m looking forward to making a dent in my WIP pile! I keep starting new projects and having to buy more needles because mine are all in use. 😂
I, too, am looking forward to getting this whole pandemic thing under wraps so I can visit my parents and my daughter… I will be SO HAPPY to see them again! 💕💖💕
I’m looking forward to continue to appreciate each day a little more the small daily joys and to be able to share them with my loved ones. 🙂 (And I find your wools really splendid. I hope one day to be able to afford them) 🙂
I am most looking forward to seeing family and friends in person, and not on the computer! I miss travel and hanging out in coffee shops and yarn stores, and my kiddo being in school vs virtually, but really, for me, everything else can wait 🙂
This year, I want my “business” to do well. I am only 11 years old and it is probably going to be very hard. I love crocheting and I have an Instagram so please follow me at instagram.com/handmade_by_karaw/?hl=en. My username is handmade_by_karaw.
H A P P Y N E W Y E A R ! ! !
Hi Chandi, happy new year to you and your love ones.
Hope this year will be magical.
I don’t make resolutions, but I’m hoping that I will enjoying myself and self healing by doing what I love and that’s knitting, crocheting and embroidery.
My main focus will be on my eldest son, that six months ago had a stem cell transplant, so that he can go on living a better life with his illness MS. So I have to say knitting especially has been my salvation. Since I’m his caregiver and have gone through so much. But I’m very blessed that I’m able to be his caregiver and blessed that I have my knitting to calm my soul when I most need it. Love your videos watch them always. And once again thank you for your beautiful patterns, I have made many of them.
Love you,beautiful soul.
Happy New Year, Chandi! I am looking forward to my daughter graduating from high school and starting college this year.
I´m looking forward to knit more 🙂 I hope I can knit with new people and meet the old ones, if it will be save.
Happy New Year! The holiday present I am most excited about is the three skeins of organic hues pearlescent fingering yarn my husband gave me! I’ll share a photo of the sweater I’m making when it’s finished! The colors are just spectacular and the texture wonderful to feel as I knit.
Happy New year! Like most I am looking forward to see my family again and most of all to hug my parents. I can’t wait for things to get back to “normal”. Stay safe!
Happy new year! Thank you so much for another amazing contest and for all of the beautiful free patterns. I’m looking forward to more knitting time during long boring Zoom meetings. Telework definitely has its perks.
Happy New Year! Hope you and those all around you and close to you stays safe, healthy and is successful!
Good morning Beautiful People!
This year, provided all the travel restrictions where I am are lifted, I am most looking forward to going and seeing my soul sister in another province.
Other than that, I’m looking forward to continuing to build my skills in knitting and crocheting. Currently learning the foundation single crochet and the beginning done crochet for the Doradus shawl.
Definitely looking forward to spring! Warmer weather and more daylight!
My birthday is this month and pink is my color. Hope this a good sign. How much fun it would be to knit with this beautiful yarn when I win it. 😉
I am looking forward to all the new color combinations. Due to the pandemic, I have had the opportunity to stay home and knit to my heart’s content but I am ready for this pandemic to be over so my husband and I can return to traveling. I try to pick up yarn everywhere we go so am ready to get back on the road.
Happy New Year! I’m looking forward to the truth coming out – so much change is coming and it is really exciting! xx
BEAUTIFUL COLORS IN THIS GIVEAWAY! I am looking forward for my entire family getting together as this annoying “pandemic” winds down. I also aim to try to be more positive and joyful every day.
I am looking forward to my daughter and son in law moving back home this year. He is an active duty marine and they are currently stationed out of state and he will be done in November. Will be nice to have all my kids in the same area again.
Happy new year! This year I’m looking forward to spending lots of time with my brand new grandson born January 2nd. Hopefully we’re not locked down again so I can keep getting those baby snuggles.
I am looking forward to teaching classes again (knitting, crochet, tunisian crochet) and our weekly sip & stitch gatherings. I really miss that.
The color of your yarns are absolutely gorgeous! In this new year I am looking forward to being able to walk again. I broke my foot last year and my recovery has been more difficult than expected. Also, I am looking forward to many more knitting projects.
I think I’m looking forward to graduating high school this year. Although I’m not that excited about making decisions about college, I can’t wait to be out of high school!
Love you yarns! Just finished a project with a gray pearlesence and it is fabulous!!!!
Beautiful yarns! As always….
Happy New Year to All! 2021 brings the promise of beautiful sky, fresh crisp air, and cozy evenings with the family! We’re looking forward to putting in a spring garden and our annual beach trip in August. This year we’re also taking an April trip to Gatlinburg to celebrate hubby’s birthday – big 6-0!! It seems like just yesterday we were silly 20-somethings getting married!
Each month, I think “these are the best”- but you keep outdoing yourself!
I just want to keep creating.
I’m looking forward to a vaccine! 😁
This year I am most looking forward to starting my new internship in a few weeks.
I got a rigid heddle loom for Christmas so am really looking forward to working on my technique with weaving and getting into this new art.
Hi!!
I’m kinda looking forward to turning 30 next month and finishing my first pattern design 😍😍😍
I don’t even know where to begin to answer your question. I think I have been in survival mode for so long – continuing to work and keep up the work pace while assisting two children with virtual school. I am looking forward to LIVING, not just SURVIVING. I am looking forward to some return to normalcy – to seeing and visiting with people. I am truly thankful for technology and how it has allowed us to remain connected, but it’s not for me. I miss the “in-person”. I look forward to LIVING “in-person”.
Hi Chandi!
Thank you for your art/craft! You do beautiful things!! Love receiving your emails too!
I hope this year the world heals and we can all have peace … health and kindness!
I really try to cherish everyday and moment.
Take care!
Carol 🌞🌞
Love all the colors. Your yarns are so scrumptious!!!!! Love ya Chandi!!!
This year….I want to take the lessons of peace and self and continue to grow. Stop sweating the small stuff and enjoy what is right before me.
Spring. It’s so cold!
Thank you Chandi, this giveaway is gorgeous! This year I’m looking forward to hopefully being able to take the road trip with mom that we were planning last year.
Happy New Year !
This is totally me, the colors. I am most looking forward to our world healing. And while it heals, I plan to make as many things with yarn, paint, reading a good book as possible. Healing happening in so many lives. I also plan to get healthier than ever. Stay well and blessed.
I am looking forward to finally learning to knit something! I am a longtime crocheter and I want to move out of my comfort zone with that and add knitting to my hobbies. I know basic knit/pearl and can make a simple scarf or hat, but I know I am capable of more confidence with it. Thank you for hosting this giveaway!
Looking forward to learning new knitting techniques to build upon and create.
Congrats Rachel! What luscious colours and textures in the January Giveaway, Chandi. I’m looking forward to acknowledging and appreciating small progress / successes in work and leisure, and seeing my parents in person again. Have been missing the hugs of my older children when they visit! ;-(
I recently got back in to knitting and i’m looking forward to expanding my techniques and making a shawl for a christmas present.
I am most looking forward to visiting with family again, when it’s safe to do so. My mother in law passed in the winter before Covid-19 hit, and we’ve been unable to hold a service for family to say goodbye. It’s been a tough year for everyone. I also look forward to the end of phrases like, “the new normal” and “social/physical distancing.” The mental health fallout from the pandemic is going to take a generation to remedy. I sincerely look forward to real social activity that gets our resilience and capacity to cope back up. Happy new year all!
I am looking forward to being able to hug my mom who is in a nursing home, and take her out for lunch etc. We do video chats and window visits when the weather is nice, but she hasn’t been out of there in nearly a year and it’s just heartbreaking because she doesn’t really understand what is going on with the pandemic like we do.
I’m not sure I’m optimistic enough to actually look forward to it yet, but in 2021 I’m really hoping to be able to travel again. I miss seeing friends and family, and exploring beautiful new places.
2021 goal – finish several incomplete projects and prioritize my planned projects – try some new techniques along the way!
Such beautiful yarn! I can hardly wait for all the new projects to make this year as well as spring. Bring on the beautiful spring flowers!
Happy new year Chandi. The January colors are my colors. I so hope I win. Looking forward to maNY new ideas and colors. I love all the colors you make.
I’m looking forward to all the knitting projects I have queued up! And, eventually…traveling again!!
Hi Chandi! I’m looking forward to embracing the unexpected this year. Hopefully fewer unexpected things but I guess we will see! Thank you so much for your positivity and optimism, and for sharing your creativity with us.
Looking forward to several more months of wintery knitting time and then hopefully a visit with my daughter and her family.
Happy New Year! This year I am looking forward to the positive things it can and will bring. Patience, calm, kindness and peace we all need these.
I’m looking forward to doing some of things I love again. My youngest is getting more independent and allowing more time for myself.
Hi Chandi!! I started knitting this year to relieve stress from nursing school and work in the hospital. Whew! It has been about as expensive as therapy, turns out! Haha. I’ve knit mostly gifts, like baby blankets, hats (3 colors in my own design as well!), scarves, baby booties (only one…. so far…), the beginnings of a gnome for under the Christmas tree and lastly, I’ve got plans to design/alter my own sweater with the help of your patterns!
Very much looking forward to supporting your business.
XOXO Cass
I’m looking forward to getting more crocheting and knitting done, and maybe even attempting to design a shawl, or probably a scarf to start with since it’s smaller!
I am looking forward to learning so much from you and enjoying the array of beautiful yarns you offer.
Happy New Year!☀️🌺🪴
Terry
OMG all my favourite colours AND my birthday is January 7th!!!! Crossing everything to win this for myself!!!
I am looking forward to the pandemic improving, getting my vaccine shots along with my husband, and a much needed vacation to the beach for some R & R if conditions permit. We love the beach in the spring and fall when it is not too hot and not too crowded. Also to be able to continue my knitting and crocheting. For my knitting groups to be able to meet again in person and my Native American flute group and handmade book groups to be able to meet again. Most of all for everyone to be safe and to stay well. WEAR THAT MASK
I am looking forward to a beautiful spring with lots of flowers and a healing for our country. I also wanted to save $ this year and curb my spending on yarn but you keep coming up with the most gorgeous colors ever…they keep getting better and better. So goodbye will power and Hello More Yarn!!!
Happy New Year Chandi! I am looking forward to a brighter year this year, and have some pretty substantial plans for my knitting! I have a lot of family that loves my “grab bag” at Christmas, which includes simple things like dishcloths and spa cloths, scarves, hats and fingerless mitts all the way to cozy blankets (which are very special items to TV watchers in a cool house). Now that the kids are turning into adults and moving out on their own, they each get a blanket for their homes and families. This keeps grandma busy!!! Take care and enjoy your 2021. Thanks for keeping us inspired!
Oh my goodness, such a stunning bunch of yarn happiness! This year I am looking forward to being able to knit together with my friends- and HUGS!!
I am looking forward to being able to travel again and see my family. I miss them dearly!
Hi Chandi,
Thank you for another gorgeous giveaway opportunity.
My New Years resolution is to bust my stash. Between late 2019 and all of COVID my yarn accumulation has been unreal. Buying beautiful hand dyed yarn and planning what to make with it brings me so much joy, but I’m running out of space and it’s getting expensive. So I want to make the patterns I planned to make with the yarn I have (one of which is your World Tour with your oasis camel silk fingering yarn in paprika!), which means my purchasing of yarn this year is going to be eliminated as much as possible. Therefore winning a giveaway like yours would be so so awesome, but I will be happy for whomever wins since they will be the luckiest person in this yarn world of ours 🙂
I am looking forward to making some favorite projects in great yarn, a well as enjoying time with family and friends.
Happy New Year Chandi! This new year I’m looking forward to being able to save enough to splurge on your ilustrrious yarn! Your photos are so captivating & when you post pictures showing how the yarn would lay, is Extremely helpful for me. THAnk you for doing that! Have a superb day!
Happy New Year! Two years ago we moved a 7 hour drive away from friends and my (adult) kids for my husband’s job. I can’t wait until this pandemic is under control enough that we can start visiting back and forth again! It’s a long drive, but we took turns making it. 🙂 Also hugs, and seeing smiles.
I love the colors for this month’s give away. I am looking forward to gaining calm and peace in my life through mindfulness training.
As always, a lovely selection of yarns in such gorgeous colorways! What do I look forward to this year? I so want the freedom to go about as I did over a year ago prior to Covid, to meet with my friends for lunch, to not be lonely as I am now, and to be able to just get out and about for not just the things I must have but to browse a store and see things I’ve looked forward to such as the art museum without fearing for my life – and of course wear a few of the things I’ve knitted and have never had the opportunity to do so.
Happy New Year!!
I’m looking forward to some great knit & crochet patterns from you and also hoping for a return to some form of normal!
Congrats Rachel Steufert!!!!!! and for everyone HAPPY AND INSPIRATION 2021 <3
Thank you, Chandi, for all of your beautiful patterns and wool and inspiration!
Love, Marga Boot from The Netherlands
Looking forward to be able to travel to see family again! Go away, Virus!
Just wanted to let you know I really like the cherry blossom packaging my recent order of yarn came in. Also love the yarn. Keep up the great work!
I have joined a community that focuses on positive growth in three areas: mind, body, and finances. Already experiencing results. So excited for the year ahead. Part of my healthy mind/ meditation plan is knitting! Yay!
I’m hoping to start teaching crochet online this year. I want others to enjoy the process of taking beautiful yarn, such as yours Chandi, and turn it into a piece of wearable art.
