I have racked my brain for a perfect name for this simple, but beautiful scarf. Something poetic. Something dreamy and sophisticated. Hmmm.

I came up with:

Scrambled Eggs in the Sky Scarf.

(bwahahahaha)

Quite frankly, that is all I see. This colorway looks exactly like scrambled eggs. In a blue sky. So there ya have it.

And you know? I love it. It seems to match nearly everything and that makes me very happy. Very happy indeed.

•I spun the yarn as you can see here.

•I was going to post the pattern, but honestly, it’s just a basic rib. K1,P1, worked over an even number of stitches. EASY.

•I held the yarn double and used size 11 needles. I used every bit of the yarn (well to be totally honest, I had 2 inches of yarn left after binding-off). 🙂

It’s so simple and so beautiful. And I love it.

Sometimes simple things are the best.

I tried and tried and couldn’t get a good, clear photo of this actually on me. I wrap it around my neck and use my sterling silver dolphin pin to secure it.  Ah, well.

(On second thought, I could have called this my Happy Scarf. Too late!)

Have a wonderful day and enjoy your knitting!
