my family all getting together for the CHRITHMAS HOLIDAY. We are renting a house in the town the kids all live in. even extended family coming due to recent loss of husband and father so welcoming them so they are not alone for holidays. my daughter-in-law is so loving to include her husbands ex-wife in our family gatherings. they get along wonderfully. i love both women and so happy they get along. i am having cataract surgery on both eyes this month and next month, then i will hopefully be able to crochet again. i am having lenses put in so i won’t have to wear glasses, first time since i was 7, now 73. won’t that be nice to have that pressure off the nose and sinuses after all these years. so i would really love to receive the yarn and make the year long CAL you just finished giving the last clue to. it is very pretty and i would very much like to make it. Thank you for the pattern. i also saved the knitting one but for the life of me i can not figure out how to cast on. they just go to fast for me in videos.. but i self taught myself to crochet in my early 20’s. i have learned so much more since retirement lol with all the videos from all the newsletters. thank you. we do keep learning every day and it keeps us young and vital.