These are gorgeous colors! I am looking forward to the end of this pandemic and getting back to seeing family again, not just talking on the phone.
I want to learn more about shawl structure and design this year.
Wishing you a happy, healthy new year!
I look forward to worrying less about my loved ones as the vaccine gets rolled out. I can get more crafting done when I can relax a bit.
I’m looking forward to seeing more of Europe than just my front and back yard! Train rides spent knitting, medieval fests, Christmas markets, castles. So much to look forward to!
Just when you think the beautiful yarn giveaway colors can’t be any more gorgeous……WOW!!! What luscious tones and halo!!! What I am looking forward to this year is doing much more knitting, and staring to spin again – which I haven’t done in a long time.
Chandi, these colors are gorgeous!! The thing I look forward to the most is, get vaccinated and hopefully be able to travel to Germany to visit my 87 year old mother. I try to go once a year, but I’m so worried that it won’t happen, due to the pandemic.
I’m looking forward to visiting the country I grew up in, Germany and going on a weekend trip to Chicago this year!
Hi Chandi,
I am looking forward to getting back to normal!
Crocheting and quilting have been keeping me busy but visiting with family and friends is my wish for this year.
Hope you have a great year!
Soaking up the beautiful colors. Enjoy your day.
This year I’m looking forward to finally moving out and getting a decent flat to myself. Also I aim for finishing all my knit- and crochet projects that I couldn’t finish last year, but that is easier said than done. Just yesterday I started on a new sweater … again 🙂
Vaccine and normal life!
I am looking forward to getting the vaccine and getting to see my family again without worries!
I am looking forward to getting the vaccine and getting to see my family again without worries!
Happy New Year! I am looking forward to going out and meeting with my friends.
I am looking forward to getting my vaccine and being able to go out into the world again
My new years resolution is get closer to God and learn to knit. Thank you for another fabulous give away sunshine. Love ya God Bless.
I am looking forward to finishing more WIPs!! Lol!! Plus trying out some of your delicious yarns in such beautiful colors!! 😍
I’m looking forward to having dinner with friends and hugging them.
More than anything I’m looking forward to human contact outside my household. This no hugging business just sucks. I’m a hugger. I still catch myself stretching out my hands toward folks. My arms ache. My heart aches.
2021 please bring back hugs. And closeness. And human contact. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I am looking forward to (hopefully!) getting to take our vacation on Prince Edward Island, Canada in September. We had to cancel last year, of course. It’s the most beautiful and relaxing place I have ever been and we’d planned to start making it a yearly thing after our first vacation there in 2019 so I’ve got my fingers crossed for this year. Staying safe and healthy is most important of course so we’ll stay home if we need to but I really, really, REALLY want to go back! 🙂
Happy 2021! I am looking forward to putting more balance into my life. I found that working from home turned me into a workaholic, so I’m looking forward to getting back into some of my hobbies that I let fall to the wayside in 2020- including knitting
Love these shades of pink, raspberry, mauve, etc. Beautiful selection.
Happy New Year! Looking forward to being able to spend time with family and friends again. And more knitting, knitting, knitting…
I just love all your colors. Sooo creative
We haven’t seen any of my DH’s family since Christmas of 2019. We have a grandhephew we have never met, and a grandniece due next month. My in-laws are 92 and 89. In my heart of hearts, my most fervent wish is to be able to meet with them and hug them all.
These are incredibly beautiful! I love your sense of color. In 2021, I want to find a way to give more help to more people. That’s it, really.
I am so looking forward to the end of the pandemic. I lost a close friend to cancer at the start of the pandemic because she could not get treatment. That was followed by our overseas trip being canceled to see our son whom we have not seen in 8 years; and his partner lost her father to Alzheimer’s disease. But the hardest part was losing our four-legged companion right before the holidays, and now our house is way too quiet. We are on a wait list for a golden doodle next fall. I look forward to being back together with my knitting group, our ukulele club, and my two quilt clubs.
❤️❤️
I’m just looking forward to hopefully getting to spend time with family.
I really want to get better at my knitting this year, want to make some shawls.I love watching you live, you are so adorable the color palettes aof your yarn are stunning 😍
Im looking forward to me and my family getting back on our feet and having our own place and me finally getting to go back to work since I was pregnant with my son.
Your yarn has spoiled me for all other yarn! I’m looking forward to completing lots of projects (yarn and otherwise!) this year
Wow, the colours are to dye for this month. OK, so I love the colours every month, but really! This year I look forward to finishing my WIPs and starting new projects, including an afghan for my nephew’s new home.
Loving the purples! I’m most looking forward making more projects 🙂
I love those colors! I could make such beautiful things with them. This year I am looking forward to making Mysa with the Pearlescent Mysa Hues collection. The beads are on order, my yarn is wound, and I can hardly wait to get started. What I love most about this pattern (besides how beautiful it is! Ha!) is learning new things such as beading, dropped stitches, and picking up stitches. I also love your pearlescent yarns and I know it’s going to be great working with it.
Thanks for doing such an awesome giveaway. I’m looking forward to finishing a blanket. I plan to start crocheting it today and working on it a little each day. I hope to have a bedspread by the end of the year. I like tackling big projects in small bites.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!! Thank you so much for your generosity with your beautiful giveaways. I lost my husband in August 2020, not CoVid related. I have dug into crocheting and knitting.
would love to enjoy these colors that I will win this month. what I am looking forward to is a beautiful 2021, no matter what it brings. Working part-time outside the home and updating the house, leaves with with evening where I can relax and jump in the empty tub and throw yarn around 🙂 and of course making beautiful items to gift. I love the Inspirational card that you include with your yarns. Wishing there were more handmade stitch markers for sale on the accessories tab. Alas, maybe soon, I keep checking!! here’s to a wonderful 2021…it’s all about one’s own attitude about life that carries us through each day.
❤️
I really enjoy your video’s. It’s nice to see someone who loves what they’re doing. Thanks for your enthusiasm…it’s helped me get through this craziness! Hugs from more than six feet away!
Hoping things start getting better sometime this year. Need to visit my family, my friend is getting married, hoping to do some travel…
I’m looking forward to the pandemic ending
Oh I wanna squish it all
Anything purple to match my hair!
Happy New Year Chandi!
I hope you and your family are well and staying safe. This year my hope is to be able to get together with fiber friends and attend some fiber festivals! 😊
I’m looking forward to more normality and hopefully being able to resume regularly going to my local yarn shop for our Morning Maker meetings twice monthly which stopped last March due to the pandemic. Staying in touch via social media isn’t the same as in person plus social distancing is killing all of us people who hug alot as greeting. Maybe I’ll even finish both my Adeline shawls I started last year but dropped to hand sew several flower garden quilt tops.
Beautiful yarns…as usual. Thank you and Happy New Year.
I look forward to traveling and seeing family and doing things! Although, I must say my knitting projects have multiplied this past year! Love, love, love your yarns!
My family
Happy New Year to all! I am looking forward to changes in our government, changes in the way we handle this pandemic, and changes in my life as I focus more on writing, with a good bit of knitting to keep me sane!
I am looking forward to seeing more of my family and sharing the word of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Happy New Year to everyone.
So looking forward to Wisconsin State and County fair. I always enter my knitting every year and both fairs were canceled in 2020.
Hi Chandi,
You are such an inspiration. I am looking forward to inner peace and joy. I want 2021 to be my year of a spiritual journey.
This yarn is, as are all your yarns, absolutely gorgeous. I am working on a shawl using your Mysa Hues Pearlescent Fingering kit. I love, love, love it and look forward to finishing this project in the next little while, then I can begin another project. Thank you for all of your encouragement and uplifting messages 🙂
I’m looking forward to life returning to a more normal pattern. Being able to travel and see family again.
I am looking forward to working. I only worked 4 months last year. That meant, however that I had 8 months to improve my crochet & knitting (and BTW, thank you for your video tutorials on the continental stitch.). Hopefully this year I won’t get laid off; but if I do, my back up plan is in place. Fortunately I can also stitch at work, and am now much better than I was last year.
Thank you for the giveaway Chandi. I hope you and Tim have a wonderful, blessed year this year.
Chandi, I love your yarns. The colors are amazing and it’s so soft, always a pleasure to work with
LOVE LOVE LOVE these colors. So fantastic! Thank you, Chandi!
I am looking forward to a family vacation. We had to postpone last year and I am so excited to see everyone. HaPpY nEw YeAr!!!
This year I am most looking forward to creating things for my family!
Being reunited with family.
Happy New Year Chandi!
What amazing delicious colours. Already planning what patterns to use.
Looking forward to seeing my family and surprising them with crocheted and knitted goodies.
Take care 😍
Absolutely beautiful!!! I’m looking forward making some beautiful winter soups and cuddling up with my knitting in the evenings!
I am looking forward to exploring the new life path I’m starting this year while bringing along my comforts of knitting and baking!
Chandi, Happy New Year! Your yarn is just gorgeous, just like you! I always love watching you model your creations. I knit and crochet for many charities through two groups currently on Zoom weekly; hats and scarves for the homeless, chemo caps and knitted knockers for cancer patients and beanies for babies in the NICU. I am hoping to do more knitting and crocheting of personal items for my four granddaughters, ages 2, 3, 4 and 7, this year, and be able to actually take them from my home in Florida to my granddaughters in Washington, DC, who I have not seen since before Covid hit this country. Stay safe, everyone!
I am most looking forward to seeing family and friends and getting my knitting experience up this year! Though I have been crocheting for quite a few years now, I just started knitting in 2020, and I still have a lot to learn.
What I want for 2021 is to continue to be amazed at how truly blessed my family and I are. I also want to do more knitting and sewing throughout the year. I definitely want to see more peace and calm throughout the USA and the rest of the world, a world of smiles, respect, and compromise. Thank you for this great giveaway!!
These colors are just beautiful!!! I see machine knit scarves out of them. And a woven cowl. Just beautiful.
Your colors are so gorgeous, as always!
This year I am hopeful that the vaccine will help us find a way to a new normal, and I am hopeful for empathy for all human beings, from all human beings, so that we care about each other and our health. I am looking forward to being able to see friends in 3D again, not just on a screen, especially my knitting group.
Happy New Year! My most fervent prayer is that we finally get past the pandemic. I did your winter KAL and am hoping to keep my knitting mojo going. My #1 resolution for this year is to sort out, clean out and declutter my yarn, needles, patterns and projects. Looking forward to a busy year 🙂❤️
Chandi Happy New Year to you and your hubby. I love your yarn. I’m never ever disappointed in any of them. The sheen from the mulberry silk just gets me every single time. You have such a gift when it comes to the combining of colors. I look forward to every Friday to see what yarn is new and what you used it in. I love the patterns and I have a boat full of them. There isn’t anything that I love more than a shawl that has beautiful stitches, and you have found designers that make your yarn the perfect pairing. I can’t wait to see what is new this year.
I look forward to spending more time with others creating new memories.
Happy New Year, I hope you are doing well and have an awesome year.
I am looking forward to knitting the Buttefly Shawl this year.
I’m looking forward to my son finishing chemotherapy and all of us getting vaccinated. Hopefully that will enable us to start travelling again.
I am looking forward to being able to take a vacation. I NEED a vacation. 🙂 Someplace with sunshine and water, and places to eat that are open for business. Remember when we could “dine-in” instead of just getting “take-out”? Those were the days. 😀
Happy New Year. I sure am glad 2020 is over and hopefully 21 will be better. I am most looking forward to being able to take a vacation this year. I work in a hospital and last year was very trying. No time to get any needle time in. Will be grateful fir the break this year.
I’m just looking forward to a return to normalcy. For my kids to be able to go back to school, for me to be able to go to my downtown Minneapolis office, to be able to hug and have celebrations and go to restaurants and plays and concerts. I’ll never take these things for granted again.
Happy new year! I am looking forward to a semblance of normalcy—and not the “new normal” that they keep wanting us to get used to, but the “old normal” that everyone craves. I’m just optimistic enough to think that I might actually be able to go to a restaurant this year!
I think I’m looking forward to traveling once things clear up. I’m ready for a change of scenery!
Firstly Happy New Year! I’m looking forward to finishing the four projects that I’ve started since new year! 2 Blanket cals, a set consisting of some arm length fingerless gloves and matching beanie (in black, thank heavens for my head torch), and a lovely pink shawl. 🙂
Happy New Year!
I look forward to continuing my goal of taking daily walks. With the new pandemic routines for work and kids’ school it’s been really hard to stay active. Daily walks are key to feeling mildly normal 🙂
I also hope to win one of these giveaways 😉 – exchange rate plus shipping = just not quite affordable right now. If I do win I’ll even offer to help you with the cost of shipping 😉
Love your positive messages too!
Beautiful colors as always. I have more pattern I love than time to make them.
Looking forward to making crocheted things for a charity fundraiser for my friend’s animal sanctuary. Love animals!
Happy New Year Chandi! Always love seeing your lovely yarns, some of which are in my stash.
I look forward to meeting my new grandson that was born in December. And seeing his older brother again. Don’t know when that will happen. Looking forward to seeing family and friends again.

