Love muffins!! Thank you for joining me today in my fun little tutorial on how to marl yarns. You can use this technique in a variety of knitted or crocheted patterns. Use different yarn weights – hold 2, 3 or 4 strands together. Go nuts.

Today I’m demonstrating it in our Little Lola knitted cowl pattern. Download the written version there if you like!

This simple cowl is a great way to start knitting in the round! It is easily adjustable for length and width, so you can make it your own with minimal fuss. Marl it up with your choice of colors and make your friends jealous with your new knitting skills!

Have a watch:

YARN: 3 skeins Sparkle DK. Colors shown are:

(a) Rubber Plant
(b) Tall Bearded Iris
(c) Black Mondo Grass

Colors come and go and if these aren’t in stock, just choose any 3 colors from here.

Have a delightful day, dahling and I will talk to ya soon!
