Hi, I'm Chandi! I'm a self-professed lover of all things yarn. I'm an avid knitter, crocheter, wool dyer, fleece and roving spinner and occasional felter! I offer beautiful, inspiring, hand-painted
yarns and deliver the best of all yarn-related tutorials I can on my
blog.
I just learned stranded knitting, and completed a cute hat. Another great memory experience, while not knitting related, but fun non-the-less: learning to play the Uke!
By Favorite Memory from 2018 is meeting long-lost relatives of my husband that I had never met. We have been married for 55 years in December and these family memebers were nephews of his half-brothers that I never met. It was an amazing time, in fact we are getting ready to make a trip to visit so we can meet their families!
My memory of 2018 will be the friends and family that had (and have) differing political views, but stayed friendly, loving and open. We need this. We need to always remember and honor our humanity and our commitment to love 💞
Learning to knit a lace curl shawl.
My favorite moment of 2018 was my daughter’s wedding to my favorite son-in-law
I love the look of this yarn. I hope win so I can enjoy it’s texture and feel it’s softness.
Beautiful colors
My favorite memory of 2018 was finding my husband’s birth father. It has been such a blessing for them to reconnect especially since he has not seen my husband since he was 3. My husband’s mom and stepfather moved the family from England to the US when he was 13.
My favorite memory of 2018 is the birth of our grand daughter, Amara. She is the last we’ll have & she makes a bakers dozen of grandkids. I was able to give her her first bottle and cuddle at the hospital. Daddy & Grandpa were there too. Momma was taken to surgery after she had the baby. Amara is just so beautiful 💕.
I have so many, but I suppose the best are days on the beaches with hubster, no matter how cold and blustery.
Flying to Denver with my sister for our nephew’s wedding!
My favorite memory of 2018 is having my children and grandchildren close enough that I see them almost daily. This is a blessing to one who values family and can see the future in the children I help nurture.