Hello Chandi!
My hope for 2020 is that the vaccines are successful in helping the world get back on it’s feet, especially those who have suffered fear, loss, and economic crisis because of the pandemic. Personally, I pray for peace in my life and to enjoy the tranquility of knitting for others and myself.
Your yarns are stunning and I love that you share you inspiration photos with the unveiling of each one.
Beautiful days to you and yours,
Robin
I am looking forward to a happier, healthier world, and finishing some projects.
I look forward to complete my MBA
Hi! Such beautiful yarn!
Honestly this year I’m just hoping to get through it. Its been a tough few years and I am hoping this year has less bumps in the road so to speak. With everything going on I hope everyday that friends, family and everyone else stay safe and that we can all look forward to better times ahead.
Happy new year. Hope that this year will be one of joy and hope for us all. Those colours beg to become a slipstravaganza shawl in all its monstrous beauty. 😘💞💞💞
Happy New Year Chandi! I am looking forward to not having to wear a mask when out in public and am really looking forward to my fiance being able to come home from rehab after he broke a hip. I am also looking forward to a productive year with my knitting.
Wishing everyone a Happy and Healthy New Year.
Hi Chandi,
Wishing you a healthy and blessed New Year!
As I am sure everyone else is, I’m looking forward to not wearing a mask when I go out. I am also looking forward to maybe visiting family.
OMGoodness! What would I make with all that gorgeous yarn? It’s hard to say as I have had so many patterns on the back burner. I had broken my wrist really bad about 6 months ago and I am just getting back into the swing of things. All I’ve been doing, is downloading your patterns. LOL I have had the Edison sweater and Renata Shawl in mind for a while, your sugarbush shawl, And I just started knitting before I broke my wrist and I would like to try your Mind the Gap to scarf that looks interesting and easy. So OMGoodness…As you can see, so many things I want to make!
Love you! 💕
I am hoping for a most positive outcome for this year.
Hi Chandi, I would love to get back into knitting again in 2021. I Love drooling over all your beautiful yarns and patterns. I especially enjoy the encouraging words you send, too!
I couldn’t think of anything to look forward to for this year. Then a saw Kara’s post, and now I’m looking forward to see all the wonderful things she’ll make! Great job young lady!
I just love the Colours and yarn. It’s soft and beautiful.
Beautiful yarns! I would make the Dreamscape Sweater for sure. Then on we of your crocheted sharks and I would share with my yarn group for sure!
Happy New Year! You make such beautiful string that gets the creative juices flowing. I would love to make a shawl or two, or ??. Such loveliness.
This year, I’m most looking forward to attending the next session of zoom lectures/art classes the London Drawing Group is doing, and learning some new knitting stitches! My cat is also looking forward to my continued knitting (though he pounces the knitting needles more than the yarn)!
Your color work is incredible. This month’s are exactly my colors. Stay safe and healthy.
Hello dear! I greet you from Santiago de Chile and with you I learned to knit in quarantine, I have used different patterns to make my projects as a gift to the family, I started with my daughters and now I make a shawl for my own.
These days I resume my English studies at Pathway Connect and I already feel that it will be very helpful in moving forward in this life that will inherit my beautiful daughters.
When I saw those wools I fell in love with every color and shine, they blow my mind with ideas and projects for each one!
Last year was wonderful (I needed all those opportunities and moments in home), this year will be the year of full mummy, full knitting, full study and full in love with family.
I send you a huge hug from here!
Hi Chandi, For this year, I am looking forward to finishing some WIPs knitting related and overall household items. But more importantly, I am looking forward to quality times with my family and friends and find much more needed peace on these times. Thanks!

