How to Crochet a Flower
These are perfect for adding onto headbands, hats, baby dresses, bags or anything you like.
I show you how to make 2 flowers actually. A flat, smaller flower and a larger, double-layered flower. They only take a few minutes to make once you get the hang of how to do them.
If you’re not sure how to work any of the stitches shown in the video, you can see my How to Crochet playlist here.
You’ll need to know how to make a:
Slip knot
Slip stitch
Chain
Single crochet
Half double crochet
Double crochet
Triple crochet
I hope you enjoy it! If you have suggestions for any future videos, just let me know.

The yarn will be listed in my shop soon. To be notified when it’s ready, just make sure you’re signed up for my email newsletter there and I’ll let you know when it’s available for sale!
Thanks!

i have very much enjoyed opening up Facebook and finding your postings there. I am inspired to try new patterns and have ordered some of your yarn. Thank-you for the time you spend on your website for the rest of us to enjoy. Hope you are enjoying the new home you moved into, quite a difference from Alaska.
Beautiful little flower! Thank u
I like the pattern.
I love your designs, I only wish with each knitted design you would make an equivalent in crochet. Knitting is confusing to me. And I can’t keep my tension.
You designs are works of art made more so by the yarn makes it extra have beautiful drape. Unfortunatly, my husband and I, we are on a tight budget, and fancy, expensive yarn just do not fit in the budget
Hi Michelle, that’s totally alright. I hope you’ll get to try our yarns sometime soon.
We’re doing our best to make both knit and crochet versions of our designs but it not always works out. But we’re on it and are expanding the crochet selection for sure. Have a lovely day! – Johanna 💕
