Hi, my lovelies. It’s time for a new beautiful beginner crochet shawl pattern!
Our pattern this week is this sweet as candy Sugarblush shawl!
Sugarblush is a divine beginner level crochet pattern designed by yours truly, Chandi Agee. Make it with our scrumptious Sugarblush Hues Luster Sport weight kit, for a truly decadent treat!
We have filmed a video tutorial for you showing you how to make this pattern as well as how to carry your yarn up the side.
Have a look:
The samples shown feature our Sugarblush Hues Luster Sport Kit.
However, you can make this triangle shawl out of any 4 skeins of our Luster Sport yarn. The shawl uses nearly 1,160 yards of yarn.
We hope you enjoy this delightfully delicious shawl in whatever colors of our Luster Sport yarn you choose. Wrap it around your neck and shoulders for a sinfully delicious, calorie-free treat!
I appreciate you reading and if you’d love to get brand new, premium knit and crochet patterns weekly, just hop onto our email list there on the site. We list new patterns most Fridays and many are free for a limited time. I hope to see you there.
Talk to ya soon.
XOXOXO Chandi
How do I print the Parker’s?
I’m not quite sure what you mean?
I think she means The patterns?……
Love your videos, patterns, etc. You have the best personality ever!
Saw this one on YouTube, was hooked…LOL
Can you post a written pattern? I follow those better than demonstrated patterns.
Yes, we have the written pattern here for you: https://www.expressionfiberarts.com/products/sugarblush.html

Does it cost to be a member of this site
This site doesn’t have a membership. 😊
Love this. So is it increasing 2 and dec 1 so that that each row is actually increasing by one stitch please?
Hi Christine, glad you like it. Yes that is correct. You’re increasing by 1 stitch. When you look at the second column with the Sample Construction instructions you’ll see it says that also in the second sentence.
Have a lovely day! 💕
I absolutely love this shawl. I haven’t made it yet because I need to order the yarn and the colors are so gorgeous I’m having a hard time picking one lolol. Chandi thank you so much for all the beautiful patterns you share with us. I love when I see an email from you because you always brighten my day with your kind words and inspiration. The patterns are the best ♥️
There needs to be more rows in the video tutorial on sugar blus, and others. She does the bare minimum and thinks that’s enough to get you started. She does NOT show what she’s completed in the tutorials either. And thd patterns ard difficult to read and are word salads…
Hi Lisa, thank you for your message. Our tutorials are not meant to show the full design but only the parts we feel need visual aid.
This pattern is considered beginner level with a 2-row repeat, meaning all you need to understand is those 2 rows. If you have trouble reading patterns you might want to put your printout next to your device while watching the video to compare and follow along.
We also do have a tutorial on how to read crochet patterns here: https://blog.expressionfiberarts.com/2016/02/17/how-to-read-crochet-patterns/
Have a nice day! 🩶
I get it’s a 2 row repeat, but there needs to be at least 4 to 6 rows to get how it goes.