This year I’m hoping to find direction in my life. I have a lot of little (and big) things pulling me in multiple directions and some dark clouds on the horizon, but I’m hoping to find clarity and direction by taking things one day at a time.

This year, as every year, I want my family and friends to have continued happiness, health and prosperity. I am grateful for all that I have and I never want to take anything for granted. I have love and a peaceful life, what more could I really ask for?
Oh, I’m looking forward to so many things this year!! In the fiber arts world, I’ve set a goal for myself to learn color work and make one item for ME this year! ☺️
2020 taught me to be kind to myself and enjoy the simpler things in life – family, friends, good health.
Hi Chandi!
Thank you for all of your hard work in 2020. As always, it brings so much beauty into my life (in the form of scarves, shawls, blankets, and sweaters!). My goal is to complete at least eight knitted projects in 2021. Lord knows I have the yarn stash for it. I am also looking forward to traveling to Charlotte to visit my sweet niece and nephew. Wishing you all the happiness a year can provide in 2021!

Truly beautiful yarn! I love the colors. This year I am looking forward to knitting several shawls from patterns you have generously shared. And trying to spread as much kindness as I can.
Stunning giveaway, as always!
What am I looking forward to most this year? It feels like a loaded question after 2020. And with this year still facing many of the same problems, I want to focus on self care. Learn from the mistakes of my previous year. Physical and emotional health are so important, but I think a lot of us just got down over the months. This year is a chance for a fresh start, even if we are still facing lockdowns and whatnot. We have to remember to take care of ourselves and help those around us to do the same. Keep in touch with family and friends, exercise, take up a hobby, have a bubble bath, read a book, and get outside! Anything to keep our mental and physical health while staying safe. But let’s hope for a better year this year! 🙂
Happy New Year darling Chandi. You have outdone yourself, what an awesome palette of colour…..Lv it sweetheart. God bless, stay safe….be happy ❤️❤️
HAPPY NEW YEAR!! My most fervant prayer is for us to see an end to the pandemic. I completed your winter KAL and hope that I can keep my knitting mojo going. I really want to spend time sorting, organizing and decluttering my yarn, needles, patterns and projects. Looking forward to a busy year. 🙂❤️
What I’m looking forward to this year is healing from losing my dad.
Sending you love. ❤️
Hi chandi❤️i expect to look forward to mental peace and success this year ❤️ would love to know yours❤️❤️
I’m looking forward to the (hopeful) shift in tide regarding the pandemic, as well as hopefully expanding my abilities in knitting and crocheting by challenging myself to more difficult projects!

Happy and a healthy new year!
I’m looking forward to tons of yarn and lace knitting. I just finished a project with your Enduring Worsted and will only use this yarn for a project that calls for it.
On a side note, I’m looking for a lace weight gradient. Any suggestions?
I’m looking forward to traveling again this year (pandemic permitting) I love visiting new places and stopping at LYS.
Hi Chandi, many greetings from Germany. I’m looking forward for less stress this year and I hope for better health. Knitting and crocheting helps me to reduce the stress of Homeoffice and Homeschooling. And of course, I hope to make some of your gorgeous knitting / crocheting instructions for myself, not only things for my kids 😅🙈
Hi Chandi;
Thank you so much for everything you do. I appreciate your messages filled with good will, it brightens up my day.
What I wish for most for 2021 is a return to HUGS. I miss church gatherings, family togetherness, hanging out with friends, but mostly hugs.
I’m looking forward to seeing my family.
Hi Chandi! Thank you so much for being wonderful and creating this lovely source of gorgeous yarn and inspiration! What would I do with these colors? It’s fun to think about… I think I’d choose one of your delicious crochet patterns and cozy up in front of the Great British Baking show with our kitties while my husband does some crafting at the dining table…
Happy New Year! This year I’m looking forward to spending time with family and to resuming my travel plans when this pandemic is over. I’m also looking forward to continuing my knitting projects, of which I have many! 😀

Those colors are fabulous and sing to me!
This year I am looking forward to my son getting married. It’s going to be a pandemically dictated tiny wedding, and very intimate. With this marriage I will triple my number of grandchildren from 2 to 6 when you add the new steps! There’s always something good to be grateful for, even when times are tough.
Looking forward to new beginnings and lots of knit time.
This is absolutely beautiful yarn… I love the colors
Hello!
The past two years, starting in February, I have made Christmas presents for my family – 5 sweaters/cardighans each year. This year, I am going to make some for me, as I never seem to do. My family is very knitworthy, but so am I!! LOL
I’m looking forward to expanding as a knitwear designer and growing as a more mindful and confident person.
❤️❤️
All of these pinks are SO gorgeous!!!
In this new year I’m looking forward to spending more time with my chosen family and building relationships where III matter too. It is important to feel loved and supported by people you care about!
I’m most excited to start projects for my first grandbaby!
I’m looking forward to a larger vegetable garden and raising more chickens. I’m turning into an Organic farmer now that I’m “retired”. 😀
Happy New Year!!
My new years resolution is definitely to spend more time with my family. I think that with this last year that we all had, it has served as a reminder of how fragile life is and how much we have to enjoy the little things in life like family get together and going out with friends or simply being able to go out without worry.
What about you Chandi, what are you most looking forward to?
I am most looking forward to seeing my family. ❤️
Knitting indeed kept me sane this past year and will continue to do so through this year as well. I taught myself to knit while in nursing school as I discovered I retained info from the lectures better if my hands were busy (visual kinesthetic ). I had crocheted over thirty years before that! I live over 100 miles from a yarn shop so I love seeing your beautiful work here.
I cannot believe how beautiful these colours are!! Looking forward to designing a few crochet patterns this year. What are you looking forward to? Hope you have a lovely year x
Hi Chandi!
I am in love with your yarns and colorways!
I am hoping this New Year will allow me to do more knitting. Last year I was sidelined with an injury to my wrist and fingers. Getting older is very disconcerting at times…
Keep the lovely thoughts and wishes coming. I do look forward to your kindness.
Hiya! I am always amazed by your color combos! Spectacular! I’m fairly new to your channel and already have a to do list that is long. I’m a crocheted and would like to be come a decent knitter. Bring on the colors and choices for 2021!!
Happy 2021 to you and your team, Chandi! I’m looking forward to finishing up projects and launching new ones — knitting, weaving, and probably household projects (ugh!). My friend Greta just finished her second sweater with your yarn, and it is stunning! It feels soft and squishy with beautiful stitch definition.
Thank you for including such captivating photography with your lovely yarns, as well as for your uplifting personal notes.
All of the best!

Good afternoon Chandi,
As everyone else, I am looking forward to seeing my children and grandies. To enhance my skills in a couple of areas of needlework. I want to go to King Arthur Flour school in Vermont and learn to make the gorgeous sugar cookies I see. I want to go back to college for my PHD in Social Work with emphasis in Military Families. Not sure how many of these I will accomplish if any. But that’s the wish.
Happy New Year! These are gorgeous!! First of all, I’m looking forward to things getting back to “normal”! I’m also looking forward to knitting all the patterns I have!! Good luck everyone
I want to meet my siblings and their children. Haven’t been able to for months. You’re always so positive and that feels like sunshine. Happy New Year!
This year I’m looking forward to spending more time with my grandchildren (my children as well) I have 2 granddaughters. 1 was just born 2020 and I’ve only seen her 4 times due to lockdowns here in Canada and the Covid restrictions. Buuutttt I have been enjoying the extra time I have had to be able to knit and crochet the babies blankets, hats, cardigans, dresses, etc…
Greetings from Canada!
I hope you are all kick starting a healthy year with sparkles of joy found in new habits.
As I am facing health complications, I am now back into my old artsy loves: photography and painting… and as I am enjoying clothing since I was a baby I though of learning how to knit! When I found your channel on Youtube, Chandi, I knew right away that it is not too complicated and can be elegant. THANK YOU for sharing your marvelous art with the planet!
So, I would say that this year, I am looking forward to master knitting with your teachings.
All the best to you all and special thanks to Chandi for creating this vivid community!

When conditions improve, I’m looking forward to schools and my art class to be more normal. I miss teaching them techniques and materials that we just can’t do with things as they are. This is something I have struggled with off and on all school year, and did again today as I was planning for the next few weeks.

Hi Chandi!
Thank You for giving us the opportunity to win all of this GORGEOUS YARN!!
AS this year begins I pray constantly that we get this COVID-19 virus in check, so every person feels safe in their everyday lives again. That being said, which is my #1 wish for this New Year, followed by the ability to freely visit with my family members w/o worry of someone getting sick!
Sincerely, Shelly Calvert
OHHHHHHH, these colors are calling my name!!!!!
Don’t know if there has been a winner in Texas before, so let’s start the year right by picking my Name!!
I’m looking forward to my son finally being well, after 3 long months. And hoping my knee pain finally subsides.
I am really looking forward to the Rhinebeck Sheep and Wool Festival. It’s something that I was planning to do in 2020 for the first time and we all know that didn’t happen so I am hopeful that 2021 will be the year I get there!!!
I’m looking forward to heal & strengthen my shoulder so I can knit again! I’m also looking forward for pandemic to be over so we can travel freely !

I’m a very new knitter who Hope’s to be inspired with your fabulous colourways. I have been a crocheter for a while but now the knitting bug has hit who knows what wonderful pieces I will be creating. Good luck to everyone, Sarah xXx
This year, I’m looking forward to publish our second book (mine and my husband’s). Our first book together (and my first also) was published in 2020, almost 20 years after we started writing it, and I’m dreaming with volume 2 since we finished the first. Now this one is on the way!
Please send me the link to the title of your book and where I can find it! 💕
I am looking forward to working with Heritage breeds and spacing that out with relearning to knit.
Looking forward to my new job! And some pleasant stitching time. I’m working from home and have to keep my current project out of site. Terribly tempted to pick it up during some of those Zoom calls 😉
I’m looking forward to spending more time with family. Right now it’s via text and phone calls but it’s what we have to do. Also hoping to finish some of my projects.
Hi Chandi. I love your sense of humor! I am looking forward to spending more time doing the things I enjoy, like crocheting, instead of wasting time fretting about things I can’t control. Peace and satisfaction for 2021!
This new year I’m looking forward to making positive changes to live a healthier lifestyle and appreciate the little things in life and to be happy.
I’m looking forward to learning to spin my own yarns 😀
My desire for this year is just a little bit of normalcy.
Hello Chandi! I would make shawls, scarves, a skirt and a top or maybe a short dress with all those yarns!
With all the chaos happening around us; in and out of the US, I am hoping and praying for a more peaceful world.
I enjoy receiving your emails and love your patterns and yarn! I want nothing more than to settle down and relax and knit! When the rest of the world has been bored we have been working double time on the farm to make ends meet. My goal is to start a few new projects and learn a few new techniques. Thank you for your give a ways and chance to win!
This year and every day and second counts as the most precious one.
Breathing hope and spreading light. Removing old layers that don’t serve anymore and creating a life with less baggage and more love.
Thank you for everything you do Chandi. Your teachings, words and dedication inspires me every day.
I am looking forward to a calmer, more productive year where I can return to more crafting and maybe even learn to enjoy knitting (I love to crochet but knitting just feels awkward!).
As a school teacher learning all sorts of new tech and teaching skills, I haven’t had much extra time at all.
Hello!! I’m sooooo excited to enter this giveaway!! Im so looking forward to continue to crochet and knit items for my family and friends. I love your work!! Thank you so much!!
Happy New Year! I’m looking forward to spending time with my grandchildren. They are 1 year old and 1 month old. I haven’t been able to meet the new baby in person due to COVID. I hope this is over soon.
Happy new year to you and all of your customers and fans. I’m looking forward to meet my friends again personally.
Happy new year ♡

Happy New Year!! I’m looking forward to see my friends again 🙂
I’m looking forward to being able to see friends and family more regularly in 2021. But failing that, there is always knitting!
Happy new year Chandi, and thanks for this gorgeous giveaway! This year I wish a good health for everyone in the world…
Happy New Year! ✨ I thought I was looking forward to a relaxing start to the new year but not after what happened in Washington DC. 😢 Now it’s still stress knitting and crocheting.🧶 Stay safe 😷💕
This year I want to find more balance between work and life. I want to spend more time crafting and creating. I want to start and finish a larger fiber arts project.
Hi Chandi, just like all over the world, Luxembourg is also affected by the coronavirus. Now we’re in lockdown and I’ve rediscovered my love for knitting. I wish you and everyone good luck in the new year and that we survive this pandemic. Many greetings from Luxembourg (Europe)
I am most looking forward to this pandemic getting under control and healthcare workers being able to take a break! I truly hope the end is in sight with the vaccine being distributed now.
I’m lookimg forward to traveling and being able to spend time with my loved ones!!! ❤
I’m looking forward to being a bit more careless again… this social distancing thing is really starting to wear me out. I really hope that I can see my friends and family safely again this year. And I miss going out for dinner more than I would like. And going on city trips. And all the small things.
On a lighter note, I will be ordering my first yarn advent calendar this year (my New Year’s resolution, haha). I cannot wait!!!
I am going to try design and crochet products to sell for extra money.
Visit my family more and help with things that they can’t do.
Hi Chandi, i really appreciate your uplifting outlook on life. You have the most sunny personality. I envy that. I am especially looking forward to getting the vaccine, hopefully sooner rather than later, so I can once agin hug and kiss my grown kids and grandsons. We’ve only been able to see each other from a safe distance at rare moments, and I’m anxious for life to get back to normal again. Knitting and crocheting have helped keep me sane this past year, and your patterns and yarns are ideal for the type of projects I love making. I only wish I could make them fast enough to do them all!
Hi beautiful 🥰
I look forward to spring and light yarn 😃
I’m looking forward to leaving the house more often than once or twice a month.
I have been working from home since March with only by 2 large fur babies for company, and they are much at conversation.
I’m looking forward to more crafting and more ideas of things to craft!
Pinks and roses, oh my! Love these! BTW, I am in the process of destashing by giving away to knitting and crochet friends a lot of yarn. BUT I am KEEPING Chandi’s yarns of course!!! Next project? Her silk!
Being with my family again is what I’m most looking forward to this year.
Oh. My…. Drooling Again !! This year WILL be better! I’m looking forward to adding more delicious yarn …. some silky, soft yarns… Keep ’em coming! We all need a “soft yarn” year, right?!?!
Looking forward to a return to “normalcy” and being able to see friends and family.
I am looking forward to seeing my friends and my students in my knitting classes when it is safe to be together. I have been looking everyday for the small simple pleasures that surround us. The tiny chickadee that lands on the railing on my deck, the beautiful sunrise, and the falling snow. The new yarn makes me think of spring and hope.
Happy New Year, Chandi and thank you for your beautiful yarn.
I’m looking forward to life a little closer to normal….sitting and eating in a restaurant with friends, more time with family that hasn’t been together for quite a while.
Happy New Year! Wishing you a safe, healthy and family/friends filled 2021!
I am missing my family and friends…the physical contact, I look forward to hugging!!! Giving and receiving 💞
Hi Chandi!! I am looking forward to a better year for everyone all around. I am looking forward to growing my business and learning to knit garments!!!
Your yarns, blog, website and videos are so beautiful! Thank you for the giveaways! This year I’m looking forward to being more mindful of the gifts that come with having more time, which includes crocheting more!
I’m looking forward to starting a whole new chapter of my life. Keep good thoughts for me please. 😊
❤️
I am looking forward to Hope, health, happiness and hugs.
Being able to safely spend time with my daughter who is a health care worker
Knitting and spinning with friends
This year- in fact, in less than a month- I’m going back to school after a reeeallllyyy long time, to pursue a new career. Nervous but excited. ^_^
How exciting!
My goal for 2021 is to complete something that I started a few years ago. I am crocheting something for each of my sisters, my brother, and each of my adult children, plus a few other people that I love. My daughter got a grownup crocheted mermaid tail, my son a c2c queen sized blanket. One sister got a c2c sofa throw, another a cotton tablecloth based on the Call the Midwife baby blanket that she uses as a throw. The third sister is getting a c2c full-bed sized throw. This year I need to make something for my brother, that he will pass down to my niece, something for my favourite cousin and something for several friends. My daughter is my only family member that has learned to crochet. I am praying that the pandemic gets under control and that my crochet group can meet again. It’s a lot more fun meeting in person once a month to socialize as we work on items to donate than it is to make squares alone at home. I’m also making fingerless mitts for 2 of my sisters who are nurse practitioners, one of which is working in a parking garage in KY, doing Covid testing and she just started giving Covid vaccines to teachers. It gets pretty cold, and the fingerless mitts help; she can fit the ‘rubber’ gloves over them.
Love the colours but also seeing this yarn makes me want to touch it and squeeze them. Uplifting for sure during these dark days.
Happy New Year!
The button “sign me up” on the form hasn’t been working for a couple of months… just saying!
I tried different browsers.
Thanks for letting me know!
Happy 2021!!! Hi Chandi, I am so looking forward to change! I’m looking forward to getting the vaccine and leaving 2020 behind… although unfortunately it is lingering on ugly right now. Your colors and yarn are so yummy!!! I’ve purchased a few from you and just enjoy looking and feeling it.. Silly, but it gives me joy!
I’m looking forward to my daughter & grandson moving closer to my son & his 2 sons, & me, so we can all be together again in a warmer climate. Being able to mingle amongst people without a mask again. Continue knitting & crocheting & hopes for more beautiful KALs & CALs from EFA this year. I so enjoyed them last year. Chandi, as always, thanks for your life inspirations, as well as all the beautiful yarns, patterns, and special instruction videos to help us along the way!
Happy New Year!! Such beautiful colors. I am looking forward to knitting the beautiful skein of your yarn someone gifted me at Christmas. I am also looking forward to knitting socks with a few beauties I have stashed away. I am hopefully looking forward to being able to return to “life as we once knew it” but I am trying to not focus on the things I can’t change.
I look forward to seeing my parents! Both tested positive. My Dad is n the hospital. If only we could visit!
I’m so sorry. I’m sending you and your family my love.
Happy New Year! I’m looking forward to more knitting time! I would also love to see the pandemic end! Love your yarn!💗
Happy New Year to you all at Expression Fiber Arts! This month’s freebie is calling my name … what stunning colours. I am most looking forward to being able to get together with family and friends. I do hope 2021 will be a friendlier year and that we return to a bit more normalcy!
Dear Chandi, I always look forward to your posts and videos. The colors and beauty of your yarn offerings lift the spirit as well as your always positive videos and quotes. Blessings in this new year.
Hi! This year I’m looking forward to being able to accomplish my goals of following through with t projects. Since the pandemic I’ve picked up new habits but I never really finished or made a huge project and finished. So this year I’m hoping to create bigger and better projects and improve my skills, whether or be in knitting, crocheting or art.
Hi Chandi, you are a amazing dyer. I love all your colors. I am lucky to have my children and grandchildren with me but I miss traveling and making new friends. This year I am hoping to learn brioche this year and knit a garment in colorwork.
Im waiting for snow so we get skiing and sleding and skating.
Im waiting to finishing more knittings this year and to give them away who needs them.
They would look pretty good in pink.
And just life goes on.
In 2021 I’m looking forward to finishing some WIPs that spent so much of 2020 hanging out on needles waiting for me to get back to them. (I’ll probably start some new projects as well 😊)
Hey Chandi!
I’m looking forward to continue growing in my relationships (even with myself). The pandemic has certainly brought more attention and time to things that have always been in the background but are really the best parts of life.
I’m looking forward to developing my hobbies, reading more, and I’m looking forward to the end of the year when most of have our vaccines and we can feel good about being together in person and hugging one another 🙂
We moved just as quarantine began, but I’m super excited for my kids to make new friends now that they’ll be able to go back to in-person learning. And can’t wait to get started on new projects for friends and family!! 🥰

👍💖😁 YUP! xo
I am looking forward to the return of *Boring* after yesterday
I’m hoping to cut down on my towering WIP pile so I plan to finish more than I start. It’s really hard when I see so much gorgeous yarn.
I’m mostly looking forward to it NOT being the year 2020 anymore! When I was a kid I thought by 2020 we’d have flying cars, instead we got a dumpster fire. 2021 is a new, non dumpster fire year! 😂😂😂
Hi Chandi, how beautiful is your yarn. I have been watching many of your posts. I am a professional nurse from South Africa.
I really wish to stay healthy, for the Corona virus to die. And then I would really love to knit and crochet and sew!! It is really good for my soul. Would love to try some of your luxurious yarns and some of your patterns.
I have just recently found your website, I am newly retired, I can crochet but always wanted to learn how to knit. Well this is the year I’m going to learn. There are so many how to videos for instruction that I can’t wait to get started. Your yarn is just so beautiful that I have to place an order and get started.
Hi Chandi!
I’m looking forward to a lot of things this year. I think the major one being that I get my degree mailed to me this month after a lot of hard work! I also have a goal of getting off of sleeve island on my first sweater!
Congrats!
Chandy, nI love your yarns and patterns. You are the one who taught me to knit with the yarn held in my left hand. Love you!
Looking forward to making positive life changes to better my physical and mental health, including knitting more!
In 2021, I am looking forward to spending time with family, and hopefully having more time for crafting and being outdoors!
Hi, looking forward to a happy and healthy 2021 without too much of worries. Hoping to win this time around as I can’t afford to buy them. Thank you Chandi for this wonderful giveaway
Hi Chandi! I love these beautiful colors! Perfect for transitioning from winter into spring! For the New Year, I am working on creating more and spending less time online. I love to crochet and can sit and work on a project for hours. I’d love to get better at knitting! I sew, as well and recently got a Cricut. So much to do! On top of all that, I sell Avon. I love it!
So looking forward to seeing my family again. We were all exposed, one great granddaughter was A-symptomatic., the other was sick for a few days, the rest of us tested negative. So Blessed. You are so talented to produce such beautiful colors. Love your yarn.
I’m looking forward to knitting the Faie sweater this year!
I can’t wait to make finish my bumblebee-yellow throw blanket this year. I am in school, and its pretty stressful taking all of my classes online, I found knitting relaxes me so much. I would be grateful to have just a tiny portion of this giveaway.
Oooo, my favorite palette, and my birthday is February 4th. Maybe I’ll get a lovely present this year!
I’m looking forward to having in person knit nights with my friends again this year! 🙁
I am looking forward to 2021 being much kinder than 2020 was and spending more time knitting and corcheting, and to perhaps go away on holiday again.
I’m looking forward to a more peaceful, loving, forgiving world, more knitting, and normal time with family.
Year two of knitting for me, so I’m looking forward to spreading my wings and taking on bigger projects!
The idea of going to visit my dad in the hospital is what I’m most looking forward to, once he’s received the vaccine and I have to. It’s almost been a year since I was last at his bedside, and I miss him!
I can imagine. I hope you get to see him soon. 💕
I am looking forward to learning to knit socks 😊
Hello! I am looking forward to learning new patterns and enjoying the peaceful feeling I get when I can just sit and work with my yarns!

Last year I began the practice of completing one yarn project each month either knit or crochet. I intend to continue with one project each month and complete knitting my first sweater.
This year, my dream is i can donate bigger amount to our local animal shelter or wildlife rehab centre through the sale of my crafts. Since the pandemic, they’re all have to struggle a bit harder to survive. As i have more time spending at home, i learn a lot to make amigurumi and as well as crocheting scarf, bag.. and i found this amazing page yeaaay. And it has a lot of tutorials that easy to follow. I love the color of the yarns and the design…they are very very beautiful. Thanks Chandi!
I’m looking forward to welcoming my tenth grandchild in March.

Hello there Chandi!
This year I am looking forward to my first wedding anniversary with my husband! We had a private ceremony with just us two due to the pandemic, but our relationship is truly a gift! I’m looking forward to enjoying life with him. And as always, I can’t wait to squish all the balls of yarn I can find all year long!
💕💕
Hello Chandi,
I recently discovered your website and I am amazed by all the beautiful colours you have managed to capture from photos. Being a Canadian snowbird, I am somehow glad that I am up North to control my urge to order. Don’t worry I still ordered some yarn — I have asked that it be sent to my next door neighbour in Florida. I have started to crochet — learned many moons ago — and plan to teach myself knitting. Your vIdeos are very informative. Thank you,
What an amazing collection.
Another Canadian here, hoping shipping costs come down in the near future.
I have a list of items I’m hoping to add to my collection.
Thank you for your wonderful videos, simply a pleasure to watch you.
Mostly a crocheter but working on my knitting skills as of late.
Want to make a shall for my friends wedding and if you have a idea or three, would love to hear them.
Cheers,
Bonnette Will
For this year, I just wish it to be better than the last one. I hope I will get rid of my depression, maybe finally find nice girl and I definetly want to make more free time for myself and not just spend it for the additional work. I don’t need big and expensive things in my life, but I want to feel that I am living for myself and not just to meet expectation of others.
Hi Vit, good to see a fellow central-European here. I hope you are strong enough to make all those things happen for you in this new year. After all, we have the power to change things and turn them around, we just have to be strong and brave enough to do so. Take care!
Hi Chandi!!
This year, I think I’m most excited to see my grandparents in the spring. I moved when I was 5 and they were always next door when we wanted to visit or needed a cup of sugar. They sold their house after living there for almost 40 years and I was absolutely crushed. I grew up in that house, I would pick wild blueberries every summer, I would make cookies in their kitchen. They’re both getting older and my grandma is having memory issues. They’re living in Florida this winter (as they always do), but I think this whole experience has made me realize they’re getting older and won’t be with us forever. I’m sad that I won’t be able to take a walk down the road to have a cup of tea with them anymore, but I’d rather have the people around than their property.
I love my grandparents very much and I can’t wait to see them in the coming months.
Gi, Chandi, para este ano espero continuar fazendo tricô e lendo suas lindas palavras. Espero sentir sua alegria sempre. E me inspirar nós seus projetos!!!!
I’m looking forward to getting my drivers licenses this year. I’m afraid of driving but i really want to get over my fear.
Hi Chandi,
I’m looking forward to redesigning my food garden this year! Since we moved here 3 years ago, I have been expanding and learning more about container gardening to maximize our yield in our small yard.
I’m also looking forward to finishing several WIPs this year BEFORE I start any more!
The thing I’m looking forward to the most is taking my daughter to Europe for graduation. It’s something we’ve been saving for what seems like forever for. That and all the knitting I can fit into my life. 😁
Hello Chandi,
I found you on YouTube while searching for Knitting scarf pattern. I’m looking forward to accomplishing a bunch of knitting projects this year. I love crocheting but want to learn Knitting as well.
Hello, Chandi. Recently I discovered your website and blog. The colors of your hand-dyed yarns are amazing. I am most looking forward to being with friends and family once the COVID vaccine is more widely distributed.
You have beautiful yarn and great patterns. Thank you! This year I am looking forward to spending more time with my kids and grandkids.
Ti ho scoperta su you tube e…..WOW!!! Sei semplicemente stupenda e bravissima. Grazie! Per il mio 2021 ho deciso di mettere la maglia al primo posto. Mi piacerebbe fosse il mio lavoro

Hello Chandi,
I’m looking forward to completing more projects this year. I collected a lot of yarn before Covid. Now I’m starting to make a dent in my yarn stash. Whoo hoo ☺ I love your videos. So simple and elegant…. yarn meditation. I hope you have a wonderful day. I’m glad I found your channel on youtube.
That yarn is so gorgeous. Your colours are always stunning! I’m looking forward to trying my hand at more complex projects…maybe a sweater!
I’m looking forward to knitting more advanced projects!
I thought it was going to be hard to write something here and scrolling down it click: I want to be happy!
I have set myself a goal to knit or craft every day this year. I am off to a pretty good start! I’m looking forward to seeing how many projects I finish, plus having some pretty accessories to wear and new techniques to learn! I hope my knit group gets to where we can all meet regularly in person again, safely.
Wow Chandi, your colour pallets are so beautiful. I would love to work with your yarns and certainly intend treating myself to some.
I already started my Christmas 2021 crotched gifts and will also be making myself something along the way. Go well, be happy.
Vio, beautiful Yo!
I disco verde recently your website through you YouTube and I LOVED both. Live-action love-love!
I find simply generous such a giveaway opportunity you offer us!
And I have no big resolution this year. At least not in the external shape: I’m in a quest similar to the one that took you to creating era. So… I’m slowly getting the point of slowing down so to get to create something else out of me. Meanwhile, crochet to sooth my bruises and replacing not being able to see my family in 4 years (new country… new restrictions…) and that’s it! (And that I just LOVE the colours of this lot!.
The for this chance!
I’m looking forward to the pandemic going away as soon as possible for all countries.
Amazing colours! I’m looking forward to knitting my way through my yarn stash! I’ve promised myself, and my bank account, that I won’t buy any more yarn until I’ve made a sizeable dent in my stash 🥰
Hello 🙂 I’m looking forward to taking better care of myself and improving my knitting skills.
I just started my crochet journey a few weeks ago and I’m already in love! So excited, can’t stop crocheting or just touching yarn, admiring all the beautiful project you made! I hope to win 😃 Need more yarn)))
Looking forward to make more handmade gifts for family and friends. Also that everyone is staying healthy. Beautiful colors 😀
Looking for inspiration and patterns this year. Also beautiful yarn!
I’m looking forward to growing and learning every day 🙂
Hi Chandi,
I’m looking forward to being able to enjoy live music again before the year is out. Knitting-wise, I’m excited about learning new skills and patterns (2 years in) – maybe socks, maybe my first sweater?
I’m looking forward to picking up my needles again after many years and working with all the gorgeous yarns that are available now. I’ve got lots of grandkids to knit for now! Thank you for this giveaway!
I’m looking forward to having new experiences, and continuing to create art in different mediums.
Thanks, Chandi for this opportunity. This year I hope for my health to continue improving and dedicated more time to crochet. I am new in this and just feeling relaxed me and I doing something that I will see some beautiful finish. Sorry for my English but is not my first language My listening is good but writing is terrible.
I’m looking forward to a lot more yarn and knitting. I’m a simple girl 😊
I am excited to get Cashmere goats! I can’t wait to play with the fiber and learn to spin it.
I can’t believe it is 2021! My children will be 25, 21, 19, and 13 this year. My granddaughter will be 2 and we are adding another granddaughter to the mix! I am truly blessed. I will be 43 at the end of this month (January 30th) and I know that it may sound selfish but I have been thinking of making 43 be about me. Self care, self love, etc. I tend to neglect myself focusing on caring for everyone around me from my family to friends to the students I work with. I always admire the beautiful yarn you share with us but I only admire it. I won’t allow myself the indulgence of such beauty… even if I don’t win this beautiful collection I will still find a collection that speaks to me like this one does and I will indulge!
All the best to you and yours today, tomorrow and all year!
~Christine
I’m looking forward to getting vaccinated and hopefully restrictions lifting!
I’m most looking forward to this covid virus to just disappear and for the world to go back to normal whatever that may be for us now.
Beating Covid’s ass and going home. Oh, and re-designing and launching my jeelry line. Candati ~Organically elegant~

I am really looking forward watching my business grow this year. I haven’t been taking the time to sit and crochet for myself, so I am definitely planning on doing more of that!

This year is bitter sweet for me I’m looking forward to my youngest sons graduation and celebrating his entry into adulthood with him. But missing my 3 small boys. New world for me. Discovery of who I will be now.
Do am looking forward to working with new types of yarn and learning ore about knitting as I taught myself to knit last year. I also bought myself a small greenhouse so I am looking forward to some gardening. I can’t wait.
I’m looking forward to the day i can finally hug my friends again… Never thought i’d miss this so much.
Love your yarn! Entered and shared.
So many things, travel, eating out…but most of all, I miss my sister and my parents! I haven’t seen them since Christmas 2019. I never thought I would go this long without seeing them. My niece graduates from High School in May and I really want to be there (safely!).

I’ve made a lot of blankets and scarves; however this year I would love to try making a sweater!
Hi Chandi:. Happy New Beginnings. This year I’m going to make something for myself! Yay. Something with some of the EFA yarn I’ve got stashed.
I love the colors of the yarn. I am looking forward to covid being under control and not being in lockdown.
I would like this year to be the year for everything to get better. For our family to become closer and stay safe. To stop taking things for granted and be thankful for what we do have.
Hi Chandi!! Looking forward to a year full of peace and God’s love!! Also, to a year filled with many crocheted and knitted projects!!
What beautiful colors!! What I’m looking forward to for this year is meeting up with friends and family and knitting more! I crochet and cross stitch but have yet to develop skill in knitting. I know how to knit but have little practice.
This year in looking forward to setting aside more time to crochet! 🙂
I decided at the beginning of the year that my word of the year would be JOY. I had lost the joy of knitting and crocheting with all what was going on and I really wanted to regain it. Pleased to say so far so good
Happy and safe 2021 everyone.
Hi Chandigarh from New Zealand. I think you are super sweet and the Expression Fibre Arts yarns are just gorgeous. I wish I had more money to afford to buy them. I’m looking forward to learning more about myself this year. I’ve had some big insights in the past 12 months and some of them have been quite surprising. No big ‘finding myself’ journey or anything like that just life experiences that have really helped me grow.
Hi again Chandi. Silly old autocorrect did a disservice on your name in my last post but I can’t see how to edit it. Sorry about that.
I am looking forward to getting an actual craft room this year!! I cannot wait to decorate and design where the storage will go, what kind of colors and seating and dohickeys will be everywhere. And it will also have a built in space for a darkroom! Yay! I haven’t had one in eons and asked if we could make the small space in back one, it’s like it was made for it! Kismet!!!
Looking forward to all the new challenges and creativity this year is sure to bring!
with a little help from your youtube….I will be making my first knit sweater
Wonderful!
I just learned to crochet during all this stay at home time. I’m having fun trying different patterns. I’ve even made a couple of sweaters and love your videos. I’m looking to continuing to learn more this year!
I’m not much for making resolutions, but I did want to comment on the lovely yarn. My mom’s birthday was in January, so her birthstone was garnet. All those lovely skeins remind me of the different shades of lovely garnets and I’m thinking of what lovely shawls or other garments you could make out of them. Thanks Chandi for this giveaway!
I’ve just recently discovered you beautiful yarns. They are amazing! I’m hoping this year we can put this virus to rest, come together and create beautiful things.
So far this year has started out with surgery to remove melanoma from behind my knee. So I am determined to get back to normal and spend more time with my 5 grandkids. And of course continue to knit with your wonderful yarn and patterns. That’s what has gotten me through 2020.
I hope to get past my surgery on my leg. I had melanoma removed from behind my knee. It was the size of a racquetball. I’m healing and looking forward to a better year so I can see my grandkids. Your yarn and patterns have gotten me through 2020 and that will continue this year. I love your yarn and everything you do!
I wish you a full recovery and sending good thoughts your way.
There are so many things I love about knitting. I just love yarn. Picking it out, trying new yarns I haven’t used before, the feel of it sliding through my fingers as I knit, watching my project grow and the sense of accomplishment when I finish things. For me it’s a peaceful pastime (mostly 😉), its portable and it’s a great conversation starter.
